    Functional asymmetry of posture and body system regulation

    Get PDF
    The manifestation of functional asymmetry during the regulation of an athlete's posture and a system of bodies and its effect on the execution of individual and group acrobatic exercises were studied. Functional asymmetry of posture regulation was recorded in acrobats during the execution of individual and group exercises. It was shown that stability is maintained at the expense of bending and twisting motions. It is important to consider whether the functional asymmetry of posture regulation is left or right sided in making up pairs and groups of acrobats

    PECULIARITIES OF STATODYNAMIC EQUILIBRIUM IN SPORTS WITH COMPLEX COORDINATED STRUCTURE T. MISTULOVA, V. Boloban The high statodynamic equilibrium of body or body's system and as result the high level of sporting skill takes place only by the realization of biomechanic expedient ', motions and poses, and depends on the parameters such as an amplitude, a frequency and a period of vibration, a coefficient of equilibrium, a time of stabilization and a preservation of balance. The combination of small amplitude and frequency of vibration by the effective stabilization of equilibrium with a long time of balance preservation is the characteristic of high level of pose regulation of sportsman. These mentioned features remain under the execution of balances on the narrow and agile support (gymnastic log, skates), on the height, in case of limited visual or absent control, in overturn position. The equilibrium on the support by transition the sportsman from dynamib part of exercise to static position (finish stage of jump and jumps off) depends on the number of motions fulfilled on the rising period of flights trajectory: the more angle of turning of sportsmen body on the rising part of trajectory the more stable landing (1=0,86;

    INTRODUCTION: University sports events - gymnastics, acrobatics, diving, trampoline, figure skating, etc. - represent artificial motor forms with complex coordinating structures. The major trends in their development are toward increasing complexity of competitive programs and improving performance mastery. The theory and practice of modern athletic training have proposed a number of didactic requirements and rules for the educational process, i.e.: teaching sports exercises without re-learning, achieving high quality, stability and reliability of exercise reproduction under training and competitive conditions

    The aim of the study was to compare the values of velocity an joint angles obtained during performance of double salto backward stretched with a stable landing and its combination with salto tempo. Seven top level acrobats (track jumpers) participated in study. Mean values of body height, mass and age had a value of: 170 cm ± 4.0 cm, 72.4 kg ± 3.6 kg, 20.4±1.7 years, respectively. The studies were conducted on a standard acrobatic path (type PTS 2000). Two digital video cameras (240 Hz) and APAS 2000 (Ariel Dynamics Inc.) were used during studies. Markers were placed in ankle, knee, hip, arm, elbow and wrist joints. All marker positions were tracked and reconstructed using the APAS system. Two sequences with the following elements were analysed: round-off - double salto backward stretched (A) and round-off - double salto backward stretched - tempo salto (B). The highest differences between the key components describing performance of presented exercises exist for joint angles during launching and landing position, and resultant velocities during touchdown. In version A the athlete created prerequisites for “gliding” double salto backward stretched by means of the body segments motions, whereas in version B he executes faster motions of the body segments accentuating his actions upon backward rotation of the body. During the final phase of double salto backward stretched in combination with tempo salto the athlete performed courbette “under himself” (almost straight feet are placed in front of vertical line), pushes directly back and in 0,1 s executes stable arm swing upward-backward to tempo salto

    INTRODUCTION Human body equilibrium is the index of one's health, physical development, fitness and athletic mastery level. Coordinational abilities of children aged 4-5 in maintaining statodynamic stability have been studied when solving equilibrium motor tasks ( P. Perrin, 1989; V. N. Boloban, 1990; K. Bretz, R. J. Kaske, 1994; A.U. Kholtobina, 1994, et al.) . METHODOLOGY Measurements have been made by means of ADAMtype equipment complex (Software: lngchicurbüro - Dr. K.Bretz, 1992). Different methods of solving equilibrium motor tasks by children have been determined. Their stabilograms consist of such individual parameters as: amplitude, frequency of vibration, duration of test task performance, special location in time function (on isoline, above or below it ) , and in “stabilograph-subject” coordinate system. RESULTS Spectral Fourier-analysis of stabilograms demonstrates that body stability is generally determined by vibrations having the frequencies 0.5-1.5 Hz. In the frequencies above 2-3 Hz, children subjects do not yet possess voluntary motions to regulate body postures. Coordination indices of children's body orthograde position demonstrate necessity of special training to provide body equilibrium. Developed didactical means, methods and control elements provide efficient formation of statodynamic stability skill. Stabilogram indices allow to determine coordinational abilities in children and forecast development of their voluntary motions in the structure of professional orientation

    Criteria of an estimation statodynamic stability of sportsman body and system of bodies in difficult coordination sports are developed and experimentally proved. It is established that length of the general center of pressure trajectory of a body on a support, frequency of fluctuations of a body, a parity of amplitude of fluctuations of a body and frequency, symmetry and asymmetry of movements in the course of a body pose regulation, length of a trajectory of a control point moving on a trunk in the field of a sacrum in system of cooperating bodies are authentic signs of sports orientation, an estimation of sports technics of exercises and training by it. Criteria are a criterion of an estimation of a body balance in the course of sports exercises performance; allow to carry out effective sports preparation
