    PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS KOMPUTER MODEL DRILLS TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERHITUNG ANAK AUTIS KELAS IV DI SLB

    Abstract: Problem in the cognitive field of autistic children one of them is a mathematical ability that includes counting. This study aims to determine the effect of computer-based learning drills model to the ability to count the fourth-grade autism children in SLBN Pandaan. The developed aspect is the ability of addition and subtraction of 1 to 20. This research uses quantitative research approach with pre-experimental research type and research design one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjects in this study were 6 children with autism. Technique of collecting data that is in the form of test. While the technique of data analysis using non parametik statistic with Wilcoxon test. The results showed that before the treatment/pre-test the average value obtained is 46.7 and after the given treatment/post-test average value obtained by 80. Value Zh = 2.20 is greater than the value of crisis 5 % Zt = +1,96 which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, so it can be concluded that computer-based learning drills model have a significant effect on the ability to count autistic class IV in SLBN Pandaan.     BUILDING GREEN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEM ON SALES MANAGEMENT MODULE FOR THE LEATHER TANNING INDUSTRY

    Abstract. There are several companies in Garut that are involved in the leather tanning industry. The tannery industry now produces finished leather that are  produced from the skin of sheep, goats and cattle. The companies involved have big interests  in the country and improve the economy in Indonesia. Public awareness is increasing towards the environment and the existence of international standardization in the form of environmentally friendly certification for an industry has an influence on companies in the leather industry that do not yet have certification. One of them is companies that pay more attention to the environmental aspects of activities that are carried out, to meet international standards and can obtain certificates to improve the quality of the  company and be able to compete with foreign industries. Activities related to the leather industry are related to chemicals and produce hazardous waste to the environment. Currently to monitor the company's supply chain management such as recording customer data, the process of receiving orders from customers, the process of checking inventory, is still done manually and not all processes use the system. This can cause problems such as data that is not real time, and the business processes of each part of the company are not integrated and not monitored properly. These problems can be minimized by using a system that can monitor and integrate business processes with environmentally friendly standards. This  study discusses system development in the sales department and is carried out by applying the green sales management concept based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The main objective of this concept is about an information system in monitoring the activities of selling goods to customers that are approved on environmentally friendly aspects.     Ion Implantation and Annealing Studies in III–V Nitrides

    Ion implantation doping and isolation is expected to play an enabling role for the realization of advanced III-Nitride based devices. In fact, implantation has already been used to demonstrate n- and p-type doping of GaN with Si and Mg or Ca, respectively, as well as to fabricate the first GaN junction field effect transistor. Although these initial implantation studies demonstrated the feasibility of this technique for the III-Nitride materials, further work is needed to realize its full potential. After reviewing some of the initial studies in this field, the authors present new results for improved annealing sequences and defect studies in GaN. First, sputtered AlN is shown by electrical characterization of Schottky and Ohmic contacts to be an effect encapsulant of GaN during the 1,100 C implant activation anneal. The AlN suppresses N-loss from the GaN surface and the formation of a degenerate n{sup +}-surface region that would prohibit Schottky barrier formation after the implant activation anneal. Second, they examine the nature of the defect generation and annealing sequence following implantation using both Rutherford Backscattering (RBS) and Hall characterization. They show that for a Si-dose of 1 x 10{sup 16} cm{sup {minus}2} 50% electrical donor activation is achieved despite a significant amount of residual implantation-induced damage in the material

    Pengaruh Penggunaan Media TIK Terhadap Retensi Memori Biologi Siswa Kelas XII SMA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan animasi dan video pada retensi memori biologi kelas XII siswa dari SMA 6 Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan rancangan penelitian quasi-eksperimen dengan desain kelompok kontrol posttest dan pretest. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII SMAN 6 program IPA sebanyak 3 kelas. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes prestasi yang terdiri dari 35 pertanyaan pilihan ganda terdiri dari C1 kognitif - C6 yang telah diuji untuk keandalan dan validitasnya. Memori siswa hasil tes retensi diperoleh dari penelitian setelah 21 hari dari materi lengkap diajarkan. Hipotesis retensi memori siswa dianalisis whith metode anakova oleh windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang sangat signifikan pada media TIK pada retensi memori media TIK SMAN 6 mahasiswa di topik bioteknologi (F = 23,683, P = 0,000). Hasil uji Tukey menunjukkan memori retensi biologi siswa SMA 6 Medan, yang dilakukan melalui dengan menggunakan media video yang lebih tinggi daripada dianggap oleh animasi dan Charta (P = 0,000 <0,001)

    Development Project Based Learning Model with Performance Assessment Based Ethnoscience to Improve Students' Critical Thinking

    Learning is an interaction between students and educators in a learning environment. The learning process and outcomes are measured using Performance Assessment. The Performance assessment is a suitable tool in biology learning to improve critical thinking skills. this research aimed to develop a project-based learning model with an ethnoscience-based performance assessment and determine the model's practicality for increasing students' critical thinking skills, especially in ethnoscience learning. The method used was a mixed-method design (quantitative and qualitative data) with a research and development model using the 4D model approach (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The research was conducted in SMA Negeri 1 Manyak Panyed, SMA Negeri 2 Patra Nusa, SMA Negeri 1 Langsa, SMA Negeri 5 Langsa, SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Raya and SMA Unggul Aceh Timur. The instruments used were validation sheets by biology lecturers and teachers and students’ questionnaires. The analysis was administrated through Aiken V coefficients for the critical thinking skills test. The results showed that the project-based learning model with an ethnoscience-based performance assessment was effective as a learning tool for students and teachers.     PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan kulit samak untuk produksi bahan garments, gloves, dan aneka barang kerajinan kulit lainnya. Salah satu proses bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan ini adalah proses penjualan dan pendistribusian barang yang belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Green sales management adalah salah satu cara untuk mengurangi polusi melalui proses penjualan dan saat pendistribusian barang yang dapat mendukung proses bisnis pada PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ASAP yang dimulai dari proses wawancara, dilanjutkan dengan observasi, dan menganalisis proses bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan terutama pada proses sales management serta menganalisis dan merancang sistem dengan melakukan konfigurasi dan penyesuaian terhadap modul sales management. Penelitian ini menggunakan suatu sistem yang mendukung yaitu Odoo. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem ERP yang didukung oleh Odoo dan sudah disesuaikan dengan proses bisnis perusahaan yang sudah dirancang ulang dan diharapkan dapat mempermudah perusahaan dalam menjalankan kegiatan proses bisnis terutama sales management pada PT.
