У статті розглянуто проблему особливостей соціально-психологічних настанов особистості студентів у мотиваційно-потребовій сфері. На основі проведеного теоретичного аналізу та емпіричного дослідження виділяено структуру та подано характеристику соціально-психологічних настанов особистості в мотиваційно-потребовій сфері, а також особливостей внутрішньої мотивації студентів. Визначено умовний профіль мотиваційно-потребової сфери студентів. (The issue of peculiarities of the social and psychological determinants in need-motivational sphere of the students has been reviewed in the article. The structure and characteristics of the social and psychological determinants of a person in the need-motivational sphere have been described. The peculiarities of the internal motivation of the student have been identified. The conditional profile of the need-motivational sphere of the students has been determined.

Виокремлено структуру емпатії, а також визначено та охарактеризовано рівні емпатійних тенденцій студентів як засобу самореалізації. (Theoretical aspects and approaches to researching the issue of social empathy as a mean of self-realization have been analyzed in the article. The structure of empathy has been determined and the levels of empathic trends of the students as a mean of self-realization have been identified in the article.

У статті розглянуто теоретичні підходи до визначення змісту саморегуляції; уточнено сутність поняття та теоретичні підходи до її вивчення у психологічній науці; охарактеризовано структурні компоненти і механізми саморегуляції в навчальній діяльності. (The theoretical approaches to the definition of the content of self-regulation have been discussed in the articles. The essence of the concept and theoretical approaches to its study within the boundaries of psychological sphere has been specified. The structural components and mechanisms of self-regulation at the educational activities have been characterized.

Parametrization of the angular correlation and degree of linear polarization in two-photon decays of hydrogen-like ions

The two-photon decay in hydrogen-like ions is investigated within the framework of second order perturbation theory and Dirac's relativistic equation. Special attention is paid to the angular correlation of the emitted photons as well as to the degree of linear polarization of one of the two photons, if the second is just observed under given angles. Expressions for the angular correlation and the degree of linear polarization are expanded in terms of $\cos\theta$-polynomials, whose coefficients depend on the atomic number and the energy sharing of the emitted photons. The effects of including higher (electric and magnetic) multipoles upon the emitted photon pairs beyond the electric-dipole approximation are also discussed. Calculations of the coefficients are performed for the transitions $2s_{1/2}\rightarrow1s_{1/2}$, $3d_{3/2}\rightarrow1s_{1/2}$ and $3d_{5/2}\rightarrow1s_{1/2}$, along the entire hydrogen isoelectronic sequence ($1\le Z \le 100$)

Globalization and Internationalization of Higher Education and Sustainable Development: A Case of Ukraine

Abstract. Global tendencies in development of higher education have been analyzed in the article. Increase of the financial support and massivity of higher education has been considered in particular. The influence of the main global tendencies on the Ukrainian educational system and its sustainable development has been characterized. Suggestions about using the positive potential for sustainability and overcoming the possible negative consequences in the process of internationalization of higher education in Ukraine have been presented
