On Bernstein Polynomials for Compact Lie Groups
AbstractWe give the Bernstein polynomials for basic matrix entries of irreducible unitary representations of compact Lie groupSU(2). We also give an application to the analytic continuation of certain distributions onSU(2), and finally we briefly describe the Bernstein polynomial forB−×B-semi-invariant functions on a semisimple complex Lie group
On pseudo-bialgebras
We study pseudoalgebras from the point of view of pseudo-dual of classical
Lie coalgebra structures. We define the notions of Lie H-coalgebra and Lie
pseudo-bialgebra. We obtain the analog of the CYBE, the Manin triples and
Drinfeld's double for Lie pseudo-bialgebras. We also get a natural description
of the annihilation algebra associated to a pseudoalgebra as a convolution
algebra, clarifying this constructions in the theory of pseudoalgebras.Comment: arXiv admin note: substantial text overlap with arXiv:math/000712
Discrete-continuos bispectral operatoros and rational Darboux transformations
In this Letter we construct examples of discrete-continuous bispectral operators obtained by rational Darboux transformations applied to a regular pseudo-difference operator with constant coefficients. Moreover, we give an explicit procedure to write down the differential operators involved in the bispectral situation corresponding to the pseudo-difference operator obtained by the Darboux process.Fil: Boyallian, Carina. An approach to quantum conformal algebra
We aim to explore if, inside a quantum vertex algebra, we can find the right notion of a quantum conformal algebra.Fil: Boyallian, Carina. Universidad Nacional de Córdoba; Argentina. On modules over matrix quantum pseudo-differential operators
We classify all the quasifinite highest-weight modules over the central extension of the Lie algebra of matrix quantum pseudo-differential operators, and obtain them in terms of representation theory of the Lie algebra gl(∞, Rm) of infinite matrices with only finitely many nonzero diagonals over the algebra Rm = ℂ[t]/(tm+1). We also classify the unitary ones.Fil: Boyallian, Carina. Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Facultad de Matemática, Astronomía y Física; Argentina. Towards a Lie theory for vertex and conformal algebras
We introduce several definitions within the framework ofvertex and conformal algebras which are analogous to some importantconcepts of the classical Lie theory. Most importantly, we define vertexmanifolds, which correspond to the notion of Lie groups. We provesuitable vertex/conformal versions of a number of classical results suchas the Milnor-Moore theorem, Cartier duality, and Lie's third theoremfor nilpotent Lie algebras.Fil: Boyallian, Carina. Irreducible continuous representations of the simple linearly compact n -Lie superalgebra of type S
In the present paper, we classify all irreducible continuous representations of the simple linearly compact n-Lie superalgebra of type S. The classification is based on a bijective correspondence between the continuous representations of the n-Lie algebras Sn and continuous representations of the Lie algebra of Cartan type S, on which some two-sided ideal acts trivially.Fil: Boyallian, Carina. Classical Lie subalgebras of the Lie algebra of matrix differential operators on the circle
We give a complete description of the anti-involutions of the algebra DN of N X N-matrix differential operators on the circle, preserving the principal ℤ gradation. We obtain, up to conjugation, two families σ±,m with 1≤m≤N, getting two families DN±,m simple Lie subalgebras fixed by -σ±,m. We also give a geometric realization of σ±.m, concluding that DN+,m is a subalgebra of DN of type o(m,n) and DN-,m is a subalgebra of DN of type o s p(m,n) (ortho-symplectic). Finally, we study the conformal algebras associated with DN+,m and DN-,m © 2001 American Institute of Physics.Fil: Boyallian, Carina. Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas.
