Peculiarities of development of digital financial ecosystem
The development of information society based on creating digital information channels fosters the expansion of virtual interaction of the participants of social relations. It gives rise to technological transformation of financial infrastructure and fosters related changes in other spheres of economy and social life. This research is aimed at finding out peculiarities of forming and developing digital financial microsystems and determining possible scenarios of the development of the Russian national financial ecosystem. The analysis of the statistical data has shown that developing digital technologies leads to the transformation of financial services consumer behaviour. They move from off-line environment with cash payments to the on-line service with non-cash settlements predominance and distant interaction. The trust in fintech-companies and digital financial services is constantly increasing. The caried-out analysis has shown that digitalization of financial sector increases its financial accessibility and fosters poverty reduction (Wang, Yang, Chiu & Lin, 2020) and provides economic growth (Siddik & Kabiraj, 2020). It forms the basis for the transformation of financial architecture and the expansion of digital financial ecosystems in Russia. On the basis of world experience as well as Russian practice, the authors determined the elements and principles of digital financial ecosystem development, identified types of forming and levels of ecosystems functioning.The authors considered two variants of forming the national digital financial ecosystem that differ in the form of interaction of state and private ecosystems functioning. Vermittlung von Informationskompetenz für Oberstufenschüler an Öffentlichen Bibliotheken
Informationskompetenz gilt heutzutage als eine der wichtigsten Schlüsselqualifikationen in der Allgemeinbildung. Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die Bemühungen Öffentlicher Bibliotheken zur Vermittlung von Informationskompetenz an Oberstufenschüler. Im Rahmen einer empirischen Untersuchung wurden 102 Öffentliche Bibliotheken befragt. Damit soll eruiert und dokumentiert werden, wie heutzutage Informationskompetenz in diesen Bibliotheken an diese Zielgruppe vermittelt wird – mit dem Ziel, Verbesserungsvorschläge auszuarbeiten, um die Qualität der Vermittlung von Informationskompetenz zu steigern
Globalization of mortgage-backed securities market in Russia: Legal impact on transaction economy
Research background: The exponential growth of mortgage lending has taken on increasing importance in development of securitization activities market for mortgage assets throughout the world. The difficulty of comparing mortgage-backed securities of different countries explained by varying national legal features is the reason why there is no international market for such securities. Since 2014, the mortgage securities market has entered the stage of nationalization; as a result, it slowed down and lost the necessary infrastructure, including its legal components. Since securitization of mortgage loans first originated and became common in developed economies, it is of interest to compare Russian and international experience of legal regulation of each transaction stage.
Purpose of the article: The purpose of this paper is to analyze legal regulation features of mortgage securitization in different countries and their impact on economic characteristics of securities in order to develop a globalization strategy for this market.
Methods: The study is based on open data from Russian, European, American, England Central Banks and uses methods of structural, statistical, dynamic analyses and abstraction which made it possible to form holistic and substantiated conclusions.
Findings & Value added: As a result of research activities, key features of legal regulation of mortgage securitization transaction have been identified. Based on these findings, a strategy for globalization of mortgage securities market was proposed. It contributes to international cooperation development in the field of long-term projects financing, including support measures of mortgage lenders

Анализ предпочтений студентов при выборе мобильных приложений для изучения русского языка как иностранного
Introduction. The relevance of the research comes from the tendency for the Russian as a foreign language methodology to apply digital learning tools. The research focuses on mobile applications that are used for self-studies by international students learning Russian. The aim of the research is to establish the factors that influence the preferences in online applications among students learning Russian in different countries. The methodology and research methods. The research relies on the theoretical methods of the analysis of scholarly works, the analysis of the distinctive features of learning Russian in the countries with different social and cultural contexts of language education (the Czech Republic, Turkmenistan). The survey used to gather empirical data (the total of 103 respondents) was aimed to identify the preferences of international students in their choice of online language applications. Results. The research established that about 90% of students from both groups resort to using mobile Internet for learning Russian. Students from the Czech Republic choose language online applications much more frequently than their peers from Turkmenistan (80% and 20% respectively). Czech students prefer to use applications with in-built methodology systems that encourage the development of different types of speech activities. Students from Turkmenistan use applications with a limited range of methodology resources. The factors that are found to influence students’ preferences include the existing context for language training (access to language training, use of digital resources for learning), the presence of the native language in the digital resources, the proficiency level in the intermediary language which is included in the digital education environment.Введение. Актуальность заявленной проблемы продиктована тенденцией развития методики преподавания русского языка как иностранного в области применения цифровых средств обучения. В поле зрения исследования находятся мобильные приложения, которые иностранные студенты используют самостоятельно при изучении русского языка. Цель исследования - выявить факторы, которые влияют на предпочтения студентов, изучающих русский язык в разных странах, при выборе языковых интернет-приложений. Методология и методики исследования. В исследовании использованы теоретические методы анализа научных источников, анализ особенностей изучения русского языка в странах, имеющих разный социокультурный контекст языкового образования (Чешская Республика, Туркменистан). Для сбора эмпирических данных применялся опрос (всего 103 респондента). Результаты. Исследование показало, что около 90% студентов из обеих групп прибегают к использованию мобильного Интернета для изучения русского языка. Студенты из Чешской Республики значительно чаще, чем их ровесники из Туркменистана, выбирают такой цифровой ресурс, как языковые интернет-приложения (80% к 28%). Чешские студенты предпочитают применяют приложения со встроенными методическими системами, предполагающими развитие разных видов речевой деятельности. Студенты из Туркменистана используют приложения с ограниченным спектром методических ресурсов. К выявленным факторам, влияющим на предпочтения студентов, можно отнести следующие: существующий контекст языкового образования (доступность изучения языков, включение цифровых ресурсов в обучение), представленность родного языка в цифровых ресурсах, владение языком-посредником, включенным в цифровое образовательное пространство
Effect of graphene oxide and nanosilica modifications on electrospun core-shell PVA–PEG–SiO2@PVA–GO fiber mats
Electrospinning is a well-established method for the fabrication of polymer biomaterials, including those with core-shell nanofibers. The variability of structures presents a great range of opportunities in tissue engineering and drug delivery by incorporating biologically active molecules such as drugs, proteins, and growth factors and subsequent control of their release into the target microenvironment to achieve therapeutic effect. The object of study is non-woven core-shell PVA–PEG–SiO2@PVA–GO fiber mats assembled by the technology of coaxial electrospinning. The task of the core-shell fiber development was set to regulate the degradation process under external factors. The dual structure was modified with silica nanoparticles and graphene oxide to ensure the fiber integrity and stability. The influence of the nano additives and crosslinking conditions for the composite was investigated as a function of fiber diameter, hydrolysis, and mechanical properties. Tensile mechanical tests and water degradation tests were used to reveal the fracture and dissolution behavior of the fiber mats and bundles. The obtained fibers were visualized by confocal fluorescence microscopy to confirm the continuous core-shell structure and encapsulation feasibility for biologically active components, selectively in the fiber core and shell. The results provide a firm basis to draw the conclusion that electrospun core-shell fiber mats have tremendous potential for biomedical applications as drug carriers, photocatalysts, and wound dressings
Pharmacokinetics, quorum-sensing signal molecules and tryptophan-related metabolomics of the novel anti-virulence drug Fluorothiazinon in a Pseudomonas aeruginosa-induced pneumonia murine model
Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) infection is commonly associated with hospital-acquired infections in patients with immune deficiency and/or severe lung diseases. Managing this bacterium is complex due to drug resistance and high adaptability. Fluorothiazinon (FT) is an anti-virulence drug developed to suppress the virulence of bacteria as opposed to bacterial death increasing host's immune response to infection and improving treatment to inhibit drug resistant bacteria. We aimed to evaluate FT pharmacokinetics, quorum sensing signal molecules profiling and tryptophan-related metabolomics in blood, liver, kidneys, and lungs of mice. Study comprised three groups: a group infected with PA that was treated with 400 mg/kg FT ("infected treated group"); a non-infected group, but also treated with the same single drug dose ("non-infected treated group"); and an infected group that received a vehicle ("infected non-treated group"). PA-mediated infection blood pharmacokinetics profiling was indicative of increased drug concentrations as shown by increased Cmax and AUCs. Tissue distribution in liver, kidneys, and lungs, showed that liver presented the most consistently higher concentrations of FT in the infected versus non-infected mice. FT showed that HHQ levels were decreased at 1 h after dosing in lungs while PQS levels were lower across time in lungs of infected treated mice in comparison to infected non-treated mice. Metabolomics profiling performed in lungs and blood of infected treated versus infected non-treated mice revealed drug-associated metabolite alterations, especially in the kynurenic and indole pathways
