Rozdział z: Functioning of the Local Production Systems in Central and Eastern European Countries and Siberia. Case Studies and Comparative Studies, ed. Mariusz E. Sokołowicz. The article discusses issues related to the mobile behavior of the young generation (generation C) in the labor market. This subject is relevant and important especially in the context of ongoing changes in the unit functioning on heterogeneous labor market. The purpose of this article is therefore to identify the understanding of mobile behaviors by generation C and to answer the question of whether this generation identifies these behaviors with obtaining a competitive advantage in todayʼs job market. This article will present the results of the research carried out on the selected representatives of the generation C on the territory of Poland, a country belonging to the European Union, and Russia, the largest country in the world. The choice of countries was purposeful because of the different macroeconomic conditions and geographical location.Monograph financed under a contract of execution of the international scientific project within 7th Framework Programme of the European Union, co-financed by Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (title: “Functioning of the Local Production Systems in the Conditions of Economic Crisis (Comparative Analysis and Benchmarking for the EU and Beyond”)). Monografia sfinansowana w oparciu o umowę o wykonanie projektu między narodowego w ramach 7. Programu Ramowego UE, współfinansowanego ze środków Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego (tytuł projektu: „Funkcjonowanie lokalnych systemów produkcyjnych w warunkach kryzysu gospodarczego (analiza porównawcza i benchmarking w wybranych krajach UE oraz krajach trzecich”))

The purpose of this article is to examine the influence of surrealistic painting on contemporary advertising, taking into consideration the differences in use of surrealistic references on three levels of literalness: advertisement citing specific, surrealistic images, advertisement made of mosaic of various borrowings from surrealistic painting, finally advertisement created in a surrealistic manner, considered as a type of post-surrealistic masterpiece. To begin with theoretical issues connected with postmodern culture of image, the phenomena of contemporary advertisement and its intertextual relations with art, author tries to find answers on following questions: Why surrealism became so attractive material for advertisement? Is it possible, to acknowledge advertisement profiting from surrealistic painting, as an example of postmodern statement? Is it valid, basing on its example, to treat about the type of transgression in contemporary advertisement? The conclusions of this analysis include: purpose and function of use of surrealism in advertisement, the role of visual layer, disappearance of persuasive function to the benefit of strengthening the esthetic function and inscribing advertisement into postmodern paradigm of culture

Let Mfm\mathcal{M}f_m be the category of mm-dimensional manifolds and local diffeomorphisms and let TT be the tangent functor on Mfm\mathcal{M}f_m. Let V\mathcal{V} be the category of real vector spaces and linear maps and let  Vm\mathcal{V}_m be the category of  mm-dimensional real vector spaces and linear isomorphisms. Let ww be a polynomial in one variable with real coefficients. We describe all regular covariant functors F ⁣:VmVF\colon \mathcal{V}_m\to\mathcal{V} admitting Mfm\mathcal{M}f_m-natural operators P~\tilde{P} transforming classical linear connections \nabla on mm-dimensional manifolds MM into almost polynomial ww-structures  P~()\tilde{P}(\nabla) on F(T)M=xMF(TxM)F(T)M=\bigcup_{x\in M}F(T_xM)

The article describes the role that a learner’s native language plays in his second language acquisition. It is based on the results of an analysis of morphological errors performed on a corpus of papers written by Slovene students of Polish Philology at the University of Ljubljana. The results show that students make numerous errors caused by negative language transfer. The conclusion is that the analysis of these mistakes may help predict and eliminate some of them

We describe all F2Mm1,m2,n1,n2\mathcal{F}^2\mathcal{M}_{m_1,m_2,n_1,n_2}-natural operators D ⁣:QprojprojτQTD\colon Q^{\tau}_{proj-proj} \rightsquigarrow QT^* transforming projectable-projectable classical torsion-free linear connections \nabla on fibred-fibred manifolds YY into classical linear connections D()D(\nabla) on cotangent bundles TYT^*Y of YY. We show that this problem can be reduced to finding F2Mm1,m2,n1,n2\mathcal{F}^2 \mathcal{M}_{m_1,m_2,n_1,n_2}-natural operators D ⁣:Qprojprojτ(T,pTqT)D\colon Q^{\tau}_{proj-proj}\rightsquigarrow(T^*,\otimes^pT^*\otimes\otimes^q T) for p=2p=2, q=1q=1 and p=3p=3, q=0q=0
