Computational model, based on machine learning, to predict the level of success in legal cases
ABSTRACT
With the development of information and communication technologies, new
opportunities and applications of many technologies are emerging that before could not be
thought to be used, in this sense artificial intelligence is the technology that has gained
greater strength, accompanied by the development of hardware that makes its execution
possible and of software tools that make its implementation possible. The neural network is
one of the most used techniques in the field of artificial intelligence. This work is based on analyzing possible cases of labor judicial problems, when workers who have suffered an
abuse by employers are faced with. The success of the case according to the model presented,
is based on being able to have the majority of documentation that evidences both the
employment relationship, responsibilities of the employees, documents that support the
payment of remuneration, documents that evidence any fault committed by the employee
between others, a computational model was developed with a graphical user interface to
make its application more practical. The model presents an effectiveness level of 93%,
analyzed with 400 cases between positive and negative. For the training process, 100 cases
corresponding to positive cases and 100 cases corresponding to negative cases were used.
The model is practical in its use and can be scalable to different areas in the legal field
Methodology for muscle recovery, through motor imagery techniques applying virtual reality
"Recovery of movement is a long and hard process for patients. One of the most
common problems that occurs is the so-called ""phantom limb"", which induces the body to feel
strange due to the failure to use the injured limb. This process is due to the lack of use of the
leg that in most cases is fractured and the long recovery time, so the use of crutches makes the
body in conjunction with the brain understand that normal movement of the body is with the
leg suspended and always with the help of crutches. In the present work a technique for the
retraining of the brain is presented by means of which the brain is taught through the
presentation of images if it corresponds to the right and left side of the arms and legs. This
retraining makes it possible for the brain to understand the coordinated movement between the
arms and legs. In addition to the use of virtual reality, through the OCULUS GEST II lenses,
allowing maximum concentration, the results allow to improve the recovery time of patients,
the technique can be used both in rehabilitation centers and in the patient's own home patient.

Methodological proposal for the ambulatory detection of covid-19 symptoms, using low-cost devices
ABSTRACT
The pandemic caused by COVID-19, allowed to know at many levels, the situation of
hospitals and its impact on the services they provide to the population. At the times with the
highest rate of infections, health centers in most countries were brought to their maximum
capacity, most of them collapsing and ceasing to attend to patients. Many health centers were
dedicated only to treating patients infected by COVID-19. Lacking medical attention to the
other specialties. In this environment, many of the symptomatic patients, such as
asymptomatic ones, did not know if they had been infected, much less, did not know if they
were infected, many of them were unable to detect certain symptoms so that they could request specialized medical attention. This work is dedicated to using low-cost devices as an
evaluation and alert mechanism for possible symptoms caused by COVID-19, the
methodology is based on the analysis of heart rhythm, blood pressure and oxygen saturation,
the latter is the most important, because if the oxygen saturation begins to decrease, it is a
symptom that the airways are being affected, which could be complicated if the oxygen
saturation has a tendency to decrease, the variation of the rhythm can also be analyzed heart
rate and blood pressure, but the predominant one is Oxygen Saturation. The results show that
wearable devices in the form of a watch are widely used to control people's movements, the
exercises they perform, the proposed methodology consists of a device that has the ability to
evaluate these three biomedical variables, it is not necessarily a medical device with a high
degree of sensitivity or accuracy. The usefulness of the device is to be able to carry out a
quick analysis that helps people make a decision, the technique is not to measure oxygen
saturation with a high degree of accuracy, the idea is to be able to measure if the saturation
has a tendency to decrease. In the results we present the measurement of several people to
verify the methodology
Methodology for the use of machine learning, applied in predicting the level of success in legal cases
ICTs have allowed the applications of artificial intelligence to grow exponentially, where
different applications are being presented, based on the application of neural networks as
prediction mechanisms for different processes and applications, in the present work the use of
the Neural networks for the legal case prediction process, in which the analysis of
approximately 200 cases was used between cases that had "positive and negative" final
results, the expected results after implementing the solution in the MATLAB tool, they
presented us effectiveness results in a value of 93%, as a conclusion we can indicate that the
model provided allows us to be applied in other conditions as well as to be scaled, taking into
account the historical data that may be available for the training process.Campus At
Índice ceo-d y su relación con la calidad de vida en la salud oral de preescolares de la I.E. Cesar Vallejo de Chorrillos, junio 2018
Objective: To determine the relationship between the ceo-d index and the oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) in preschool children of the I.E. César Vallejo, Chorrillos - 2018. Materials and methods: An observational and cross-sectional study, which evaluated 118 children aged 3 to 5 who registered dental caries according to the ceo-d index and the ECOHIS survey for the perception of oral health-related quality of life. The statistical tests used in the research were the Student´s t test, Kruskal-Wallis H test and Mann-Whitney U test, with a significance level of 0.05 and a Spearman coefficient of 0,01. Results: The average of the ceo-d index was 6,60 ± 3,95, which indicates a very high level of severity, and a frequency of 88.98 %. The ECOHIS survey showed a negative impact (21,72 ± 14,15) and a high frequency (85.59 %) on the oral health- related quality of life. The most frequent dimension was "functional limitation" (83.90 %). According to the Spearman coefficient, there is a significant moderate positive direct relationship (r = 0,682) between the variables "dental caries" and "quality of life". This relationship prevails in the female (21.83 ± 12.56) and 5-year-old (33.67 ± 11.17) groups,, both of which were statistically significant (p = 0.000). Conclusions: Dental caries generate a negative impact on the quality of life that affects the various activities of children, and has repercussions on their family and environment. The larger the number of dental caries and severity, the greater negative impact on the quality of life. This condition worsens with increasing age, and girls are more prone to have it.Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el índice ceo-d y la calidad de vida en la salud oral (CVRSO) de preescolares de la I.E.
