This study aims to analyze financial management in assessing the financial performance of the community self-managed group of the Kotaku Kampung Fraboh program for the 2021 fiscal year before and 2 years after the 2020 BPM funds in the Kotaku program of financial assistance provided from the center. The financial performance of the Kotaku Program community self-managed group is measured using financial ratios, namely: Current ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to equity ratio and. Debt to equity The community self-management group took one ksm for the sample in this study as many as 1 community self-management group selected by purposive sampling technique with the type of data collection carried out by collecting secondary data and analyzing financial management in assessing the financial performance of the community self-management group Kotaku program Kampung Fraboh for the 2021 fiscal year contained in the financial statements. These samples were analyzed using the Ratio method. The results of this study indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio and return on equity show a significant increase in financial performance after the Kotaku Program compares with BPM funds for the 2020 fiscal year. Meanwhile, the return on total assets, Total asset turnover and Current Ratio show no difference in recording community self-management group Kotaku program.&nbsp

This study aims to determine the community satisfaction index in the Malanu Village referring to KEMENPAN Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Compiling a Community Satisfaction Survey. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, referring to the community satisfaction survey method. The community satisfaction index is based on the assessment element, so the results of community service are obtained, namely not good, not good, good and very good. The interval 88.31 - 100.00 obtains a very good service quality value, obtained from the elements of the system, mechanism and procedure (U1), has a conversion value of 89.3. The interval 76.71 – 88.30 obtains a good service quality score, obtained from the requirements element (U2), has a conversion value of 87.5; while the interval 65.00 - 76.60 obtained a poor service quality score obtained from the elements of completion time (U3), costs/tariffs (U4), implementing competence (U6) and infrastructure (U9), followed by intervals 25.00 - 64.99 obtaining a service quality value that is not good is obtained from product elements, service specifications, implementing behavior, handling complaints, suggestions and input. Overall, the performance of service units in the Malanu Sub-District includes poor service quality

Multilingual subjectivity analysis using machine translation

Although research in other languages is increasing, much of the work in subjectivity analysis has been applied to English data, mainly due to the large body of electronic resources and tools that are available for this language. In this paper, we propose and evaluate methods that can be employed to transfer a repository of subjectivity resources across languages. Specifically, we attempt to leverage on the resources available for English and, by employing machine translation, generate resources for subjectivity analysis in other languages. Through comparative evaluations on two different languages (Romanian and Spanish), we show that automatic translation is a viable alternative for the construction of resources and tools for subjectivity analysis in a new target language.

Tensile behaviour of a structural adhesive at high temperatures by the extended finite element method

Component joining is typically performed by welding, fastening, or adhesive-bonding. For bonded aerospace applications, adhesives must withstand high-temperatures (200°C or above, depending on the application), which implies their mechanical characterization under identical conditions. The extended finite element method (XFEM) is an enhancement of the finite element method (FEM) that can be used for the strength prediction of bonded structures. This work proposes and validates damage laws for a thin layer of an epoxy adhesive at room temperature (RT), 100, 150, and 200°C using the XFEM. The fracture toughness (G Ic ) and maximum load ( ); in pure tensile loading were defined by testing double-cantilever beam (DCB) and bulk tensile specimens, respectively, which permitted building the damage laws for each temperature. The bulk test results revealed that decreased gradually with the temperature. On the other hand, the value of G Ic of the adhesive, extracted from the DCB data, was shown to be relatively insensitive to temperature up to the glass transition temperature (T g ), while above T g (at 200°C) a great reduction took place. The output of the DCB numerical simulations for the various temperatures showed a good agreement with the experimental results, which validated the obtained data for strength prediction of bonded joints in tension. By the obtained results, the XFEM proved to be an alternative for the accurate strength prediction of bonded structures

A Study on Microstructure Characteristics of TEPs-modified Adhesives

Thermally expandable particles (TEPs) were developed by Dow Chemical Co in the early 1970´s [1] and were further developed by others [2, 3]. They are particles made up of a thermoplastic shell filled with liquid hydrocarbon. On heating them, two transformations will occur. One is the softening of shell material and the other is the gasification of the hydrocarbon liquid inside it. As a consequence, the shell will expand as the gas inside it will push the softened shell from inside out causing it to grow in size [4]. When fully expanded, the growth in volume of the particle can be from 50 to 100 times [3]. Owing to this unique behaviour, TEPs are used by the industry in a wide variety of applications mainly for weight reduction and appearance improvement for thermoplastics, inks, and coatings. In adhesive bonding, TEPs have been used for recycling purposes. Moreover, TEPs might be used to modify structural adhesives for other new purposes, such as: to increase the joint strength by creating an adhesive functionally modified along the overlap of the joint by gradual heating and/or to heal the adhesive in case of damage
