Ko govorimo o avtentikaciji na internetu, v večini primerov še vedno mislimo na gesla. Eden izmed največjih problemov trenutnih avtentikacijskih pristopov je vsekakor dejstvo, da si mora uporabnik zapolniti preveliko število uporabniških imen in gesel, kar vodi k pozabljanju ali uporabi istih uporabniških imen in gesel za različne spletne strani. Rešitev tega problema lahko najdemo v uporabi biometrije. V članku predstavljamo biometrično verifikacijo kot storitev v oblaku in primer uporabe takšne storitve v aplikaciji za preverjanje prisotnosti študentov na predavanju
Interactive augmented reality marketing system
Choosing the right way of advertisement to get the customer's attention is one of the hardest tasks a company has to face. Companies are aware that the advertise-ment will receive more attention if it stands out among others. That is why the way of advertising is constantly changing. This article presents interactive aug-mented reality advertising system. It consists of a camera, screen and software on the computer. The system inserts thoughts in real time to the visitors in front of the camera in the form of comic books speech balloons, which augment live vid-eo on screen, while the content follows the predetermined scenario. The system was tested at two fairs and the impact on visitors was remarkable. The visitors stopped almost always, engaged with the system and had fun. Due to these facts we believe that such systems will change marketing strategies in the near future

PROTOCOLOS CLÍNICOS RELACIONADOS CON LA INCONTINECIA URINARIA DESPUÉS DEL ACCIDENTE CEREBROVASCULAR: REVISIÓN DE LA LITERATURA
Objective: to review the literature on clinical protocols focusing on the differences and similarities related to urinary incontinence after stroke. Methodology: an exploratory study characterized as a research of literature review conducted through electronic review in scientific databases in the Virtual Library for Health Highwire Search, PubMed, Sielo, EBsco Host, held in November and December 2010. Found 12 full papers, were 5 in Highwire Search, 6 in EBsco Host and 1 in PubMed. Results: in the articles analyzed were not found protocols that, in a systematic way, guide the practice of evaluation, diagnosis, intervention and reassessment of care to patients with incontinence after stroke. Conclusion: Although the studies addressing important aspects of the patient's urinary incontinence after stroke, evaluation and identification of factors that enhance the situation, can make an important contribution to the selection of strategies and the definition of assistance for the recovery of continence. The evaluation of incontinence and these factors must be done systematically and using validated instruments for this purpose

The aim of this work is to present an upgrade of our existing fingerprint verification system [3]. In the first part we generally describe a functionality of a system and how it works. Later in the text, we focus on description of our system upgrade. It includes various system tests, including an analysis of results, integration of graphical user interface for end-user, and description of an algorithm for fingerprint verification. We made our analysis by performing tests on a set of fingerprints, obtained from eight persons, who will be the first users of our prototype system. The biggest problem in the system are badly captured fingerprints. Such low quality fingerprints result in poor performance of the system. Therefore, we also implemented algorithms for image quality assessment
Measuring Attitudes Towards Motorcycle Helmet Use in Laos
This paper examines attitude towards use of motorcycle helmet in Laos. A quantitative approach using the survey questionnaire method was adopted to assess this attitude. A total of 257 university students in Vientiane, Laos was interviewed. Forward translation, backward translation, and cognitive debriefing were carried out. Factor analysis of the principal components was also performed. The four-factor solution was used to explain the 58.867% of total variance. The correlation between items showed values between .01 and .566. The total item correlation values were between .129 and .566. Cronbach alpha coefficient was .764 for overall scale and between .801 and .601 on the four factors. Spearman Brown prediction formula was used to test psychometric properties and reliability of the items. A total of 17 items were considered reliable, such as such as susceptibility, trafficability, safety and usability, in determining overall attitudes of Laotians in using motorcycle helmet. These can be used in future research
Nannochloropsis oceanica cultivation in pilot-scale raceway ponds—from design to cultivation
Raceways ponds are the microalgal production systems most commonly used at industrial
scale. In this work, two di erent raceway configurations were tested under the same processing
conditions to compare their performance on the production of Nannochloropsis oceanica. Biomass
productivity, biochemical composition of the produced biomass, and power requirements to operate
those reactors were evaluated. Water depths of 0.20 and 0.13 m, and culture circulation velocities
of 0.30 and 0.15 m s1 were tested. A standard configuration, which had a full channel width
paddlewheel, proved to be the most energy e cient, consuming less than half of the energy required
by a modified configuration (had a half channel width paddlewheel). The later showed to have
slightly higher productivity, not enough to o set the large di erence in energetic consumption. Higher
flow velocity (0.30 m s1) led to a 1.7 g m2 d1 improvement of biomass productivity of the system,
but it increased the energy consumption twice as compared to the 0.15 m s1 flow velocity. The latter
velocity showed to be the most productive in lipids. A water depth of 0.20 m was the most suitable
option tested to cultivate microalgae, since it allowed a 54% energy saving. Therefore, a standard
raceway pond using a flow velocity of 0.3 m s1 with a 0.20 m water depth was the most e cient
system for microalgal cultivation. Conversely, a flow velocity of 0.15 m s1 was the most suitable to

Percursos de formação: Enfermagem de reabilitação em Portugal 1965-1987
A formação em enfermagem de reabilitação no período de 1965 até à implementação do plano de estudos de 1974 é dominada pelas áreas da traumatologia. Este fato pode dever-se à necessidade social justificativa da formação: reabilitação dos mutilados da guerra colonial. A partir dessa data dá-se o incremento da neurologia e da neurotraumatologia tanto na formação teórica como nos estágios. Há conteúdos que desde sempre fizeram parte da formação e que persistem até ao momento presente. Importa também antever a transição resultante da definição das competências específicas do enfermeiro especialista em enfermagem de reabilitação (Diário da República 2ª série nº35 de 18 de Fevereiro de 2011) e a proposta formativa da especialidade de reabilitação (Ordem dos Enfermeiros, 2011). Considerando estes documentos é expectável que sejam retomados conteúdos que integraram planos de estudos mais remotos
