Propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015 para la reducción de costos en el área de producción de la curtiembre Cuenca S.A.C de la ciudad de Trujillo

RESUMEN El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo general la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 para la reducción de costos en el área de producción de la Curtiembre Cuenca SAC de la Ciudad de Trujillo. Este trabajo se realizó en base a la situación actual de la empresa se diseñe e implemente el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, demostrando que a través del desarrollo, implementación y mantenimiento del mismo, le permita mejorar su competitividad, reduciendo sus costos y logrando un alto grado de satisfacción del cliente. Para realizar la propuesta del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad se utilizó como herramienta de estudio la norma ISO 9001:2015, la cual se revisó e interpretó cada uno de sus requisitos para establecer las bases para el diseño del sistema. En primer lugar se realizó un exhaustivo análisis de la situación actual de la empresa, consiguiendo detectar las falencias existentes en sus procesos. Seguidamente se definieron los problemas más críticos que tiene la empresa y con ello se determinaron las técnicas utilizadas para mejorar dichos problemas. Con ello se procedió a Implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015, donde finalmente luego de proponer la implementación, se procede a realizar una evaluación económica financiera con la finalidad de medir el impacto económico que tendría para la empresa, obteniendo un VAN de S/. 66 186.14 soles y un TIR de 46% demostrando que se podrá recuperar el capital y adicionalmente se obtendrá una ganancia; en el análisis costo beneficio se obtiene un 1.32 con el cual se puede afirmar que la propuesta es rentable para la empresa. Finalmente se concluyó que gracias a esta implementación del Sistema de Gestión de calidad se logró una reducción de costos en el área de producción, de igual manera se brindan las recomendaciones para mantener dicho sistema funcionando apropiadamente y acorde a los requisitos de la norma ISO 9001:2015.ABSTRACT The general objective of this work was the implementation of a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard for the reduction of costs in the production area of the Tannery Cuenca SAC of the City of Trujillo.
