A digital era with inevitability raises for us a question of need of definition of determination of the changes, resulting from informatization: processes of transformation of contents, organizational and technological bases and also valuable sense of social communications in virtual space within concepts of “open society”, “network society”, “digital society”. In article views of the reflexive activity and structural theory of communicative action of Jurgen Habermas have been revealed: “the vital world” to which “the system world” resists has been considered. An approach to knowledge of process of evolution through attraction of the typology of communicative actions, developed by Jurgen Habermas, according to which the first type of actions focused on success, and the second type – on understanding, has been described. A modern communicative discourse of users of Internet network has been analyzed, in particular, fragmentation of ordinary consciousness and colonization has been noted by its systems, which is connected with disintegration of a common understanding of the vital worlds. On the basis of the analysis of results of a research of interaction of subjects of the digital communications, carried out by the State university of management, possibilities of interpretation of primary data on the basis of scientific approach of Jurgen Habermas have been introduced. So, for example, it has been shown, that young people actively make habitable “the system world” of virtual space, replacing with it real communications and transforming real forms of behavior of “the vital world”, a certain rationality of young people at assessment of objectivity of information Internet resources is noted, their ability to define “a discourse, that is the argument” in favor of these or those forms of use of opportunities of Internet network. Ways of fuller inclusion in the modern scientific device of digital sociology of approaches of Jurgen Habermas have been offered

Influence of uncertainty in dielectric properties on the design performance of a tunable composite right/left handed leaky wave antenna

Uncertainties of the order of 8 % in the accuracy of lithography used to define co-planar waveguides on ferroelectric thin films lead to a similar uncertainty in the value of relative permittivity of the film extracted from measurements. When such films are used as the tunable elements in a tunable composite right/left handed leaky wave antenna, such variations of the capacitance of the varactors can lead to a reduction in radiation and total efficiency around of the order of 1 dB in 5 dB due to the appearance of a bandgap in the frequency response

The conditions for the selective separation of polyphenols and caffeine with reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with diodarray (RP HPLC-DAD) and mass-spectrometric detections (RP HPLC/MS) were found. Using the developed technique, chromatographic profiles of 29 samples of green tea (including 11 selection ones provided by the All-Russian Research Institute of Floriculture and Subtropical Crops, Sochi) were obtained. Using HPLC/MS, two unknown analytes (catechin gallate and gallocatechin gallate) of the tea samples were identified. Chemometric processing of the characteristic profiles of polyphenols by the principal component analysis (PCA) was accomplished. On the scores plot for the first and second principal components, there is a separation of data into two clusters (selection and Greenfield teas) relative to the first principal component (PC-1). Analysis of the PC-1 loadings plot revealed the dominant analytes (gallic acid, gallocatechin, caffeine, epigallocatechin gallate and epicatechin gallate), which determine the differences between green teas samples. PCA-model separately for the profiles only selections teas was built. Analysis of the plot of scores relative to the first two principal components made it possible to detect the dependence of the concentration of polyphenols and caffeine in selections tea leafs on harvest season. A possible correlation has been established between PC-2 and harvest time, but this requires further research. Keywords: RP HPLC, polyphenols, green tea, characteristic profiles, principal component analysisDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15826/analitika.2019.23.3.010(Russian)L.A. DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.15826/analitika.2019.23.3.01

© 2017 N. S. Zakharchenko et al. Previously transgenic Kalanchoe pinnata plants producing an antimicrobial peptide cecropin P1 (CecP1) have been reported. Now we report biological testing K. pinnata extracts containing CecP1 as a candidate drug for treatment of wounds infected with Candida albicans. The drug constitutes the whole juice from K. pinnata leaves (not ethanol extract) sterilized with nanofiltration. A microbicide activity of CecP1 against an animal fungal pathogen in vivo was demonstrated for the first time. However, a favorable therapeutic effect of the transgenic K. pinnata extract was attributed to a synergism between the fungicide activity of CecP1 and wound healing (antiscar), revascularizing, and immunomodulating effect of natural biologically active components of K. pinnata. A commercial fungicide preparation clotrimazole eliminated C. albicans cells within infected wounds in rats with efficiency comparable to CecP1-enriched K. pinnata extract. But in contrast to K. pinnata extract, clotrimazole did not exhibit neither wound healing activity nor remodeling of the scar matrix. Taken together, our results allow assumption that CecP1-enriched K. pinnata extracts should be considered as a candidate drug for treatment of dermatomycoses, wounds infected with fungi, and bedsores

Identifying genome regions that are directly or indirectly associated with developmental defects and malformations in domesticated pigs can help identify genomic traits used as biomarkers of the structural and functional composition of the body, their metabolic status and genetic diseases as well. Such studies are directly related to the improvement of the economic efficiency, as they allow identification and exclusion of defect animals, who may carry target genes not appearing phenotypically, from the breeding process. In the current work, we have searched for these kind of target genes and genome regions with conducting the genome-wide association studies using PorcineSNP60K BeadChips (Illumina, San Diego, USA). A total of 48 boars of a large white breed of the nucleus farm “Znamenskoe” were analyzed for 21 traits of indicated shortcomings of the exterior and defects of development in 39,153 their offspring.  Calculations were made using a mixed type linear model in package GEMMA. In this study, we selected only 36,704 polymorphic SNPs from an initial 61,000-strong SNP set. After GWAS, we obtained 24 alleles in 11 corresponding genes  (P < 0.1) in the genome of pigs, which are significantly correlated with traits of developmental abnormalities such as anal atresia (ARMC7,FANCC,RND3,ENSSSCG00000017216), limb problems (PAWR,NTM,OPCML,ENSSSCG00000040250, ENSSSCG00000017018) and tremor of piglets (RIC3,ENSSSCG00000032665). Also, co-expression of the NTM,OPCMLand  RND3genes was revealed. This study confirms the relevance of using the single SNP detection according to the single trait approach in associative studies, even for small sample numbers

Procedure of manufacturing K. pinnata water extracts containing cecropin P1 (CecP1) from the formerly described transgenic plants is established. It included incubation of leaves at +4°C for 7 days, mechanical homogenization of leaves using water as extraction solvent, and heating at +70°C for inactivating plant enzymes. Yield of CecP1 (after heating and sterilizing filtration) was 0.3% of total protein in the extract. The water extract of K. pinnata + CecP1 exhibits favorable effect on healing of wounds infected with S. aureus (equal to Cefazolin) and with a combination of S. aureus with P. aeruginosa (better than Cefazolin). Wild-type K. pinnata extract exhibited evident microbicide activity against S. aureus with P. aeruginosa but it was substantially strengthened in K. pinnata + CecP1 extract. K. pinnata extracts (both wild-type and transgenic) did not exhibit general toxicity and accelerated wound recovery. Due to immunomodulating activity, wild-type K. pinnata extract accelerated granulation of the wound bed and marginal epithelialization even better than K. pinnata + CecP1 extract. Immunomodulating and microbicide activity of K. pinnata synergizes with microbicide activity of CecP1 accelerating elimination of bacteria

We have searched for CP violation in the decays D0KS0P0D^0\rightarrow K^0_S P^0 where P0P^0 denotes a neutral pseudo-scalar meson which is either a π0\pi^0, η\eta, or η\eta' using KEKB asymmetric-energy e+ee^+e^- collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 791 fb1^{-1} collected with the Belle detector. No evidence of significant CP violation is observed. We report the most precise CP asymmetry measurement in the decay D0KS0π0D^0\rightarrow K^0_S\pi^0 to date: ACPD0KS0π0=(0.28±0.19±0.10)A_{CP}^{D^0\rightarrow K^0_S\pi^0}=(-0.28\pm0.19\pm0.10)%. We also report the first measurements of CP asymmetries in the decays D0KS0ηD^0\rightarrow K^0_S\eta and D0KS0ηD^0\rightarrow K^0_S\eta': ACPD0KS0η=(+0.54±0.51±0.16)A_{CP}^{D^0\rightarrow K^0_S\eta}=(+0.54\pm0.51\pm0.16)% and ACPD0KS0η=(+0.98±0.67±0.14)A_{CP}^{D^0\rightarrow K^0_S\eta'}=(+0.98\pm0.67\pm0.14)%, respectively

    Search for Bπ+B \to \pi \ell^+\ell^- Decays at Belle

We present a search for the B-> pi e^+ e^- and B-> pi \mu^+ \mu^- decays, with a data sample of 657 million BBbar pairs collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB e+ee^+e^- collider. Signal events are reconstructed from a charged or a neutral pion candidate and a pair of oppositely charged electrons or muons. No significant signal is observed and we set the upper limit on the isospin-averaged branching fraction BF(B -> \pi \ell^+\ell^-) < 6.2x10^-8 at the 90% confidence level.Comment: 8 pages, 3 figures, accepted by PRD(RC
