Abstract
In order to better understand the relationship between CSR and employees, we wish to shed light on the impact of employees' perception of CSR and its consequences or influence on their behaviors and attitudes. To meet our objective, we will first proceed with a review of the literature related to CSR and the theory of organizational and social exchange in order to constitute the conceptual framework, which will be a basis for our second empirical part. The aim of our empirical approach is to propose an operationalization of the CSR construct. Our two main objectives are to build a measurement scale that will allow us to measure the impact of the perception of socially responsible practices on employees' attitudes and behaviors. Our research is suggesting a 32 item measurement scale rigorously crafted and validated. In keeping with the paradigme of Churchill (1979)

Cognitive therapies of delusions and hallucinations are increasingly common and offer a complementary or interesting alternative to neuroleptic medication. But then again must these therapeutic approach relie on an explanatory neuropsychological basis. According to many observers, the study of the cardinal symptoms of schizophrenia is the " royal path " leading to the elucidation of this disabling and chronic illness affecting around 0,5% to 1% of the population. In this perspective, auditory hallucinations are one of the major symptoms of schizophrenia found in 50% to 80% of cases. Recently, experimental data drawn from cognitive neuropsychology and functional magnetic resonance imaging studies have allowed the elaboration of many models regarding this symptomatic manifestation. This article proposes a literature review on the subject of psychopathology and neurobiological bases of auditory hallucinations in schizophrenia and aims at proposing some leads that could contribute to a better undertanding of this phenomenon.
Waste heat in various energyâintensive processes, such as in steel and glass production as well as in large bakeries
often remains unused. Thermoelectric generators can convert thermal energy directly into electrical energy. This
conversion could reduce primary energy consumption and thus make a significant contribution to environmental
protection. The prime objective of this work was to measure the overall efficiency of a thermoelectric energy
system under realistic conditions aiming at developing innovative switching and control concepts, which results
in improving the efficiency of this energy system.
Since the output voltage and the internal electrical resistance of thermoelectric generators fluctuate with the
temperature, a DC/DC converter is used for impedance matching and maximum power transfer to the load. In
order to achieve a high degree of efficiency , different circuit topologies of DC/DC converters were studied.
prototypes were realized and compared regarding efficiency. For a compact design of the converters, operation
was carried out at a high switching frequency of 100kHz.
A full bridge converter was designed and implemented to perform stepâup and stepâdown functions. For
applications with low input voltage and high current, a twoâphase synchronous converter with phaseâshift control
was developed. Due to the multiâphase switching concept, a high degree of efficiency could be achieved both at
full and partial load operation. Different MPPT methods were investigated for the control of the converters. The
dynamic behavior of the converters was considered for the design of MPPTâcontrollers. The MPPT efficiency of
the processes was measured for the evaluation of the control quality.
An important design factor of a thermoelectric energy system is the arrangement of the thermoelectric
generators when they are interconnected with the DC/DC converters. Analyses and measurements have shown
that in a modular design with string converters, the maximum amount of energy is produced. However, this is
associated with high costs. As the number of strings increases in applications with multiple temperature zones,
the total number of components, driver circuits, control units and sensors increase as well. As an alternative with
a better priceâperformance ratio, a new switching concept using charge pumps was developed and tested.
MOSFETs with a low Onâresistance were used in the realization of the converter prototypes. This significantly
reduced the currentâdependent conduction losses. A further increase in the efficiency of the converters can be
achieved by reducing the dominant switching losses (at the high switching frequency). With the help of a PSpice
model, which accurately reproduces the dynamic behavior of the MOSFETs used, a simulationâbased analysis of
a soft switching converter was performed. A dimensioning rule for auxiliary resonant circuits (passive and active)
was derived. The achievable efficiency with the soft switching converter under zero voltage (ZVS: Zero Voltage
Switching) was evaluated
Raman active modes in single-walled boron nitride nanotube bundles
We use the spectral moments method in the framework of the bond-polarization theory to calculate polarized nonresonant Raman spectra of chiral and achiral bundles of single walled boron nitride nanotubes (BWBNNTs) as a function of their diameter and chirality. The Spectra are computed for infinite size of BWBNNTs. We used a Lennard-Jones potential to describe the van der waals intertube interactions between tubes in a bundle. We show that the Raman active modes in the low wave number region are very sensitive to the nanotube diameter. We found that for infinite nanotube bundles, additional Radial Breathing Like mode appears in the low wave number region. These results are useful to interpret the experimental Raman spectra of BWBNNTs
