Problematikat e transmetimit si mungesë e financimeve në televizionet lokale në qytetin e Gjirokastrës

Prezantim Posteri Në kushtet e dixhitalizimit të mediave në Shqipëri dhe zhvillimit të vrullshëm të medias sociale, si një medium i rëndësishëm qe po zëvendëson median tradicionale, duket se mediat lokale kanë mbetur disi në hije. Qyteti i Gjirokastrës mbulohet nga tre televizione kryesore: televizion publik lokal TVGJ, dhe dy televizione lokale Alpo dhe Channel 7 të cilat prodhojnë lajme për të gjithë zonën dhe rrethinat e saj. Këto televizione kanë si burim të ardhurash vetëm reklamat dhe të ardhurat e realizuara janë të pamjaftueshme për të pasur staf të plotë dhe te kualifikuar si edhe mundësi për të prodhuar emisione cilësore që i diferencojnë nga njëra-tjetra dhe i afrojnë më afër televizioneve kombëtare. Një tjetër problematikë e televizione lokale në qytetin e Gjirokastrës është formimi akademik i stafit që punon në këto media. Pjesa me e madhe e gazetarëve dhe stafit teknik nuk kanë studiuar në fushat që përkojnë me pozicionin e tyre të punës çka cenon profesionalizmin e tyre. Ky punim synon të mbledh të dhëna në tre televizionet lokale duke sjellë kështu një paraqitje të plotë të problemeve të financimit, prodhimit mediatik dhe statusit profesional të gazetarit në televizionet lokale të qytetit te Gjirokastrës

Hapësira e lajmeve sensacionale dhe gjuha e urrejtjes në shtypin e shkruar shqiptar

Pas kalimit të fazave të para të tranzicionit në Shqipëri ku vendin kryesor në shtyp e zinte lajmi politik, duket se tashmë këtë stafetë e ka marrë lajmi konfliktual.i quajtur ndryshe edhe lajm “sensacional”. Shtypi i shkruar është kthyer kah lajmit që shet më tepër. Audiencat e shtypit të shkruar, por edhe të medias në përgjithësi janë më të interesuara për lajmin konfliktual, për aktualitetin atë që lidhet drejtpërdrejt me jetët e tyre, duke i dhënë lajmit politik një rëndësi të dytë. Redaktorët dhe drejtuesit e gazetave duke njohur tendencën e re të audiencavë të tyre i kanë dhënë më teper hapësirë dhe peshë lajmit konfliktual që priret drejt negatives, por që përbën sensacion duke e kthyer serish gazetën në postulatin e vjetër “lajmi i keq është lajm i mirë”. Në kushtet e një demokracie ende të brishtë në Shqipëri, kjo dukuri ngre pikëpyetjen e madhe nëse redaksitë e gazetave kanë zbehur marrëdhëniën e njohur media-politikë, duke i dhënë rëndësi marrëdhëniës media-audiencë? A kanë ndryshuar modelet mediatike përgjatë këtyre viteve demokratizim? Përgjigjen e këtyre pyetjeve do ta nxjerrim si rezultat i matjes së hapësirës që zënë këto dy fusha në faqet e gazetave kryesore në Shqipëri gjatë një monitorimi 2 mujor. Gjithashtu edhe si rezultati i një analize të hollësishme të diskursit gazetaresk në fushën politike dhe aktualitetin

Transports Sierre-Anniviers et Régions Sàrl (TSAR) est le seul transporteur public à desservir le Val d’Anniviers. Il a par conséquent un rôle important tant au niveau de l’offre de transport que sur l’intégration des enjeux environnementaux de la région. Ce travail de Bachelor a pour objectif de permettre à la société de réduire les influences environnementales liées à son exploitation, à travers l’adoption d’un moyen de propulsion alternatif pour ses cars. Par ailleurs, cette démarche est en parfaite concordance avec les objectifs de la Politique Touristique d’Anniviers et ceux de CarPostal qui est le concessionnaire de la firme

Eclectic Methodology and Intercultural Mediation in Teaching Initial Spanish to Native Chinese Speakers

The aim of this study is to know the appraisal of the agents involved in the implementation of a course designed for developing the oral communication effectiveness of Chinese workers. For the course, we advocated an eclectic methodology in which teaching resources of different kinds were applied to optimize language learning considering the specific needs of the learners. We decided the participation of two teachers per group and a linguistic and cultural Chinese mediator and we also took into account the methodology currently followed in the Chinese centers: the traditional approach (grammar-translation) and structural (Yang, 2013). In this observational descriptive study, the course participants (6 teachers, 6 assistants and 59 students) answered a questionnaire about different factors such as methodology, design of materials, resources used, use of the mother tongue, learners reactions to certain tasks, role of teachers and assistants. Observation of Parity Nonconservation in Møller Scattering

We report a measurement of the parity-violating asymmetry in fixed target electron-electron (Møller) scattering: A_(PV) = [-175 ± 30(stat)± 20(syst)] X 10^(-9). This first direct observation of parity nonconservation in Møller scattering leads to a measurement of the electron’s weak charge at low energy Q^e_W = -0:053 ± 0:011. This is consistent with the standard model expectation at the current level of precision: sin^2θ_W = (M_Z)_(MS) = 0:2293 ± 0:0024(stat) ± 0:0016(syst) ± 0:0006(theory)

AVALIAÇÃO DA EFICIÊNCIA DAS COOPERATIVAS AGROINDUSTRIAIS PARANAENSES: UMA ABORDAGEM ECONÔMICA E SOCIAL UTILIZANDO DEA

É perceptível a grande preocupação em avaliar a eficiência das organizações cooperativas de modo a estabelecer indicadores e padrões de análise, porém ainda não é possível encontrar na literatura quais são as práticas de referência para cooperativas agroindustriais capazes de possibilitar maior eficiência considerando a dimensão econômica e social destas instituições. Notou-se, diante da realização deste estudo, que alguns indicadores utilizados para mensurar eficiência social são influenciados diretamente por indicadores estritamente econômicos. A partir daí buscou-se alçar novas variáveis capazes de gerar indicadores de eficiência social sem que estas sofressem influência direta de variáveis econômicas. O objetivo inicial deste trabalho foi dissertar sobre uma melhor forma de avaliar a eficiência de organizações cooperativas agropecuárias paranaenses partindo de um estudo realizado anteriormente por Oliveira Jr. (1996) em conjunto com a OCEPAR. A partir deste estudo, propôs-se avaliar a eficiência das cooperativas agroindustriais paranaenses através da técnica DEA- Data Envelopment Analysis, com a finalidade de se encontrar as melhores práticas organizacionais. A proposta de utilização da técnica DEA deu-se pelo fato dela estender o conceito tradicional da eficiência técnica à filosofia do benchmarking.---------------------------------------------It is perceivable the great concern in evaluating the efficiency of the cooperative organizations in order to establish pointers and standards of analysis, however is not possible to find in literature which is the reference practices for agro-industrial cooperatives capable to make possible greater efficiency considering economic and social dimension of these institutions. It was noticed, ahead of the accomplishment of this study, that some pointers used to measure social efficiency are influenced directly by strict economic pointers. This fact stimulates the search of new variable, which are capable to generate social efficiency pointers without that these suffer direct influence from economic variable. The initial objective of this work was to research one better form to evaluate the efficiency of agro-industrial cooperative organizations leaving of a study carried through for Oliveira Jr. (1996) together with the OCEPAR. With the purpose of finding the best management practices it was considered to evaluate the efficiency of the agro-industrial cooperatives of state Paraná in Brazil using DEA- Date Envelopment Analysis.
