Import 06/11/2014Predmetom diplomovej práce je teoretické priblíženie problematiky pohľadávok z obchodného styku po splatnosti, možnostiam ich zabezpečenia, definovania právneho, účtovného a daňového hľadiska pohľadávok z obchodného styku po splatnosti podľa platnej slovenskej a českej legislatívy, a tieto získané teoretické poznatky následne využiť pri praktickom vyhodnotení pohľadávok z obchodného styku po splatnosti vo vybranej spoločnosti pôsobiacej na území Slovenskej republiky. Na dosiahnutie stanoveného cieľa sú v práci využité rôzne metódy skúmania a to najmä analýza, dedukcia, syntéza a komparácia.Subject of this thesis is a theoretical approach the issue of business relations receivables overdue, their security options, define the legal, accounting and tax point of a view of business relations receivables past due under current Slovak and Czech legislation, and these theoretical knowledge subsequently used in the practical evaluation of business relations receivables overdue in selected companies operating on the area of Slovak republic. Design of an optomechanical module for laser-induced plasma imaging

Spektroskopia laserom budenej plazmy (LIBS) je metóda analytickej chémie, ktorá umožňuje kvalitatívnu a kvantitatívnu analýzu skúmanej vzorky. Samotná ablácia je ale rýchly a dynamický proces, pri ktorom sa vzniknutá plazma mení v čase aj v priestore v priebehu niekoľkých mikrosekúnd. Pre detailnejšie pochopenie fyzikálnych procesov pri tejto metóde je potrebné pozorovanie, ktoré umožní veľké časové rozlíšenie spoločne s priestorovým. Preto je potrebný základný optomechanický modul pre zobrazovanie plazmy, následne pomocou ktorého budeme pozorovať časový a priestorový priebeh plazmy. Cieľom tejto práce je tak zistiť možnosť použitia zobrazovacích dát spoločne so spektroskopickými pre spracovanie dát. Taktiež je venovaná pozornosť časovému rozvoju plazmy za použitia rôznych intenzít laserového pulzu. Záverom tejto práce je overiť chovanie plazmy, ktoré vychádza z literatúry.Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) is a method of analytical chemistry that provides a qualitative and quantitative analysis of a sample. The ablation process of a sample is fast and dynamic and the change of plasma in time and space is a question of a few microseconds. An examination that provides a good time and space resolution is necessary to understand better the physical processes. For this reason, the goal of this thesis is to design a basic optomechanic construction for this type of experiment. Furthermore, it is important to check the functionality of this design and to use it for a basic comparison between the spectroscopic and imaging data. Also, the time development of plasma will be observed under different experimental conditions. The goal of this thesis, in general, is to prove that the morphology of plasma is as it is described in available related literature.

Project Management

Bakalárska práca sa zaobera projektovým riadením v stavebnej spoločnosti za využitia best practices projektového managementu. V teoretickej časti sú zadefinované najdôležitejšie pojmy z oblasti riadenia projektov. Analytická časť sa zaoberá predstavením spoločnosti a vyhodnotením súčasného stavu projektového riadenia vo firme. Nakoniec sú vytvorené návrhy na zlepšenia riadenia projektov.The bachelor's thesis deals with project management in a construction company using the best practices of project management. In the theoretical part, the most important concepts from the field of project management are defined. The analytical part deals with the introduction of the company and the evaluation of the current state of project management in the company. Finally, suggestions are made to improve project management.

Magnetic field effect on the flow character close to the surface

Cielom tejto bakalárskej práce je popísať základné vlastnoti prúdenia a magnetického poľa. Ďalej sa venuje využitiu magnetických kvapalín v rôznych aplikáciach. Taktiež popisuje dopad magnetického poľa na niektoré vlastnosti a chovania vody. Porovnáva niekoľko výsledkov z odborných člankov, ktoré sa tejto téme venujú. V experimentálnej časti skúma zmeny chovania kvapky troch použitých kvapalín pomocou vykosorýchlostnej kamery. Je porovnávaný kontaktný uhol pred a po vystavení magnetickému polu. V druhej časti experimentu skúma chovanie prúdiacej kvapky cez magnetické pole.The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to discribe basic properties of flow and magnetic field. Further characterize different applications of magnetic fluids. Also discribes the influence of magnetic field on some properties and behaviours of water. This thesis is comparing several conlusions of scientific articles, that are examining this subject. In the experiment the changes of three fluids were observed by the help of high speed camera. The contact angle of fluids before and after exposing to magnetic field is compared. In the second part of the experiment behavior of flowing drop through magnetic field is observed.

Analysis of the Financial Statements

Import 11/07/2012Predmetom bakalárskej práce je teoretické priblíženie účtovnej závierky zostavenej podľa slovenskej právnej úpravy a následné prevedenie finančnej analýzy, ktorá vychádza z výkazov účtovnej závierky. Účtovná závierka je verejným dokumentom, ktorý podáva informácie o finančnej situácií účtovnej jednotky. Účtovná závierka sa skladá zo súvahy, výkazu ziskov a strát a z poznámok. Základňu pre výpočet ukazovateľov finančnej analýzy tvoria údaje zo súvahy a výkazu ziskov a strát spoločnosti. Finančná analýza slúži k lepšiemu poznaniu finančnej situácie spoločnosti a k následnému prijatiu budúcich opatrení na zlepšenie tejto situácie. Finančná analýza spoločnosti XYZ, s. r. o. za obdobie 2008 - 2010 je v praktickej časti vykonaná prostredníctvom absolútnych a pomerových ukazovateľov finančnej analýzy. Skutočnosti zistené na základe analýzy absolútnych a pomerových ukazovateľov sú v závere vyhodnotené a následne spoločnosti poskytnuté návrhy na zlepšenie budúcej vlastnej finančnej situácie.The thesis focuses on the theoretical approach of the financial statements compiled by Slovak legislation and subsequent conduct financial analysis, based on the financial statements. The financial statements are public documents, which gives information about financial situation of entity. Financial statements consisting of balance sheet, income statement and notes. The basis for calculating the indicators of the financial analysis are data from the balance sheet and profit and loss of the company. Financial analysis is used to better understanding of the financial situation of the company and for subsequent acceptance of future action to improve the situation. Financial analysis of company XYZ, s. r. o. for the period 2008 - 2010 is in the practical part made by the absolute and evaluative indicators of financial analysis. The facts founded by the analysis of absolute and evaluative indicators are evaluated at the end and subsequently made suggestions for the company for improvements to its future financial condition.117 - Katedra účetnictvívelmi dobř
