    Analisis Sektor Unggulan Dalam Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten Keerom Tahun 2003 ā€“ 2013

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi pertumbuhan sektor perekonomian serta mengetahui sektor basis dan non basis dalam perekonomian wilayah Kabupaten Keerom. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder berupa data PDRB Kabupaten Keerom yang diperoleh dari BPS. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Tipologi Klassen dan Analisis LQ. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan analisis Tipologi Klassen pada Kabupaten Keerom maka Sektor Pertanian; Sektor Industri Pengolahan; dan Sektor Bangunan termasuk dalam Kuadran I. Sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian; dan Sektor Jasa-Jasa termasuk dalam Kuadran II. Sektor Listrik dan Air Bersih; dan Sektor Perdagangan, Hotel dan Restoran termasuk dalam Kuadran III. Sedangkan sektor-sektor dalam Kuadran IV yaitu Sektor Pengangkutan dan Komunikasi; dan Sektor Keuangan, Persewaan dan Jasa Perusahaan. Hasil analisis Location Quotient dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Keerom terdapat 4 sektor yang termasuk sektor basis yaitu Sektor Pertanian; Sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian; Sektor Industri Pengolahan; dan Sektor Bangunan.Kata Kunci : PDRB, Sektor Unggulan, Tipologi Klassen, LQ

    Nonlinear coupling of a superluminal electromagnetic wave to a relativistic electron beam

    The nonlinear propagation of a superluminal, linearly polarized electromagnetic wave in the presence of a relativistic cold electron beam is investigated. At large amplitudes the wave couples to the electron-beam plasma mode owing to two important nonlinear effects, namely the relativistic variation of the electron mass and the excitation of longitudinal space charge fields by strong v Ɨ B forces. The nonlinear propagation equations for the coupled electromagnetic and longitudinal waves are derived within the context of a relativistic cold-fluid model. Nonlinear travelling-wave solutions are sought to describe the saturated state of the coupled system. Using Hamiltonian techniques, a wide variety of solutions are obtained and their characteristics discussed

    Total Synthesis of (Ā±)-Taiwaniaquinol F and Related Taiwaniaquinoids

    Total synthesis of (Ā±)-taiwaniaquinol F (<b>1a</b>) has been accomplished via an efficient Lewis acid-catalyzed Nazarov-type cyclization of aryldiallylcarbinols (Ā±)-<b>2e</b> derived from safranal <b>7</b>. The methodology works under mild conditions using only 2 mol % of metal triflate as catalyst to afford a previously unknown carbotricyclic core sharing an olefin functionality in excellent yield. The aforementioned methodology also offers enough flexibility to complete the total syntheses of various taiwaniaquinoids, including (Ā±)-taiwaniaquinone H (<b>1d</b>), (Ā±)-dichroanone (<b>1e</b>), (Ā±)-5-<i>epi</i>-taiwaniaquinone G (<i>ent</i>-<b>1h</b>), and (Ā±)-taiwaniaquinol B (<b>1b</b>)

    Formation of a density blob and its dynamics in the edge and the scrape-off layer of a tokamak plasma

    Formation of a density blob and its motion in the edge and scrape-off layer (SOL) of a tokamak plasma have been simulated using two-dimensional, two-field, fluid model equations. The simulation results show that density blobs form in the edge or in the edge-to-SOL transition region where the poloidal velocity shear is maximum. From the numerical data, a condition for density blob formation has been obtained. Dynamics of the detached blob in the edge and SOL regions has been studied. It is observed that not all the blobs that form in the edge or edge-to-SOL transition region are capable of ejection deep into the SOL. A condition for their ejection is also discussed. Radial particle transport associated with the blobs in the SOL has been calculated. It is found that about 60% of the total radial particle flux is carried out by these blobs
