Current problems of modern choice execution: choice theatralization
The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the problem of finding ways to develop choral performance in the conditions of the modern cultural and educational environment. The purpose of the materials presented in the publication is to actualize the appeal to choral theatricalization as an effective means of awakening and developing the interest of students in collective singing activities. The concept of “choral theatricalization” and significant aspects of attracting young people to choral performance are analyzed. The priority is determined by the reliance on the following components of the collective musical and creative activity: perceptual (features of musical perception, empathy, understanding musical information, its semantic and emotional content); communicative (dialogue between performers and authors of a musical work, choirmaster and singers of the choir, members of the choir, the performing team and the audience); interactive (creative interaction between all participants of the artistic and creative process).

Study of thermal effects of silicate-containing hydroxyapatites
The possibility of modifications of hydroxyapatite silicate ions, from the extracellular fluid prototype solution under near-physiological conditions has been studied. Formation of silicon-structured hydroxyapatite with different extent of substitution of phosphate groups in the silicate group has been established through chemical and X-ray diffraction analyses, FTIR spectroscopy and optical microscopy. The results obtained are in agreement and suggest the possibility of substitution of phosphate groups for silicate groups in the hydroxyapatite structure when introducing different sources of silica, tetraethoxysilane and sodium silicate, in the reaction mixture. Growth in the amount of silicon in Si-HA results in the increase in the thermal stability of the samples. The greatest mass loss occurs at temperatures in the range of 25-400 °С that is caused by the removal of the crystallization and adsorption water and volatile impurities. It is shown that the modified apatites are of imperfect structure and crystallize in a nanocrystalline state
Three-dimensional magnetic flux rope structure formed by multiple sequential X-line reconnection at the magnetopause
On 14 June 2007, four Time History of Events and Macroscale Interactions during Substorms spacecraft observed a flux transfer event (FTE) on the dayside magnetopause, which has been previously proved to be generated by multiple, sequential X-line reconnection (MSXR) in a 2-D context. This paper reports a further study of the MSXR event to show the 3-D viewpoint based on additional measurements. The 3-D structure of the FTE flux rope across the magnetospheric boundary is obtained on the basis of multipoint measurements taken on both sides of the magnetopause. The flux rope's azimuthally extended section is found to lie approximately on the magnetopause surface and parallel to the X-line direction; while the axis of the magnetospheric branch is essentially along the local unperturbed magnetospheric field lines. In the central region of the flux rope, as distinct from the traditional viewpoint, we find from the electron distributions that two types of magnetic field topology coexist: opened magnetic field lines connecting the magnetosphere and the magnetosheath and closed field lines connecting the Southern and Northern hemispheres. We confirm, therefore, for the first time, the characteristic feature of the 3-D reconnected magnetic flux rope, formed through MSXR, through a determination of the field topology and the plasma distributions within the flux rope. Knowledge of the complex geometry of FTE flux ropes will improve our understanding of solar wind-magnetosphere interaction.Astronomy & AstrophysicsSCI(E)5ARTICLE51904-191111
Risk Management in the Manufacturing and Use of the Medical Product for in vitro Diagnostics: Reagent Kit “Lyophilized Erythrocyte Antigenic Tularemia Diagnosticum”
The aim of the work was to implement the risk management strategies in the manufacturing and use of medical products for in vitro diagnostics by the example of the experimental series of the reagent kit “Lyophilized erythrocyte antigenic tularemia diagnosticum”.Materials and methods. We tested experimental series of the reagent panel “Lyophilized erythrocyte antigenic tularemia diagnosticum”. To carry out the identification, assessment and analysis of risks regarding the considered medical product, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) was proposed and adapted under production conditions. Identification of risks associated with manufacturing and control of medical products for in vitro diagnostics was carried out using technological regulations, standard operational procedures and manufacturing notes. Results and discussion. The main outcome of the study is the development of a corrective actions system aimed at reducing the risks and ensuring consistent monitoring. The proposed schemes for carrying out the risk management process can be used as standard ones in the design and development of medical products for in vitro diagnostics, taking into account the specifics of each individual manufacturing. The reporting documents developed within the framework of the system are applicable during the inspection of good manufacturing practice and in terms of completing the registration profile of a diagnostic product with subsequent registration in the healthcare system of the Russian Federation
Continuous Wavelets on Compact Manifolds
Let be a smooth compact oriented Riemannian manifold, and let
be the Laplace-Beltrami operator on . Say 0 \neq f
\in \mathcal{S}(\RR^+), and that . For , let
denote the kernel of . We show that is
well-localized near the diagonal, in the sense that it satisfies estimates akin
to those satisfied by the kernel of the convolution operator on
\RR^n. We define continuous -wavelets on , in such a
manner that satisfies this definition, because of its localization
near the diagonal. Continuous -wavelets on are analogous to
continuous wavelets on \RR^n in \mathcal{S}(\RR^n). In particular, we are
able to characterize the Hlder continuous functions on by
the size of their continuous wavelet transforms, for
Hlder exponents strictly between 0 and 1. If is the torus
\TT^2 or the sphere , and (the ``Mexican hat''
situation), we obtain two explicit approximate formulas for , one to be
used when is large, and one to be used when is small
Radiation damage in the LHCb vertex locator
The LHCb Vertex Locator (VELO) is a silicon strip detector designed to reconstruct charged particle trajectories and vertices produced at the LHCb interaction region. During the first two years of data collection, the 84 VELO sensors have been exposed to a range of fluences up to a maximum value of approximately 45 × 1012 1 MeV neutron equivalent (1 MeV neq). At the operational sensor temperature of approximately −7 °C, the average rate of sensor current increase is 18 μA per fb−1, in excellent agreement with predictions. The silicon effective bandgap has been determined using current versus temperature scan data after irradiation, with an average value of Eg = 1.16±0.03±0.04 eV obtained. The first observation of n+-on-n sensor type inversion at the LHC has been made, occurring at a fluence of around 15 × 1012 of 1 MeV neq. The only n+-on-p sensors in use at the LHC have also been studied. With an initial fluence of approximately 3 × 1012 1 MeV neq, a decrease in the Effective Depletion Voltage (EDV) of around 25 V is observed. Following this initial decrease, the EDV increases at a comparable rate to the type inverted n+-on-n type sensors, with rates of (1.43±0.16) × 10−12 V/ 1 MeV neq and (1.35±0.25) × 10−12 V/ 1 MeV neq measured for n+-on-p and n+-on-n type sensors, respectively. A reduction in the charge collection efficiency due to an unexpected effect involving the second metal layer readout lines is observed
