Managing the motivation provision of universities in the context of the educational process digitalisation
The paper proposes a method for increasing the motivation of university teachers to work with digital technologies on the example of teaching foreign languages. The fear of complete displacement of the teacher by digital technologies leads to many ethical and psychological problems, resulting in a reluctance to use training programmes in the educational process. To increase the motivation of teachers to work in the digital environment, it is proposed to involve them in the use of digital educational technologies to adapt the work plans of disciplines to the preparation level of students entering universities. The specialists team composition required for the implementation of this method in practice has been formed. Additional factors for increasing the teachers motivation to work in a digital environment when working in a team have been shown. The proposed approach can be used in the implementation in digital educational systems of educational institutions
Metal-insulator transition induced by 16O -18O oxygen isotope exchange in colossal negative magnetoresistance manganites
The effect of 16O-18O isotope exchange on the electric resistivity was
studied for (La(1-y)Pr(y))0.7Ca0.3MnO3 ceramic samples. Depending on y, this
mixed perovskite exhibited different types of low-temperature behavior ranging
from ferromagnetic metal (FM) to charge ordered (CO) antiferromagnetic
insulator. It was found that at y=0.75, the substitution of 16O by 18O results
in the reversible transition from a FM to a CO insulator at zero magnetic
field. The applied magnetic field (H >= 2 T) transformed the sample with 18O
again to the metallic state and caused the increase in the FM transition
temperature Tc of the 16O sample. As a result, the isotope shift of Tc at H = 2
T was as high as 63 K. Such unique sensitivity of the system to oxygen isotope
exchange, giving rise even to the metal-insulator transition, is discussed in
terms of the isotope dependence of the effective electron bandwidth which
shifts the balance between the CO and FM phases.Comment: 5 pages (RevTeX), 2 eps figures included, to appear in J. Appl. Phys.

TRUST AS A VIRTUAL TEAM EFFECTIVENESS FACTOR
A relatively new phenomenon in management practice β a virtual team has been considered. Based on a study of a wide range of domestic and foreign sources, it has been shown, what problems arise during the formation and operation of virtual teams. Attention on the problem of mutual trust in the team has been focused. It has been concluded that the lack of common social norms and opportunities for mutual control, the lack of direct personal contacts, cross-cultural problems, and the lack of informal communication impede confidence building. However, the rapid idealization of a communication partner, the ability to create the effect of physical presence with minimal means can contribute to building trust and team spirit. The article is addressed to specialists in the field of personnel management and all interested in modern technologies of labor management
Higher education reform and the landscape diversity of higher education institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic, 1991β2015
Following its independence from the Soviet Union in 1991, Kyrgyzstan experienced processes of change across all areas of social, political and economic life. Higher education reform has been central to this agenda, and between 1991 and today the Soviet-era system of state-funded and Communist Party controlled higher education institutions (HEIs) in Kyrgyzstan has been transformed into an expansive, diverse, unequal, semi-privatized and marketized higher education (HE) landscape. Mindful of arguments that the marketization of higher education does not necessarily generate institutional diversification, that government regulation does not necessarily lead to homogenization among institutions, and that universitiesβ own institutional strategies and responses to environmental changes shape processes of structural reform in complex ways, this paper assesses the specific character of these changes to the higher education landscape in post-Soviet Kyrgyzstan. After briefly describing the structure and financing of higher education in the Kirgiz Soviet Socialist Republic from 1917β1991, we consider some key factors which have shaped patterns of the differentiation and diversification of HE in the post-Soviet period. These include the historical legacies of Soviet HE infrastructures, new legal and political frameworks for HE governance and finance, changes to regulations for the licensing of institutions and academic credentials, the introduction of new multinational policy agendas for higher education in the Central Asian region, changes in the relationship between higher education and labor, the introduction of a national university admissions examination, and the adoption of certain principles of the European Bologna Process. The picture of HE reform that emerges from this analysis is one in which concurrent processes of diversification and homogenization are not driven wholly by either state regulation or forces of market competition, but mediated by universitiesβ strategic negotiations of these forces in the context of historical institutional formations in Kyrgyzstan
Non-Perturbative Production of Multi-Boson States and Quantum Bubbles
The amplitude of production of on-mass-shell scalar bosons by a highly
virtual field is considered in a theory with weak
coupling and spontaneously broken symmetry. The amplitude of this
process is known to have an growth when the produced bosons are exactly at
rest. Here it is shown that for the process goes through
`quantum bubbles', i.e. quantized droplets of a different vacuum phase, which
are non-perturbative resonant states of the field . The bubbles provide a
form factor for the production amplitude, which rapidly decreases above the
threshold. As a result the probability of the process may be heavily suppressed
and may decrease with energy as , where the power
depends on the number of space dimensions. Also discussed are the quantized
states of bubbles and the amplitudes of their formation and decay.Comment: 20 pages in LaTeX + 3 figures (fugures not included, hardcopy

Objectives. To study the patterns of behavior of morpholine and its trimethylsilyl derivative in reactions with trimethylsilyl isocyanate.Methods. The study employed infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, as well as elemental analysis.Results. The formation of mixtures of tautomeric forms of silicon-containing ureaβN-(trimethylsilyl) morpholine-4-carboxamide and trimethylsilylmorpholine-4-carboximidoateβwas established.Conclusions. It is shown that the composition and structure of the resulting products are determined both by the presence of a morpholine substituent at the nitrogen atom and by the type of isocyanate used. Unlike the trimethylsilyl derivative of morpholine, morpholine itself reacts with trimethylsilyl isocyanate to form a mixture of tautomeric forms.Π¦Π΅Π»ΠΈ. System approach was used to determine arterio-venous correlation under hypertensive encephalopathy (HE). 250 patients with HE IβIII and 30 controls matched for age and sex were examined. The clinical, ultrasonic diagnostics and quality of life (QL) index were applied. By means of ultrasonic diagnostics it was shown that in the process of HE development and progression the changes on all structural functional levels of cerebral vascular system occur. The QL analysis depending on the HE stage shown that as the disease progresses the physical constituent of health increases and the mental constituent of health decreases. In the group of patients with venous discirculation of the blood pain barrier was decreased, physical and mental health constituent were lowed.ΠΠ»Ρ ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΊΠΈ Π°ΡΡΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΎΠ²Π΅Π½ΠΎΠ·Π½ΡΡ
