Renormalization trasformations of the 4D BFYM theory
We study the most general renormalization transformations for the first-order
formulation of the Yang-Mills theory. We analyze, in particular, the trivial
sector of the BRST cohomology of two possible formulations of the model: the
standard one and the extended one. The latter is a promising starting point for
the interpretation of the Yang-Mills theory as a deformation of the topological
BF theory. This work is a necessary preliminary step towards any perturbative

Using full-scale duckweed ponds as the finish stage for swine waste treatment with a focus on organic matter degradation

As an aggregate, smallholdings have an important role in South American pork production, contributing to the net diffusion of pollution. Thus, duckweed ponds have been successfully used for swine waste polishing, mainly for nutrient removal. Few studies have been carried out to assess organic matter degradation in duckweed ponds. Hence, the present study evaluated the efficiency of two full-scale duckweed ponds for organic matter reduction of swine waste on small pig farms. Duckweed ponds, in series, received the effluent after an anaerobic biodigester and storage pond, with a flow rate of 1 m3 day 1. After 1 year of monitoring, an improvement in effluent quality was observed, with a reduction in biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and total chemical oxygen demand (tCOD), respectively, of 94.8 and 96.7%, operating at a loading rate of approximately 27 kgBOD ha 1 day 1 and 131 kgCOD ha 1 day 1. Algae inhibition due to duckweed coverage was strongly observed in the pond effluent, where chlorophyll a and turbidity remained below 25 μg L 1 and 10 NTU. Using the study conditions described herein, duckweed ponds were shown to be a suitable technology for swine waste treatment, contributing to the environmental sustainability of rural areas
Progesterone Profiles During the Estrous Cycle and Pregnancy of Grazing Bali Cows Supplemented with Concentrate
The influence of concentrate during estrous cycle and pregnancy on pattern of progesterone were studied. Seventeen calf-rearing cows were devided randomly into two groups, group A (N=9 were grazed on natural pasture as basal diet, whereas goup B (n=8) received additional 2.4 kg concentrate consists of 1.2 kg corn meal, 0.6 kg rice bran and 0.6 coconut cake. Animals from each group were closely observed for estrous characteristics i.e. estrus detection two times a day by two experienced technisians. Blood sample taken 3-times per week from jugular vein were used for assessing plasma progesterone concentrations using RIA procedure. Plasma progesterone concentrations were not influenced by concentrate supplementation neither during successive estrous cycles nor during pregnancy. The concentrations began to rise on day 4 of the cycle (1.9 ng/mL and 1.8 ng/mL) and increased to concentrations as high as 5.4 ng/mL and 5.1 ng/mL for supplemented and non-supplemented cows during the luteal phase (day 12) before returning to basal levels i.e. 0.1 ng/mL and 0.1 ng/mL, before ovulation. Following conception, plasma progesterone increased from 0,16 ng/mL and 0.21 ng/mL at estrus to 3.6 ng/mL and 2.73 ng/mL at week-1 and then rose to 5.09 and 4.57 ng/mL at week-2 for NS and S groups, respectively. Aftewards, progesterone continued to rise to 5,46 ng/mL and 5.17 ng/mL on week-3, and then reached 6.25 and 5.3 ng/mL for non-supplemented and supplemented cow, respectively. During 10 weeks pre-calving period, progesterone levels declined gradualli achieving levels 2.83 ng/mL and 2.87 ng/mL in the non-supplemented and supplemented groups, respectively, declined markedly 1 to 2 days prior to parturition and remained at these levels before reaching the basal level after parturition. Mutation of Directed Graphs -- Corresponding Regular Expressions and Complexity of Their Generation
Directed graphs (DG), interpreted as state transition diagrams, are
traditionally used to represent finite-state automata (FSA). In the context of
formal languages, both FSA and regular expressions (RE) are equivalent in that
they accept and generate, respectively, type-3 (regular) languages. Based on
our previous work, this paper analyzes effects of graph manipulations on
corresponding RE. In this present, starting stage we assume that the DG under
consideration contains no cycles. Graph manipulation is performed by deleting
or inserting of nodes or arcs. Combined and/or multiple application of these
basic operators enable a great variety of transformations of DG (and
corresponding RE) that can be seen as mutants of the original DG (and
corresponding RE). DG are popular for modeling complex systems; however they
easily become intractable if the system under consideration is complex and/or
large. In such situations, we propose to switch to corresponding RE in order to
benefit from their compact format for modeling and algebraic operations for
analysis. The results of the study are of great potential interest to mutation

PDIP's decision to carry Ahok showed the long journey of Ahok in Jakarta Governor Election 2017. In reporting of Ahok's news is the result of framed construction by media's reporters in accordance with the ideology and policy of Tempo.co and Detik.com. This research was conducted to see how Tempo.co and Detik.co construct Ahok's news when carried by PDIP and how ideology in the news media. This research aims to determine the construction and the news media in reporting Ahok ideology when carried PDIP in online media Tempo.co and Detik.comThis research is using the qualitative method with data collecting technique are documentation, book study and interview. Subjects of this research are the journalists and the editorial of Detik.com and Tempo.co. Objects of this research are the news about Ahok in Jakarta's Governor Election 2017 from 20 September until 22 September 2016. Data is analyzed by using framing analysis with Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M.Kosicki's model.The results of this research indicate that: (1) Detik.com news frame by taking the viewpoint of one of the parties who supporting Ahok, which is PDIP. (2) Tempo.co framing news from the perspective of responses and attitudes in decision of PDIP. DAMA/NaI results
The DAMA/NaI set-up of the DAMA experiment has been operative during seven
annual cycles and has investigated several rare processes. In particular, it
has been realised in order to investigate the model independent annual
modulation signature for Dark Matter particles in the galactic halo. With the
total exposure collected in the seven annual cycles (107731 kg day) a model
independent evidence for the presence of a Dark Matter particle component in
the galactic halo has been pointed out at 6.3 sigma C.L.. Some of the many
possible corollary model dependent quests for the candidate particle have been

Neutron Flux at the Gran Sasso Underground LaboratoryRevisited
The neutron flux induced by radioactivity at the Gran Sasso underground
laboratory is revisited. We have performed calculations and Monte Carlo
simulations; the results offer an independent check to the available
experimental data reported by different authors, which vary rather widely. This
study gives detailed information on the expected spectrum and on the
variability of the neutron flux due to possible variations of the water content
