    Electrical properties of ZnO varistors prepared by direct mixing of constituent phases

    Varistor samples containing different amounts of constituent phases were prepared by direct mixing of constituent phases. Detailed electrical characterization was performed to explain the influence of minor phases (spinel and intergranular phases) on overall properties. Characterization included investigation of the non-linear coefficients (α), breakdown electric field (EB), leakage currents (JL), grain boundary barrier hight (ΦB) and constant β from current-voltage characteristics, as well as calculation of activation energies for conduction (EA) from ac impedance spectroscopy in the temperature interval 30-410°C. Varistors sintered at 1100 °C for 1 h showed pronounced differences in electrical properties depending on relative molar ratios of the phases. Results were discussed in the sense of possible reduction of the content of minor phases in ZnO varistors

    U svrhu razvijanja cjelovitog sistema objektivna analiza - kritička kontrola definirana je metoda sukcesivnih polinomskih aproksimacija kojom se kritička kontrola podataka vrši na jednom izobarnom nivou. U usporedb! sa subjektivnom analizom i s objektivnom analizom bez kritičke kontrole pokazano je da je sistem analize uz sukcesivne polinomske aproksimacije bolji. To je potvrđeno i prilikom testiranja različito dobivenih početnih meteoroloških polja u numeričkom modelu za kratkoročnu prognozu. Na kraju je ukazano na ona mjesta i momente čijim bi se izmjenama i dopunama unaprijedio čitav objedinjeni poslupak kritičke kontrole i objektivne analize

    This work aims to analyse the environment for the private sector development in Serbia. Since the relaunch of transitional reforms in 2001, building up the business environment which is conducive for the private sector growth has been one of the priorities of economic policy. Based on data from the World Bank’s “Doing Business” publications, we can conclude that although improvement in the overall quality of the business environment in Serbia has been achieved, it has not been sustained, and several problematic issues maintain to be bottlenecks for more substantial progress.     U ovom radu analiziramo izvoznu konkurentnost privrede Republike Srbije, korišćenjem indeksa otvorenih komparativnih prednosti (RCA). Posmatramo 1990, 2001. i 2013. godinu, i, usled neraspoloživosti dezagregiranih podataka, analizu ograničavamo na sektore i odseke Standardne međunarodne trgovinske klasifikacije (SMTK). Opšta ocena je da je dugoročna struktura izvozne konkurentnosti Srbije nepovoljna, s obzirom da odseci u kojima Srbija tradicionalno ostvaruje komparativne prednosti prevashodno obuhvataju resursno i radno-intenzivne delatnosti. Ni promene u strukturi komparativnih prednosti u odnosu na 1990. nisu zadovoljavajuće, jer je Republika Srbija najčešće postajala konkurentna u izvozu onih odseka koji su tokom posmatranog perioda ostvarivali ispodprosečne stope rasta izvoza na globalnom nivou

    Artistic expression of emotions on a human motive in preschool-aged children

    Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je istražiti jesu li djeca sposobna likovno izraziti emociju na prikazu čovjeka, hoće li na prikaz emocije utjecati prethodno pročitana priča te postoji li razlika u prikazu emocija na crtežu s obzirom na dob. Istraživanje je provedeno u mlađoj i starijoj odgojnoj skupini DV „Zvrk“ Đakovo. Uzorak se sastojao od 27 djece, 14 djece u dobi od 4 godine i 13 djece u dobi od 6 godina. Istraživanje je uključivalo čitanje priče s nesretnim i sretnim završetkom, likovni zadatak i prikupljanje dječjih radova. Rezultati su dobiveni na osnovu kvalitativne analize dječjih likovnih radova. Osnovni zaključak istraživanja je da djeca u dobi od četiri godine nisu sposobna prikazati različite emocije na prikazu čovjeka za razliku od djece u dobi od šest godina.The aim of this research paper was to see if children were able to artistically express emotions on a human depiction, if a previously read story would affect their drawings and if there is a difference between children's drawings considering their age. The research was conducted with two groups of children (an older and a younger group) in Zvrk Nursery School in Đakovo. The sample consisted of 27 children, 14 children aged 4 and 13 children aged 6. The research included story reading with a happy and sad ending, a drawing task and collecting children's drawings. The results were obtained from a qualitative analysis of children's drawings. The final conclusion of this research is that children aged 4 are not able to express different types of emotions, while on the other hand children aged 6 are able to express emotions on image of a human

    Not only is depression the most widespread disease today, but the broader issue of mental health is an open question in today’s sports world. Ensuring mental health is the key to athletes’ need too. The main aim of this research is to present a theoretical and practical approach that can possibly restore sports to where it really belongs, namely sports as a tool for the realization of bioethicity, a behavior that is in accordance with the primordial nature. This study argues that physical education, sports training, and lifestyle based and realized on a holistic paradigm have a positive effect on self-determination, mindfulness, flow experience, intrinsic motivation, and growth-mindset. The holistic paradigm implies that we should not see human beings only as a body or as a mind but a combination of both body and mind, and also as soul and spirit. A holistic approach in sports and physical exercise that includes a philosophy of sports, educational, developmental and positive psychology, neuroscience, and cultivation of “virtuous character” and “self-transformation”—as explained in Plato’s philosophy and the philosophy of nothingness of the Kyoto School respectively—can result in realization of bioethical sports.Depresija ne samo da je najrasprostranjenija bolest današnjice već je mentalno zdravlje ujedno i otvoreno pitanje čak i u današnjem sportu. Cilj ovog istraživanja je prikazati teorijske i praktične pristupe koji bi mogli vratiti sport na mjesto koje mu i pripada - sport kao sredstvo za realizaciju bioetičnosti, to jest ponašanja koje je u suglasju s primordijalnom prirodom. Ovim istraživanjem je pokazano da kineziološka edukacija, sportski trening te način života koji su zasnovani i realizirani na cjelovitoj paradigmi pozitivno utječu na samoodređenje, usredotočenu svijest, doživljaj zanesenosti, intrinzičnu motivaciju, rastuće razmišljanje. Cjelovita paradigma znači pristup čovjeku ne samo kao tijelu ili umu, već zajedno tijelu i umu te kao duši i duhu. Cjeloviti pristup sportu i tjelovježbi koji uključuje filozofiju sporta, edukativnu, razvojnu i pozitivnu psihologiju, neuroznanost te kultivaciju «kreposnog karaktera» i «samotransformaciju», kako o tome govore Platonova filozofija i Filozofija ništavila Kyoto Škole, može rezultirati bioetičkim sportom
