Types and Systems of Actors in Regional Development: Their Function and Regulatory Potential

Differentiation of actors derives primarily from the distribution of power and wealth in a society, and thus it has always played an exceptionally significant role. However, as a consequence of the hierarchical organisation of the society this differentiation was noticeably asymmetrical. The non-equivalence of partial subjects/actors of regional development has led to the understandable domination of ‘deterministic’ relations and the plurality of interests and then to the dominance of ‘competitive’ relations. Only gradually do interactions of a cooperative kind successively break through the growth of mutual interconnections, linkages and necessity of social elements and partial systems, and thus the increasing of organic nature of (geo)societal systems. This will be finally illustrated through the difference between ‘symmetric’ systems of actors in developed countries and the ‘asymmetric’ global system

Diplomová práce "Finanční analýza vybrané obchodní společnosti" je zaměřena na teoretické pozadí finanční analýzy a na její praktickou aplikaci ve společnosti PCV Alfa s.r.o. V rámci teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, zdroje informací a metody finanční analýzy. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci finanční analýzy u vybrané společnosti, zhodnocení získaných výsledků a návrhy změn vhodných pro zlepšení finanční situace společnosti."Financial Analysis in Selected Business Company" is a thesis divided into two main parts. It covers the theoretical background of financial analysis, followed by its practical application within the company PCV Alfa s.r.o. The theoretical part is aimed at explaining foundational terminology, sources of information, and the established methods of financial analysis. The practical section then applies financial analysis to the workings of PCV Alfa s.r.o., and evaluates its findings. ZiLOG's Z80 CPU core in FPGA circuit

katedra: ITE; rozsah: 48 sCílem této bakalářské práce je implementovat jádro osmibitového procesoru Z80 na desce FPGA Spartan-3E. Význam práce spočívá hlavně v praktickém procvičení si reverzního inženýrství a programování (konfigurování) FPGA obvodů za použití jazyka VHDL, dává si však také za cíl poukázat na stále rostoucí oblibu FPGA obvodů a neutuchající slávu kultovního procesoru Z80. Implementace pokrývá zavedení registrů, aritmeticko-logické jednotky, externí paměti a samotného jádra centrální řídící jednotky (CPU), včetně zapracování cca. 1/4 instrukční sady. Demonstrační program je napsán v assembleru a jeho funkčnost je demonstrována v přiložených záznamech test benchů.The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to implement a Z80 eight-bit CPU's core in a FPGA circuit Spartan-3. The significance of this work consists mostly within the practising of reverse engineering and in programming (configuring) FPGA circuits using VHDL language, while also highlighting the rising popularity of FPGAs and the cult of the famous Z80 processor. The implementation covers the introduction of registers, ALU, external memory and ? of course ? CPU core logic, including approx. Ľ of the instruction set. The test program is written in assembler and its functionality is being demonstrated by the attached test benches

The spatial distribution of rock landforms in the Pohořská Mountains (Pohořská hornatina), Czech Republic

Geomorphological mapping with an emphasis on rock landforms was carried out in the Pohořská Mountains (Cz. Pohořská hornatina) and the positional data acquired were further processed using statistical and cartographical methods. The spatial distribution of rock landforms was investigated in relation to lithology, slope, orientation, and elevation based on an analysis using ArcGIS 9.1. The spatial distribution of rock landforms was primarily determined by the index of distribution Wij = Xi / Yj, where Xi is the percentage representation of landforms in the appropriate category and Yj is the percentage quotient of this category in the entire area studied, and wassecondarily determined according to the sum (sum distribution) of the arithmetic mean and the average deviation

Právní a ekonomické aspekty devizových intervencí

Autoři se zaměřili na multidisciplinární vymezení problematiky devizových intervencí, jakožto nestandardního nástroje měnové politiky. Po teoretickém zařazením tohoto nástroje do systému finančního práva předložili autoři historický pohled na tento měnověpolitický nástroj a následně jej v podobě, jak byl použit Českou národní bankou, komparovali s nestandardními měnověpolitickými nástroji Eurosystému používanými v poslední dekádě.Autoři se zaměřili na multidisciplinární vymezení problematiky devizových intervencí, jakožto nestandardního nástroje měnové politiky. Po teoretickém zařazením tohoto nástroje do systému finančního práva předložili autoři historický pohled na tento měnověpolitický nástroj a následně jej v podobě, jak byl použit Českou národní bankou, komparovali s nestandardními měnověpolitickými nástroji Eurosystému používanými v poslední dekádě.The authors targeted the interdisciplinary issued of FX intervention, as a unconventional monetary policy tool. Having first define the position this monetary policy tool has within the system of financial law, the showed a historical context and compared the FX interventions carried out by the Czech national bank with the unconventional monetary policy tools employed by the Eurosystem in the last decade

Development of Cyber-physical security testbedbased on IEC61850 architecture

The paper focuses on security in industrial control systems. Numerous protocols and their incompatibility are undermining the security design. Also, the IEC 61850 standard focuses on these issues; in detail, it deals with the compatibility between protocols and, partly security. In the context of this work, a testbed together with traffic generator was designed for IEC 61850 standard and its three main parts – MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification), GOOSE (Generic Object Oriented Substation Events) and Sampled Values. Additionally, the used generator was compared with an example of an RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) unit used in standard ICS (Industrial control systems) networks. The last part of this work consisted of performance testing of the implemented protocols (MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values)
