Import 22/07/2015Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou finančního poradenství a příležitostí vytvořit klientské zázemí v podobě franšízové pobočky společnosti Partners Financial Services ve městě Bruntál. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro franšízovou pobočku Partners Marketu v Bruntále, a ověřit, zdali je tento záměr realistický. První část práce se týká teoretických vstupů, problematikou finančních trhů, podnikáním a zahrnuje definice a přístupy, které vedou k úspěšnému zpracování a realizaci podnikatelského záměru. Součástí jsou metody pro analýzu prostředí, jako jsou PESTLE, Porterův model 5 konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotné zpracování podnikatelského záměru a aplikuje výpočty, které pomáhají hodnotit realizovatelnost projektu. Čtvrtá část práce je zaměřena na marketing a propagaci samotné pobočky. Závěrem je zhodnocení a doporučení, které vyplývá z výpočtů a analýz provedených v praktické části. Práce obsahuje 8 příloh, ve kterých jsou přehledně zpracována data a výpočty vedoucí k posouzení realizovatelnosti podnikatelského záměru.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on financial consultancy and opportunity of making franchise branch of Partners Financial Services in Bruntal. The aim of this thesis is creating business plan for franchise bureau of Partners Market in Bruntal, and verify whether is this plan realistic. The first part of this thesis concerns on the theoretical inputs, issues of financial markets, entrepreneurship and concerns definitions and attitudes, that lead to the successful preparation and realisation of business plan. There are included methods for analysing environment as PESTLE analysis, Porters 5 forces and SWOT analysis. Practical part is focused on creating business plan and there are applied calculations, what help to evaluate the projekt. The forth part of thesis is focused on marketing and propagation of the franchise branch. At the end of this bachelor’s thesis is assessment and recommends, which come out of all calculations and analysis. Relationships among coking coals and related cokes characteristics: a statistical evaluation

From 61 coking coals, 36 coal blends were prepared. Using a pilot coke oven, cokes were prepared from both 61 coking coals (Type I cokes) and 36 coal blends (Type II cokes). Coals were characterized by 14 coal characteristics and cokes by Coke Reactivity Index CRI and Coke Strength after Reaction with CO2 CSR. For the study of mutual statistic relationships among experimentally determined characteristics of coals and cokes, the Factor (FA) and Regression Analyses (RA) were used. FA distributed characteristics of coals and Type I cokes into 4 factors while characteristics of coal blends and Type II cokes were distributed into 7 factors. In case of pure coals and Type I cokes, strong relationships with high correlation coefficients (R > vertical bar 0.60 vertical bar) were more abundant than in case of coal blends and Type II cokes. FA was used for the selection of coal characteristics that influence the coke quality the most significantly. These characteristics were then recalculated by RA for the predictions of CRI/CSR of Type I cokes. Predictions of CRI/CSR of Type II cokes were calculated from coal blends by the same procedure. The comparison of the predicted and experimentally determined CRI and CSR indexes showed much more reliable prediction of CRI/CSR indexes calculated from coals than calculated from coal blends. Tariff Integration of Rail Public Transport Systems

Jsou v ní popsány možnosti vzniku jednotného přepravního a tarifního systému dálkové osobní dopravy a definovány problémy, které by mohly při vzniku tohoto systému nastat. Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat přepravní a tarifní podmínky jednotlivých železničních dopravců a identifikovat problémy v těchto oblastech a provézt průzkum u jednotlivých dopravců, za účelem prověření jejich zájmu o jednotný přepravní a tarifní systém v dálkové osobní dopravě.This thesis deals with the possibility of integrating rail carriers in long-distance pas-senger transport in the Czech Republic. It describes the possibility of a single transport tariff system and long-distance passenger traffic and defined the problems that could in the development of this system occur. Evaluation of fauna and flora occurence within Upper Silesia minnig subsidence reservoirs

Import 22/07/2015Hlavním předmětem předložené bakalářské práce jsou zvodnělé poklesové kotliny, které v krajině Horního Slezska vznikly v důsledku poddolování terénu při těžbě černého uhlí. Celou práci je možno rozdělit na teoretickou a praktickou část. V rámci teoretické části jsou nejprve charakterizovány přírodní podmínky zájmového území. Jako další je nastíněna historie těžby na území Hornoslezské černouhelné pánve a vlivy této činnosti na krajinu. Následuje stěžejní kapitola této bakalářské práce, které pojednává o vzniku, vývoji a zejména významu zvodnělých poklesových kotlin v hornické krajině. Jako poslední jsou v rámci teoretické části uvedeny výsledky z dosavadních průzkumů fauny a flóry provedených v hornické krajině Horního Slezska. Součástí praktické části této práce je metodika vlastního terénního výzkumu, popis zájmových lokalit a především vlastní výsledky, tedy zaznamenané a determinované druhy vybraných taxonů fauny a flóry na jednotlivých lokalitách.The main subject of this thesis are mining subsidence reservoirs located in area of interest in Upper Silesia, where these objects occurred as result of undermining during the mining of black coal. The whole work can be divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of this thesis are at first characterized the natural conditions of Upper Silesia. As a further is given description of the history of mining in the Upper Silesian coal basin and the impacts of these activities on the landscape. The following is the main part of this thesis, which deals with the origin, development, and especially the importance of mining subsidence reservoirs in mining landscape. The last in the theoretical part presents the results of previous surveys of flora and fauna occurrence made in mining landscape of Upper Silesia. A guide to designing optimal method of backup for big volumes of data

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zálohování dat. Zálohování dat je často podceňovanou a přehlíženou oblastí informačních technologií a při tom, ke ztrátě dat může dojit i banální chybou uživatele nebo zhroucením komponentů. V rámci diplomové práce je rozebírána teorie zálohování, je definován archivní bit a jeho chování s ohledem na zvolení různých typů záloh (úplná, inkrementální, diferenční nebo jejich kombinace), doba a frekvence zálohování nebo nejzazší bod obnovy dat . Dále jsou v práci zmíněna rotační schémata Round-Robin, GFS a Hanojské věže u kterých se uvádí jejich princip a grafické schéma rotací. V kapitole Strategie zálohování se popisuje princip správné volby zálohovací strategie, s ohledem na technické a ekonomické parametry. Analýza dopadů, která je v této kapitole vysvětlena popisuje důležité okamžiky při obnově dat. Pro zvolení optimální strategie je nutné zohlednit nejenom celkovou kapacitu zálohovaných dat, ale i velikost zálohovacího okna, dobu úschovy dat nebo polohu úložiště. Kapitola Média pro ukládání dat seznamuje se všemy zálohovacími médii a jejich technickými parametry, které jsou dostupné na trhu a lze je využít pro zálohování dat. V části věnované návrhu metodiky velkého objemu dat je navržen zálohovací plán s nutnými vstupy pro samotnou realizaci zálohování, při návrhu metodiky je kladen důraz také na pravidelnou kontrolu záloh a jejich umístění. Na praktické ukázce se dokázáno, že schéma Hanojských věží patří mezi ta s nejmenší potřebou zálohovacích médií. Součástí práce je návrh metodiky pro zálohování malého objemu dat.This diploma thesis deals with backup for big volumes of data. Data backup is a overlooked area of information technology and the data can be lost by trivial user error or breakdown on any components. In this thesis is discussed theory of backup - archive bit and his behavior based on various type of backup (full, incremental, differential or combination thereof), duration and frequency of backups or the point of ultimate recovery. In addition there are mentioned rotation schemes Round-Robin, GFS and Tower of Hanoi, where are described their principles and graphic diagram of rotation. In chapter Strategy of backup describes the backup strategy via choosing the right choice, taking into technical and economic parameters. Impact analysis, which is explained also in this chapter, describes the important moments in data recovery. For select the optimal strategy is necessary to consider not only the whole capacity of the backup data, but also the size of the backup window for data storage or storage location. In chapter Media storage you can acquainted with all backup media and their technical parameters that are available on the market and can be used for data backup. In section Guide methodology of large volumes of data backup is designed a backup plan with the necessary inputs for the actual implementation of the backup. The design methodology puts emphasis on regular backups and check their location. On practical demonstration is shown that the rotation scheme Tower of Hanoi are among the smallest need for backup media. A part of this thesis is also design of methodology for backup small amounts of data.

The case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total endoprothesis of a knee joint

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP levého kolenního kloubu během souvislé odborné praxe na oddělení ORFM v ÚVN a zpracování teorie související s touto diagnózou. Souhrn: Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje seznámení s anatomií, kineziologii a biomechanikou kolenního kloubu. Dále se zabývá problematikou gonartrózy, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi k provedení totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu a na závěr specifikacemi rehabilitace a použitými fyzioterapeutickými postupy. Obsahem speciální části je kazuistika pacienta. Kromě vstupního rozboru zde nalezneme sepsané terapie, výstupní rozbor pacienta a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapie. Summary: This thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part sums up anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. Apart from that, there is some information about gonarthrosis, indications and contraindications towards total endoprothesis of the knee joint. Last but not least we look at the specifications of rehabilitation regarding this diagnosis and used physiotherapeutic methods. The objective of the special part is a case study of the patient. It consists of complex kinesiologic evaluation, therapies during the patiens stay and the outcomes of the rehabilitation. Health Care Funding in the Czech Republic

Import 02/11/2016Diplomová práce je zaměřena na financování zdravotnictví v České republice. Konkrétně se zabývá reformou zdravotnictví a regulačními poplatky. Cílem práce bylo zhodnocení financování zdravotnictví v ČR a kvantifikace dopadů vybraných změn (především regulačních poplatků). Následně byly uvedeny jednotlivé návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení situace ve financování českého zdravotnictví. Pro dosažení cíle byla použita deskriptivní metoda teoretických a empirických poznatků, citlivostní analýza a logicky deduktivní metoda. V závěru práce bylo doporučeno opětovné zavedení regulačních poplatků, zavedení zdravotnické daně, připojištění osob zabývajících se rizikovými sporty a zaměstnáními a z důvodu udržení kvality zdravotnictví v ČR zlepšení pracovních podmínek pro lékařeThe diploma thesis deals with the health care funding in the Czech Republic. I have focused mainly on the health care reform and the regulative charges. The major goals of this diploma thesis were to evaluate the health care funding in the Czech Republic and to quantificate the impact of selected changes (mainly of the regulative charges). Afterwards there were mentioned certain suggestions and recommendations to improve the current health care funding situation. For reaching the goal the descriptive method of theoretical and empirical knowledges, sensitivity analysis, and logically deductive method were used. In the end of this thesis it is recommended to reimplement the regulative charges again, to introduce health care tax and to focus on supplementary insurance for persons engaged in risky sports and employments. To keep the sustainable quality of the health care in the Czech Republic it is absolutely necessary to establish enhanced working conditions for physicians.156 - Katedra národohospodářskávýborn
