Antiinflammation and antidsbiotic actions of flavancontent means on rat colon mucosa after received the peroxide sunflower oil
Aim:Β To determine prophylactics action of flavancontent means after introduction the peroxide sunflower oil.Materials and methods:Β Its were used flavancontent means: quertulin (quercetin + inulin + Ca citrate), lequin (lecithin + quercetin + inulin + Ca citrate) and lecasil (lecithin + flavolignan from Silybum marianum + Ca citrate). Rats received peroxide sunflower oil (PSO) per os in dose 1 ml/rat day. The flavancontent means introduced every day in dose 300 mg/kg in during 2,5 months. The activities elastase, urease, lysozyme, catalase and content of MDA were determined into colon mucosa. Results: The activities elastase, urease and content of MDA were increased in rats, what received PSO, but activity of lysozyme was reduced. The flavancontent means were lowered the activities of elastase and content of MDA, but was increased activity lysozyme. Conclusion: PSO made dysbiosis and inflammation into colon mucosa. The flavancontent means made prophylactic action, better lequin and lecasil
Effect of high-fat diets on functional and biochemical parameters of the large intestine of rats
Aim: To determine the effect of high fat diet on the state of the colon.
Materials and Methods: Edible fats with different fatty acid composition were used: usual (high linoleic) sunflower oil, high-oleic sunflower oil βOlivkaβ, high-palmitic oils: butter and palm oil, high- lauric coconut oil. These fats in the amount of 15% were added to the standard feed (5% fat). Rats were fed for 60 days. Every week, an indicator of the frequency of drfecations was determined. After euthanasia of animals, elastase, urease, lysozyme, catalase activity and MDA content were determined in the mucous membrane of the colon. The antioxidant- prooxidant index API was calculated by the ratio of catalase activity and MDA content, and the degree of dysbiosis according to A. P. Levitsky was calculated by the ratio of relative activities of urease and lysozyme.
Results: Sunflower oil increases the number of defecations, butter, palm oil and, especially, coconut oil reduced the number of defecations, βOlivkaβ is not affected. In the mucous membrane of the colon, butter and palm oil increase the activity of elastase, urease, the degree of dysbiosis, the content of MDA and reduce the activity of lysozyme and the API index. The API also reduces by the usual sunflower oil and coconut oil.
Conclusion: High- palmitic fats (butter and palm oil), cause the development of colitis, fats with a high content of saturated fatty acids (butter, palm and coconut oils) cause the development of dysbiosis in the colon mucosa by reducing lysozyme activity. High- oleic sunflower oil does not cause the development of colitis and dysbiosis
Antidysbiotic prophylaxis and therapy of non-infectious colitis
The increasing incidence of dysbiosis and its pathogenic consequences naturally raises questions about the search for treatment and prevention. It is established that in the pathogenesis of non-infectious colitis the decisive role is played by dysbiosis, that is, the reduction of the level of probiotic bacteria and the increase in the number of conditionally pathogenic species, especially their virulent strains. Under the conditions of functioning of the normal microbial composition of the microbiome, the probiotic bacteria exert a suppressive effect on the conditionally pathogenic microflora. It is important that even with the development of dysbiosis only the ratio of the two groups of microorganisms changes, and, for example, the biotic bacteria do not completely disappear, which makes it possible to restore them. The results of many years of experimental studies carried out in the laboratory of Professor AP Levitsky showed the antidysbiotic property of polyphenolic compounds, in particular bioflavonoids. It is known that bioflavonoids belong to plant substances and have a very wide range of biological effects: antioxidant, anti-enzyme, membrane-protecting, hepatoprotective, anti-dysbiotic, anti-inflammatory and therefore used for the treatment of many diseases, in the first place
On the Strong Homotopy Lie-Rinehart Algebra of a Foliation
It is well known that a foliation F of a smooth manifold M gives rise to a
rich cohomological theory, its characteristic (i.e., leafwise) cohomology.
Characteristic cohomologies of F may be interpreted, to some extent, as
functions on the space P of integral manifolds (of any dimension) of the
characteristic distribution C of F. Similarly, characteristic cohomologies with
local coefficients in the normal bundle TM/C of F may be interpreted as vector
fields on P. In particular, they possess a (graded) Lie bracket and act on
characteristic cohomology H. In this paper, I discuss how both the Lie bracket
and the action on H come from a strong homotopy structure at the level of
cochains. Finally, I show that such a strong homotopy structure is canonical up
to isomorphisms.Comment: 41 pages, v2: almost completely rewritten, title changed; v3:

Pathogenetic aspects of clinical syndromology "cosmetology", "vegetative" and "somatic" genesis in chronic dermatoses
The subject of the study is the degree of the severity of symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome and dysmorphophobia in patients with psoriasis and acne. To this end it has been studied the influence of a proper cosmetic skin damage, and functional bowel changes on the formation of dysmorphophobia patients with the above dermatoses. To assess the severity of corresponding changes of statistical data analysis techniques were used, obtained by questioning the patients for a specific methodology, comprising 15 different criteria. The results showed significant (p<0.05) increase in the degree of dysmorphophobia, while there are signs of irritable bowel in patients with psoriasis and acne. The findings may have practical importance in the performance of medical and rehabilitation activities in dermatology, cosmetology, psychology and other branches of medicine. Early diagnosis of dysmorphophobia among patients with chronic dermatoses and the ability to influence the degree of severity of comorbidities dictate the need to establish a family, school, work, health care institutions a thorough regime favored against the decision of psychological problems faced by patients.

The Hamilton-Jacobi Formalism for Higher Order Field Theories
We extend the geometric Hamilton-Jacobi formalism for hamiltonian mechanics
to higher order field theories with regular lagrangian density. We also
investigate the dependence of the formalism on the lagrangian density in the
class of those yelding the same Euler-Lagrange equations.Comment: 25 page
On Higher Derivatives as Constraints in Field Theory: a Geometric Perspective
We formalize geometrically the idea that the (de Donder) Hamiltonian
formulation of a higher derivative Lagrangian field theory can be constructed
understanding the latter as a first derivative theory subjected to constraints.Comment: 7 page
Mucosaprotective action of the phytopreparation "Biotrit" at experimental hepatogenic colitis
Aim: To determine the role of dysbiosis in the development of colitis and to show the therapeutic and preventive effects of the phytopreparation "Biotrit" at this pathology.
Materials and Methods: In rats toxic hepatitis was induced using hydrazine and intestinal dysbiosis was induced using lincomycin. In the colonic mucosa there were determined the activities of urease, lysozyme, proteases, catalase; the protein content and malondialdehyde (MDA). The degree of dysbiosis was calculated as the ratio of the relative activities of urease and lysozyme by the Levitsky method, and the antioxidant-prooxidant index API was calculated as the ratio of the catalase activity and the MDA content. Rats received the phytopreparation "Biotrit" (meal of wheat leaves) in dose 200 mg/kg daily for 21 days.
Results: The combination of hepatitis with dysbiosis increases the activities of urease, proteases, the MDA content, the degree of dysbiosis and it reduces the activity of lysozyme, catalase, and API. Biotrit treatment reduce the activities urease, protease, the content MDA and degree of dysbiosis, but raise the activities lysozyme and catalase.
Conclusions: Phytopreparation βBiotritβ shone mucosoprotective action on colon rats with hepategenic colitis
