Development and optimization of quantitative composition of rectal suppositories with diosmin and hesperidin by the method of mathematical planning of the experiment

In the development of suppositories biphasic media are rarely used. It is due to the occurrence of possible instabilities within the system «dispersed phase and a dispersing medium». To solve such problems, it is rational to use the methods of mathematical planning of the experiment. The method of mathematical planning of the experiment feature is the diversity of approaches to model construction. This means that these methods are theoretically predict the results of a future experiment, analyze the data obtained, prevent the repetition of experiments and optimize the technology of medicine. The aim of the present research was to develop and optimize of quantitative composition of rectal suppositories with diosmin and hesperidin by the method of mathematical planning of experiment. Objects of the study were samples of suppositories of the biphasic type with diosmin and hesperidin. The dispersing medium of these samples consisted of hydrophobic (Witepsol W35 and emulsifiers) and hydrophilic parts (sodium alginate gel with the addition of Ca2+ as a complexing cation). Preliminary results of determining the percentage limits of the hydrophobic part of the dispersed medium were carried out by studying the indicators of the release of active substances from the dosage form and the laser diffraction method. As responses of experiments was used such indicator as: disintegration time, hardness and mucoadhesion. As a result of the studies, the functional dependence of the indicators on the amount of components of the suppository dispersed medium was established. It was found that acceptable values of the responses should conform to the following conditions: hardness and mucoadhesion should be close to the maximum, and the disintegration time – to the minimum. According to the results of the study it was found that the optimal content of the mixture of emulsifiers – 6.29%, solid fat – 39.51%, the hydrophilic part of the biphasic medium – 29.58%. Responses that will provide the system with the necessary structural-mechanical and pharmaco-technological properties are within: y1 (2.713); y2 (22.639); y3 (439.283). The obtained data will be used in further studies to optimize the composition and technology of rectal suppositories with diosmin and hesperidin

Особливості протидії і боротьба кіберзлочинності в Україні, Фінляндії, Естонії, Франції, США. Зроблено висновок про важливість гармонізації законодавства у сфері боротьби проти кіберзлочинності, а також налагодження транскордонного співробітництва у цій сфері та співпраця з приватними суб'єктами, зокрема, що надають Інтернет-послуги.The article deals with the features of fighting against cybercrime through the creation of appropriate cyber units in Ukraine and in the world. Official data on losses incurred annually by the state as a result of committing cybercrime are presented. Attention is drawn to the fact that by 2021 the losses from cybercrime in the world will reach 6 trillion dollars. It is revealed that the main international act for European states in the field of fighting against cybercrime is the Council of Europe cybercrime convention, according to which cyber units were created in Ukraine and in a number of European Union member states. The peculiarities of counteraction and struggle of cybercrime in Ukraine, Finland, Estonia, France, the USA are considered. The conclusion is made on the importance of harmonization of legislation in the area of fighting against cybercrime, as well as the establishment of cross-border cooperation in this area and cooperation with private actors, in particular those providing Internet services.В статье рассматриваются особенности борьбы с киберпреступностью путем создания соответствующих киберподразделений в Украине и в мире. Официальные данные о потерях, понесенных ежегодно в результате совершения киберпреступности. Обращает на себя внимание тот факт, что к 2021 году потери от киберпреступности в мире достигнут 6 триллионов долларов. Выявлено, что основным международным актом европейских государств в области борьбы с киберпреступностью является Конвенция Совета Европы о киберпреступности, в соответствии с которой в Украина и ряд государств-членов Европейского Союза. The TA Framework: Designing Real-time Teaching Augmentation for K-12 Classrooms

Recently, the HCI community has seen increased interest in the design of teaching augmentation (TA): tools that extend and complement teachers' pedagogical abilities during ongoing classroom activities. Examples of TA systems are emerging across multiple disciplines, taking various forms: e.g., ambient displays, wearables, or learning analytics dashboards. However, these diverse examples have not been analyzed together to derive more fundamental insights into the design of teaching augmentation. Addressing this opportunity, we broadly synthesize existing cases to propose the TA framework. Our framework specifies a rich design space in five dimensions, to support the design and analysis of teaching augmentation. We contextualize the framework using existing designs cases, to surface underlying design trade-offs: for example, balancing actionability of presented information with teachers' needs for professional autonomy, or balancing unobtrusiveness with informativeness in the design of TA systems. This paper gives a descriptive overview of the literature related to Pedagogical Content Knowledge - PCK - in the sciences. It is expected that this review can contribute to a better understanding of PCK, pointing out what has been investigated about this concept. Specifically, we analyze: a) how PCK is defined, what are its main features and how it has been appropriated by teachers; b) the relationship between PCK, knowledge of the contents to be taught and students learning; c) how PCK was actually used in teachers' training and teachers' evaluation; and, d) the scientific areas in which PCK has been studied.
