Introduction. This article presents an overview of rehabilitation problems of children after cochlear implantation. Various approaches to teaching deaf children with cochlear implants existing in different countries are considered. The necessity of prolonged psycho-pedagogical support and neuropsychological assistance in choosing an educational path is ar gued. Materials and Methods. The study used quantitative and qualitative data analysis. As the main parameters of the quantitative analysis, the percentages of the number of children with cochlear implants reaching the level of development of educational and social skills were chosen. Qualitative data analysis included selection of the most commonly found in children with cochlear implants disorders of higher mental functions described in these studies. Results. The quantitative analysis of the distribution of the results of educational and social achievements of pupils with cochlear implants revealed a significant variation of the data presented in the studies. The greatest discrepancies were revealed in such indicators as progress in mathematics and reading, as well as in the frequency of the sign language, which characterizes the presence of a negative attitude towards the use of sign language instead of speech. Qualitative data analysis showing the specifics of the development of individual mental functions revealed a number of problems that may become targets for correctional training. Discussion and Conclusion. In the course of advising parents on the choice of an educational pathway for a child, it is advisable to pay their attention not only to the format of the educational process and the type of institution, but also to the content characteristics of learning, including the active and regular use of visual assistive devices. The neuropsychological diagnostics is feasible of for assessment of readiness for school education and choosing an educational path for a child with a c ochlear implants

A key issue in the creative processes of material culture is the acquisition of skills through experience and craft. Advanced searching for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy heritability in real practice tomorrow

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is the most common inherited cardiac disease associated with morbidity and mortality at any age. As studies in recent decades have shown, the genetic architecture of HCM is quite complex both in the entire population and in each patient. In the rapidly advancing era of gene therapy, we have to provide a detailed molecular diagnosis to our patients to give them the chance for better and more personalized treatment. In addition to emphasizing the importance of genetic testing in routine practice, this review aims to discuss the possibility to go a step further and create an expanded genetic panel that contains not only variants in core genes but also new candidate genes, including those located in deep intron regions, as well as structural variations. It also highlights the benefits of calculating polygenic risk scores based on a combination of rare and common genetic variants for each patient and of using non-genetic HCM markers, such as microRNAs that can enhance stratification of risk for HCM in unselected populations alongside rare genetic variants and clinical factors. While this review is focusing on HCM, the discussed issues are relevant to other cardiomyopathies

The article is devoted to the theoretical researches of Ukrainian bank system liquidity. In situation of current unstable situation in Ukraine It is necessary to pay special attention to the process of liquidity management. The article covers the main factors that influence the state of bank system liquidity and their coherence. The necessity of improvement of existing approaches to liquidity management, the building of effective mechanism of commercial banks’ liquidity forecasting with the purpose of their adaptation to the banking system of Ukraine is considered. As result of liquidity analyses there are some problems which can't be solved in future perspective as they require special solving strategy. According to the research and on the basis of data by the NBU, the author indicates the liquidity problems which are increasing, but at the same time it can lead to the insolvency of the banking institution, despite its ability to meet current obligations.

Protective Allele for Multiple Sclerosis HLA-DRB1*01:01 Provides Kinetic Discrimination of Myelin and Exogenous Antigenic Peptides.

Risk of the development of multiple sclerosis (MS) is known to be increased in individuals bearing distinct class II human leukocyte antigen (HLA) variants, whereas some of them may have a protective effect. Here we analyzed distribution of a highly polymorphous HLA-DRB1 locus in more than one thousand relapsing-remitting MS patients and healthy individuals of Russian ethnicity. Carriage of HLA-DRB1*15 and HLA-DRB1*03 alleles was associated with MS risk, whereas carriage of HLA-DRB1*01 and HLA-DRB1*11 was found to be protective. Analysis of genotypes revealed the compensatory effect of risk and resistance alleles in trans. We have identified previously unknown MBP153−161 peptide located at the C-terminus of MBP protein and MBP90−98 peptide that bound to recombinant HLA-DRB1*01:01 protein with affinity comparable to that of classical antigenic peptide 306-318 from the hemagglutinin (HA) of the influenza virus demonstrating the ability of HLA-DRB1*01:01 to present newly identified MBP153−161 and MBP90−98 peptides. Measurements of kinetic parameters of MBP and HA peptides binding to HLA-DRB1*01:01 catalyzed by HLA-DM revealed a significantly lower rate of CLIP exchange for MBP153−161 and MBP90−98 peptides as opposed to HA peptide. Analysis of the binding of chimeric MBP-HA peptides demonstrated that the observed difference between MBP153−161, MBP90−98, and HA peptide epitopes is caused by the lack of anchor residues in the C-terminal part of the MBP peptides resulting in a moderate occupation of P6/7 and P9 pockets of HLA-DRB1*01:01 by MBP153−161 and MBP90−98 peptides in contrast to HA308−316 peptide. This leads to the P1 and P4 docking failure and rapid peptide dissociation and release of empty HLA-DM–HLA-DR complex. We would like to propose that protective properties of the HLA-DRB1*01 allele could be directly linked to the ability of HLA-DRB1*01:01 to kinetically discriminate between antigenic exogenous peptides and endogenous MBP derived peptides

The article deals with the use of activated water for drinking of pigs. Moreover, is described a method sonochemical activation of water. Sonochemical activated water is devoid of own supramolecular structure and has a high solvent power similar to how a boiling water, while remaining virtually the same temperature, which was prior to treatment. It is shown that the water in a thermodynamically nonequilibrium state, in which abideth some time as a result of such treatment, and has bactericidal and bacteriostatic p roperties, which it retains long time. All this suggests that the hydration of biopolymers directly into the esophagus and stomach of animals during their drinking will give tangible effect. Given the description of the mechanisms of cavitational disintegrated of water and described in comparison reactors for water treatment. Said that a regulatory authority in Russia give permission to use sonochemical technologies and devices in the food industry. Described sonochemical reactor, designed specifically for use in drinking of pigs, which have a reduced noise level and power consumption, but with better performance
