CONTROLO DE GESTÃO E PILOTAGEM ESTRATÉGICA: UMA ABORDAGEM TEÓRICA AO BALANCED SCORECARD

The objective of this study is to describe the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic piloting tool. The theory demonstrates that, this instrument is currently used extensively in for-profit and non-profit organizations and the public sector. The Balanced Scorecard was designed to connect business units to organizational strategy on the one handand improve internal and external communication system and monitor pre-established organizational goals. The evaluation of organizational performance involves the definition of concrete measures in all perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard and to relate them in a cycle of causes - effects. The success of its implementation depends on the clear identification of the financial and non-financial variables defined at the moment of the design of the model. The study also reveals that the main methods used in the Balanced Scorecard study are: case studies, empirical and experimental. Each of these studies aims to design, evaluate the results of its implementation or a study based on statistical inference among the perspectives.O objectivo deste estudo consiste em descrever teoricamente o Balanced Scorecard como instrumento de pilotagem estratégica. A teoria demonstrou que, este instrumento actualmente é utilizado extensivamente nas organizações com e sem fins lucrativos e no sector público. O Balanced Scorecard foi concebido por um lado, para ligar as unidades de negócios à estratégia organizacional, e por outro, melhorar o sistema de comunicação interna e externa e monitorizar os objectivos organizacionais pré-estabelecidos. A avaliação da performance organizacional envolve a definição de medidas concretas em todas as perspectivas do  Balanced Scorecard e relacioná-las num ciclo de causa – efeito. O sucesso da sua implementação depende da identificação clara das variáveis financeiras e não financeiras concebidas no modelo. O estudo ainda revela que, os principiais métodos utilizados na investigação do Balanced Scorecard são: os estudos de casos, empíricos e experimentais. Cada um destes estudos têm por finalidade desenhar, avaliar os resultados da sua implementação, ou a realização de um estudo que assenta na inferência estatística entre as perspectivas

A ACTIVIDADE INVESTIGATIVA E EXTENSIONISTA NA ESCOLA SUPERIOR PEDAGÓGICA DO NAMIBE. TENDÊNCIAS E DESAFIOS

Of agreement to the statute of the educational career of the higher education, they are tasks of the faculty, besides the instalment of the educational service, the development of works of scientific investigation and of academical extension, among others. One of the great concerns of the Institutions of Higher education - IES in Angola, is the conciliation of these activities in the educational class, factor that is echoed in the weak scientific production of IES. The present study has as its objective the elaboration and implementation of a strategy of acting of the director of the Pedagogic Superior School of Namibe - ESPdN, seeking the accomplishment of activities of scientific investigation and of academicals extension, on the part of the teachers. During the study a diagnosis of the state of the scientific investigation is elaborated and of the academicals extension in relation to the teachers of ESPdN and on that base a strategy is drawn that involves the teachers in tasks of scientific investigation and of academicals extension, for the professional development of the educational class. The study works with all 52 teachers of ESPdN in integral time from which 5 are full time teachers, 25 are expatriated and 22 are contracted for military detachment. This work intends to reach a balance among the educational activities, of scientific investigation and of academicals extension developed by the teachers of ESPdN, in order to increase the levels of the teachers' acting and in the institution.De acordo ao estatuto da carreira docente do ensino superior, são tarefas do corpo docente, além da prestação do serviço docente, o desenvolvimento de trabalhos de investigação científica e de extensão universitária, entre outras. Uma das grandes preocupações das Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) em Angola é a conciliação destas actividades na classe docente, facto que se repercute na fraca produção científica das IES. O presente estudo tem como objectivo a elaboração e implementação de uma estratégia de actuação da direcção da Escola Superior Pedagógica do Namibe - ESPdN, visando a realização de actividades de investigação científica e de extensão universitária, por parte dos docentes. Durante o estudo se elabora um diagnóstico do estado da investigação científica e da extensão universitária em relação aos docentes da ESPdN e sobre essa base se desenha uma estratégia que envolve os docentes em tarefas de investigação científica e de extensão universitária, para o desenvolvimento profissional da classe docente. Se trabalha no estudo com todos 52 docentes da ESPdN em tempo integral, dos quais cinco são efectivos, vinte cinco são expatriados e vinte e dois são contratados por destacamento. FORMACIÓN PEDAGÓGICA Y ENSEÑANZA ARTÍSTICA: UNA EXPERIENCIA EN LA UNIVERSIDAD DE LAS ARTES, FILIAL HOLGUÍN-CUBA

PEDAGOGICAL FORMATION AND ARTISTIC TEACHING: AN EXPERIENCE IN THE UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS, HOLGUÍN BRANCH-CUBA In Cuba there is a well-articulated artistic education system that contributes decisively to the integral formation of the talents that enter it. The University of the Arts also assumes the novel conception of the New Cuban University, and in it the mastery of pedagogical artistic knowledge is essential to raise the quality of the training process for future art professionals. This work describes the experience of the initial pedagogical training received by the students of the Bachelor of Music, Canto profile of the University of the Arts in the Holguin Branch and that already has a systematic curricular experience. The fundamental contents that future professionals receive and their main results are described. It also deals with the pedagogical actions in the continuous training of artists-pedagogues, an experience that already has more than five courses with encouraging results. This process of professionalization is nowadays understood as a continuous and systematic improvement of their academic qualification, which presupposes a change in all the orders, both in the professional work and in the conceptions of the teacher's practice that were fundamentally empirical. These routes have been demonstrating their relevance, in the dynamics of the process of pedagogical professionalization at the University of the Arts and the partial results are appreciable.En Cuba existe un sistema de enseñanza artística bien articulado que contribuye de manera decisiva a la formación integral de los talentos que a ella ingresan. La Universidad de las Artes asume también la novedosa concepción de la Nueva Universidad Cubana, y en ella resulta fundamental el dominio de los conocimientos artísticos pedagógicos para elevar la calidad del proceso de formación de los futuros profesionales del arte. Este trabajo describe la experiencia de la formación pedagógica inicial que reciben los estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Música, perfil Canto, de la Universidad de las Artes en la Filial de Holguín y que cuenta ya, con una experiencia curricular sistemática. Se describen los contenidos fundamentales que reciben los futuros profesionales y sus principales resultados. Aborda, además las acciones pedagógicas en la formación continua de los artistas-pedagogos, experiencia que cuenta ya con más de cinco cursos con resultados alentadores. Este proceso de profesionalización se entiende hoy como una mejora continua y sistemática de su cualificación académica, lo cual presupone un cambio en todos los órdenes, tanto en la labor profesional como en las concepciones de la praxis del docente que resultaban fundamentalmente empíricas. Estas vías han ido demostrando su pertinencia, en la dinámica del proceso de profesionalización pedagógica en la Universidad de las Artes y los resultados parciales son apreciables. &nbsp

INFLUÊNCIA DA FAMÍLIA E DA ESCOLA NA EDUCAÇÃO SEXUAL DOS ALUNOS

It is known that the connectedness of the family and the school is a prerequisite for their essence which would make a positive contribution in the training of students taking into account the demands of educational reform in Angola. The proposal to discuss the role of the school in matters involving sexual themes puts us face to face with the need to know more about it. For a long time, sexuality was considered of little importance to the development of people and focused on a single purpose: reproduction. The matter was brought to the debate, thanks to sociocultural changes and the scientific studies that have contributed for this important human dimension gained prominence. Therefore, this article aims to Determine the influence of the family and school in the sexual education of students from first cycle of secondary education schools in Huambo - Angola.Sabe-se que o entrosamento da família e da escola é a condição indispensável que pela sua essência daria um contributo positivo na formação dos alunos tendo em conta as exigências da reforma educativa em Angola. PROJECTO DE EXTENSÃO UNIVERSITÁRIA DA ESCOLA SUPERIOR PEDAGÓGICA DO BENGO, PORTUGUÊS NA ESCOLA, SOLUÇÃO ALTERNTIVA - PESA

This paper intends to present the results of the project PESA - Portuguese in School, Alternative Solution - Project of University Extension of the Pedagogical High School of Bengo, between 2016 and 2018 by means of a brief description, judging by the important role it has played in over coming linguistic problems related to reading, interpretation and textual production through han innovative methodological approach: that of the Didactic Sequence based on the communicative approach with an integrative approach and an interactive textual approach. Thus, based on different methodological resources such as the logical historical method that allowed to conceive the project since its implementation; systemic approach that enabled the systematization of the courses y llabus; bibliographic al analysis that guided the bibliography y review; application of satisfaction survey that allowed to measure the impact presents results as the development of the communicative competence of the students of the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th class, extension of the specific methodological domain of the students of Degree in Teaching of the Portuguese Language and realization of monographs.Este trabalho pretende apresentar os resultados da acção do projecto Português na Escola, Solução Alternativa – PESA, Projecto de Extensão Universitária da Escola Superior Pedagógica do Bengo, entre 2016 e 2018 por meio de uma breve descrição, a julgar pelo papel importante que tem desempenhado na superação de problemas linguísticos ligados à leitura, interpretação e produção textual através de uma abordagem metodológica inovadora: a da Sequência didáctica sob o fundamento da Abordagem comunicativa com Enfoque integrador e Enfoque interactivo textual. Assim, com base em diferentes recursos metodológicos como o método histórico lógico que permitiu conceber o projecto desde a sua implementação; enfoque sistémico que possibilitou a sistematização do programa do curso; análise bibliográfica, que orientou a revisão da bibliografia; aplicação de inquérito de satisfação, que permitiu medir o impacto. LAS VÍAS DE SUPERACIÓN PARA PERFECCIONAR LA FUNCIÓN DE TUTORÍA

The fundamental objective of the teaching-learning process of higher education is the comprehensive training of professionals. To contribute to this, mentoring is introduced as a way to guarantee personalized attention to students and the integration of it into the system of educational influences mediated by their training. In this sense, the present work responds to the need to prepare university teachers for a more efficient professional performance in correspondence with the demands of society, a teacher, researcher and guide of their students. For this reason, teachers need an ongoing training that integrates the projection of actions from three interrelated components: self-development, self-preparation and methodological work. This training must be based on the model of integral tutoring: educational, guidance and personalized, to contribute to the preparation of teachers, which is one of the cornerstones of any attempt to renew the educational system.El objetivo fundamental del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la educación superior lo constituye la formación integral de los profesionales. Para contribuir a este, se introduce la tutoría como forma que garantiza la atención personalizada a los estudiantes y la integración de ella al sistema de influencias educativa que mediante su formación. En este sentido, el presente trabajo responde a la necesidad de preparar a los profesores universitarios para un desempeño profesional más eficiente en correspondencia con las exigencias de la sociedad, un profesor, investigador y guía de sus estudiantes. Para eso, los profesores necesitan de una formación permanente que integre la proyección de acciones desde tres componentes interrelacionados: la superación, la auto preparación y el trabajo metodológico. Está formación, debe ser sustentada en el modelo de la tutoría integral: educativa, orientadora y personalizada, para contribuir a la preparación de los docentes, lo que constituye una de las piedras angulares de cualquier intento de renovación del sistema educativo
