The existence of tribute people on the Constitution of 1945, the result of amendment has acknowledged and appreciated in chapter 18 B verses 2. This chapter gives position of constitution to tribute people dealing with state, how they are performed. The coming of tribute people is a fact that history can be avoided by government. The regional government is given the authorization to make rules clearly. It can raise conflict either for between regional or regional government with certain law society. Since reformation, law of civil society inIndonesiademands much their rights which are stolen by government or other certain groups

A phenomenological study of helicity amplitudes of high energy exclusive leptoproduction of the rho meson

We apply a previously developed scheme to consistently include the twist-3 distribution amplitudes for transversely polarized rho meson in order to evaluate, in the framework of kT factorization, the helicity amplitudes for exclusive leptoproduction of a light vector meson, at leading order in alphaS. We compare our results with high energy experimental data for the ratios of helicity amplitudes T11/T00 and T01/T00 and get a good description of the data.Comment: 20 pages, 11 figures, published version in PR

This research is a study of nonverbal communication behaviors of students covered by a descriptive qualitative. Inthis study obtained of 145 studens which wearing veil as a sample, withc cluster sampling technique in which aquota sample drawn by the percentage of 2% of each faculty. To obtain data conducted by distributingquiestionaries, in depth interviewes, direct observation and literature study, then analyzed qualitatively. Discussionof this research uses the concept of nonverbal communication and the concept of symbolic interactionism byBlumer. Result showed that student's view on the hijab covering ideology, adaptation and identity. From the contextof Islamic ideology, “Clothes are mandatory for Muslims who have entered legally Baligh, because the commandsare written clearly covered in the Qur'an, where Muslim women are prohibited from revealing private parts exceptthe face and hands.” From the context of identity, “just as life-style headscarf.” More students to consider problemsand models wearing the headscarf that matched rather than syar'i according to Islam, and the trend is more the issuethan the issue of religious obligation. From the context of adaptation, ‘significant other' very influental on thebehavior of students wearing the hijab as parents and family, and veiled student behavior based on a communityreference group. Students inclined have as a friend that similarity through ideology, vision in veil, hobby or style:“cognitive consistency”

The research, entitled “Pela Gandong as a Conflict Resolution Tool in Maluku” aims First to know and analyze the role of Pela Gandong in Maluku society tradition. Secondly, to know and analyze Pela Gandong in the context of Law Number 7 Year 2012. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that First, conflict is a feud and/or physical clash with violence between two or more community groups that take place within a certain time and have a wide impact, resulting in insecurity and social disintegration that disrupts national stability and impedes national development. Secondly, Pela means a bond, while Gandong means siblings, so Pela Gandong is a bond of unity and raising one another. Third, the resolution of the conflict in Maluku according to Law No. 7 of 2012 provides a portion for customary institutions to resolve the conflict, the result of the settlement of the conflict through customary institutions has a binding force for the community groups involved in the conflict

Theory and phenomenology of helicity amplitudes for high energy exclusive leptoproduction of the rho-meson

We review here two approaches to describe hard leptoproduction of transversally polarized rho-meson, based on recent calculation of the gamma*T -> rhoT impact factor up to twist 3 accuracy in the collinear factorization frame, including 2- and 3- particles Fock-states. The first approach uses a model of the unintegrated gluon density (the proton impact factor) which allows a comparison of our predictions with H1 and ZEUS data for the ratios of helicity amplitudes T(gamma*T -> rhoT)/T(gamma*L -> rhoL) and T(gamma*T -> rhoL)/T(gamma*L -> rhoL). In the second approach, we transform the gamma*T -> rhoT impact factor into the impact parameter space. We show that the transformed amplitude factorizes according to conventional dipole picture. We shortly discuss a way to implement the nucleon saturation effects in our approach.Comment: 5 pages, 2 figures, to appear in the proceedings of 6th International Conference on Quarks and Nuclear Physics (QNP 2012), Palaiseau, France, April 16-20, 201

A Metric for Gradient RG Flow of the Worldsheet Sigma Model Beyond First Order

Tseytlin has recently proposed that an action functional exists whose gradient generates to all orders in perturbation theory the Renormalization Group (RG) flow of the target space metric in the worldsheet sigma model. The gradient is defined with respect to a metric on the space of coupling constants which is explicitly known only to leading order in perturbation theory, but at that order is positive semi-definite, as follows from Perelman's work on the Ricci flow. This gives rise to a monotonicity formula for the flow which is expected to fail only if the beta function perturbation series fails to converge, which can happen if curvatures or their derivatives grow large. We test the validity of the monotonicity formula at next-to-leading order in perturbation theory by explicitly computing the second-order terms in the metric on the space of coupling constants. At this order, this metric is found not to be positive semi-definite. In situations where this might spoil monotonicity, derivatives of curvature become large enough for higher order perturbative corrections to be significant.Comment: 15 pages; Erroneous sentence in footnote 14 removed; this version therefore supersedes the published version (our thanks to Dezhong Chen for the correction

High Energy exclusive Leptoproduction of the rho-meson: Theory and Phenomenology

We describe the hard leptoproduction of transversally polarized rho-meson, up to twist 3 accuracy, including 2- and 3- particles Fock-states, in the HERA kinematics of high center-of-mass energy. We first build a model based on a simple approach to the unintegrated gluon density (the parton impact factor) that we compare with H1 and ZEUS data for the ratios of helicity amplitudes T(gamma*T -> rhoT)/T(gamma*L -> rhoL) and T(gamma*T -> rhoL)/T(gamma*L -> rhoL) and get a good description of the data. We also show how saturation effects can be included in this model by extending the dipole representation of the scattering amplitude in coordinate space up to twist 3.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures, to appear in the proceedings of 20th International Workshop on Deep-Inelastic Scattering and Related Subjects (DIS 2012), Bonn, Germany, 26-30 March 201

On the stability and spectrum of non-supersymmetric AdS(5) solutions of M-theory compactified on Kahler-Einstein spaces

Eleven-dimensional supergravity admits non-supersymmetric solutions of the form AdS(5)xM(6) where M(6) is a positive Kahler-Einstein space. We show that the necessary and sufficient condition for such solutions to be stable against linearized bosonic supergravity perturbations can be expressed as a condition on the spectrum of the Laplacian acting on (1,1)-forms on M(6). For M(6)=CP(3), this condition is satisfied, although there are scalars saturating the Breitenlohner-Freedman bound. If M(6) is a product S(2)xM(4) (where M(4) is Kahler-Einstein) then there is an instability if M(4) has a continuous isometry. We show that a potential non-perturbative instability due to 5-brane nucleation does not occur. The bosonic Kaluza-Klein spectrum is determined in terms of eigenvalues of operators on M(6).Comment: 21 pages. v2: Includes SU(4) quantum numbers for CP3 case, typos fixed, refs adde

A teleparallel model for the neutrino

The main result of the paper is a new representation for the Weyl Lagrangian (massless Dirac Lagrangian). As the dynamical variable we use the coframe, i.e. an orthonormal tetrad of covector fields. We write down a simple Lagrangian - wedge product of axial torsion with a lightlike element of the coframe - and show that variation of the resulting action with respect to the coframe produces the Weyl equation. The advantage of our approach is that it does not require the use of spinors, Pauli matrices or covariant differentiation. The only geometric concepts we use are those of a metric, differential form, wedge product and exterior derivative. Our result assigns a variational meaning to the tetrad representation of the Weyl equation suggested by J.B.Griffiths and R.A.Newing.Comment: 4 pages, REVTe
