NOVEL 8-NITROSUBSTITUTED 1, 3-BENZOTHIAZIN-4-ONES
Many synthetic benzothiazines play an important role in the treatment of various diseases. Some 2-amino substituted 1, 3-benzothiazin-4-ones (2-amino-1, 3-benzothiazinones) represent a promising new class of antitubercular agents. Recently we have reported the synthesis of novel fluorinated 2-cycloalkylaminosubstituted 1, 3-benzothiazin-4-ones through the addition of N-nucleophiles to ortho-fluorobenzoylisothiocyanates and subsequent cyclization of fluorobenzoyl-thioureas, and 5-fluoro-2-(4-ethoxycarbonylpiperazin-1-yl)-1, 3-benzothiazin-4-one was chosen as leading compound. This work was supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russian Federation (project № FEUZ-2020-0058 (Н687.42Б.223/20)) and the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (grant # 18-03-00112)
Synthetic approaches to 2-aryl/hetaryl- and 2-(hetaryl)ylidene derivatives of fluorinated 1,3-benzothiazin-4-ones
A series of 2-hetaryl- and 2-(hetaryl)ylidene substituted 5-fluoro-8-nitro-1,3-benzothiazin-4-ones was synthesized by interaction of 2,6-difluoro-3-nitrobenzoylisothiocyanate with C-nucleophiles. Cyclocondensation of polyfluorobenzoylchlorides with aryl and hetaryl thioamides represents new approach to 1,3-benzothiazin-4-ones. Some compounds proved to be promising for further development of tuberculostatic agents

Strategic plan implementation for the development of the Vasylivska territorial community in the martial law conditions
The article considers the theoretical and practical aspects of territorial communities socio economic state and development under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. It is noted that the
socio-economic development of territorial communities is an important indicator of assessing the
level of state development. The state policy of Ukraine in the field of local self-government is based
on the territorial communities residents interests and provides of the government decentralization
i.e., the transfer of a significant part of powers and responsibilities from executive authorities to
local self-government bodies. The local self-government development and territorial communities
creation primarily involve increasing the financial capacity, investment and economic attractiveness
of territories for citizens comfortable living. The main properties of socio-economic development of
the Vasylivska territorial community are studied and assessed. Research methodology of the state
and determining the goals, tasks, priorities and directions of sustainable economic and social
development of territorial entities has been clarified. The state of socio-economic development of the
Vasylivska territorial community was analyzed according to various indicators and changes that
occurred in its territory. The main tasks of the development of the Vasylivska territorial community
are substantiated, taking into account its needs and interests. An algorithm for regulating the socio economic development of the Vasylivska community until 2027 is proposed. Since the beginning of
Russian Federation military aggression and hostilities on the territory of Ukraine, the conditions,
directions and tasks of the economy functioning, as well as the working and living conditions of
Ukrainians, are changed. The peculiarities of the strategic development plan implementation in the
conditions of martial law are considered on the example of the Vasylivska territorial community. The
scientific novelty consists in the approbation and practical application of the algorithm for design
and actualization of economic and social development strategy of a specific territorial community in
the conditions of martial law. The obtained results will be used in the future for developing of
conceptual models for similar urban united territorial communities at the regional level under
martial law conditions
Evidence for Archean hydrous deep-mantle reservoir provided by Abitibi komatiites
Archean komatiites result from melting under extreme conditions of the Earth’s mantle. Their chemical compositions evoke very high eruption temperatures, up to 1600°C, providing clues to still higher temperatures in their mantle source [1]. This message is clouded, however, by uncertainty about the water content in komatiite magmas. One school holds that komatiites were essentially dry and originated in mantle plumes [2] while the other argues that these magmas contained several percent of water, which drastically reduced their eruption temperature and links them to subduction processes [3]
Multi-stage metamorphic evolution and protolith reconstruction of spinel-bearing and symplectite-bearing ultramafic rocks in the Zheltau massif, Southern Kazakhstan (Central Asian Orogenic Belt)
Belingwe komatiites (2.7 Ga) originate from a plume with moderate water content, as inferred from inclusions in olivine
Major and trace elements, and volatile components have been measured in melt inclusions in olivine from fresh 2.7 Ga old komatiites from the Reliance Formation of the Belingwe Greenstone Belt, Zimbabwe. Reconstructed compositions of melt inclusions contain 20–23.5 wt% MgO and up to 0.3 wt% H2O; these compositions probably represent those of the erupted lava. In inclusions in relatively evolved (low Fo) olivines, an excess of Na2O, CaO, Li, La, Cu, Rb, Y, Sc as well as volatile components (H2O, F, Cl and S) relative to other highly incompatible elements is attributed to assimilation of seawater altered mafic material. No assimilation signature is observed for the most primitive melt inclusions hosted in the magnesium rich olivines. The primary melt composition, estimated using melt inclusions in the most magnesian olivine (Fo 93.5), contains up to 27.5 wt% MgO and ca. 0.2 wt% H2O. The presence of H2O slightly depressed the liquidus temperature to ca. 1513 °C. Our results suggest formation of the Belingwe komatiite magma at ca. 7 GPa pressure and ca. 1790 °C temperature in a mantle plume. The plume picked up water and probably chlorine through interaction with a hydrous transition mantle zone in the way similar to that previously proposed by Sobolev et al. (2016) for komatiites in Canada
