    ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODICAL DIRECTIONS OF INTEGRATIVE PROGRAMS IMPLEMENTATION FOR ADOLESCENT CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL ADAPTATION

    Purpose of the study: The purpose of the article is to substantiate the features of organizational and methodical directions of the programs’ complex for creative development and social adaptation of modern adolescents in difficult situations. Methodology: The study is based on the analysis of somatic and psychological changes taking place in the process of becoming a teenager, which are reflected in the biological, mental and cognitive processes. The identified components determined the grounds for the development of the structure and mechanisms of childhood social risk management. Results: It is shown that the understanding of somatic and psychological changes occurring in the process of a teenager formation, which is reflected in the biological, mental, cognitive processes, is the basis for the development of the structure and mechanisms for childhood social risks’ management in the course of an integrative program of any profile. Organizational aspects of preparation and carrying out of actions within such programs are defined. Provisions defining immanent social teaching and educational effects, including prevention of the deviant behavior, increase of educational results’ level, growth of teenagers’ cognitive interest to self-development and self-education, increase of teenagers’ motivation to active and initiative inclusion in development of the program content are allocated. The scientific-methodical and pedagogical experience of the organization of exit integrative programs, the use of pedagogical strategies of which allows achieving positive dynamics of teenagers’ creative development trajectory and social adaptation is briefly described. Applications of this study: Suggested by the author's program increases the growth of teenagers’ cognitive interest to self-development and self-education, increases the teenagers’ motivation and may be used by psychologists and teachers in educational system of all levels.   Novelty/Originality of this study: It is proved that the understanding of somatic, cognitive, social changes in the process of a teenager’s formation and compliance with certain organizational rules of activities that take into account the specifics of this age period, increase the motivation of adolescents, their involvement in the development of the program’s content, stimulate the growth of cognitive interest of adolescents to self-development and self-education

    Особенности международной деятельности российских вузов в период пандемии

    Introduction. The peculiarities of international activities of Russian universities in the context of the pandemic consists of many factors, such as the number of foreign students from near or far abroad, the degree of their adaptation, IT skills and equipment, and readiness to switch to distance teaching, the peculiarities of their educational field and practices. Purpose setting. The main objective of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of international activities of Russian universities during the pandemic. Methodology and methods of the study. The materials used in the article present the analysis of semi-structured interviews with rectors, vice-rectors and persons responsible for international activities of the universities. To conduct 17 semi-structured interviews of Novosibirsk universities' representatives for international affairs (or employees in a similar position, for example, heads of international services) we developed a questionnaire. Results. The core of each semi-structured interview are several blocks of discussion of problems: features of activities of the international services of universities during the pandemic; development of quality of education and language training; problems of adaptation and extracurricular activities of foreign students during the pandemic; foreign students' feedback issues during the pandemic; mechanisms and ways to attract foreign students during the pandemic. Conclusion. The obtained results allows us to conclude that there are common problems and specific ones, typical for universities dealing with a specific educational field. We formulated the main conclusions related to the improvement of the activities of international departments in new conditions. The article will be of interest to employees of international departments, teachers working with foreign students, heads of universities.Введение. Особенности деятельности международных служб вузов в условиях пандемии складывались из множества факторов: количества иностранных обучающихся из дальнего или ближнего зарубежья, степени их адаптированности, предыдущей технической оснащенности и готовности перевести учебный процесс на дистанционное преподавание, отраслевой специфики и практики в образовательном процессе. Постановка задачи. Основная задача статьи – проанализировать специфику международной деятельности новосибирских вузов в период пандемии. Методика и методология исследования. Материалы, использованные в статье, получены на основе анализа полуструктурированных интервью с ректорами, проректорми и лицами, ответственными за международную деятельность в вузе. Разработан опросник (выборка по количеству вузов в Новосибирске, принимающих участие в программе «Экспорт образования») с проректорами по международной деятельности (или работниками в подобной должности, например, начальниками международных служб). В результате опрошено 17 представителей новосибирских вузов. Результаты. В основе полуструктурированного интервью выделено несколько блоков обсуждения проблем: особенности деятельности международных служб вузов в условиях пандемии; развитие качества образования и языковой подготовки; проблемы адаптации и внеучебной деятельности иностранных обучающихся в период пандемии; проблема обратной связи с иностранными студентами в период пандемии; механизмы и способы привлечения иностранных студентов в период пандемии. Выводы. Полученные результаты позволили сделать вывод, что есть общие проблемы и специфичные, характерные для отраслевых вузов. Сформулированы основные выводы, связанные с совершенствованием деятельности международных отделов в новых условиях.     Ideological Phantoms of Civilisation and Culture: Identity and Tolerance

    The article considers the philosophical aspect of defining the immanence and attribution of the concept of “tolerance” to the culture itself. The subject of the research is especially relevant due to the modern processes that are happening in the global world, and the difference in key methodological positions of modern Russian and Western science on this issue today. The purpose of this study is to clarify the philosophical basis of the existing opposition of societies with traditional ethical cultures (Russia, China) and the ‘new-type’ poly-state European ethnic community. Based on the analysis of current social processes in Russia and Europe using the comparative historical method, modelling methods and model extrapolation in the field of culture studies, social psychology and political science, the article identifies the main approaches to ethnic and social identity, their cultural and ideological components. The authors prove the hypothesis that culture requires designation of its border with another culture, recognition of this border, which distinguishes and confirms cultural semantics. Denial of this fact is a method of ideological manipulation of the ethno-social consciousness of society in the framework of globalisation processes
