Import 02/11/2016Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika stanovení základu daně k dani z příjmů fyzických osob a posouzení nejvhodnějšího způsobu zdanění pro podnikající fyzickou osobu. Podnikající fyzická osoba je stále častější forma podnikání v České republice. Poplatník s příjmy z podnikání či jiné samostatně výdělečné činnosti má určité možnosti jak optimalizovat svůj základ daně. V teoretické části jsou nejdříve popsány základní pojmy týkající se daně z příjmů fyzických osob. Poté jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé možnosti zdanění. Z výsledků této práce je zřejmé, že výsledná daňová povinnost je závislá jak na upraveném základu daně, tak také na konkrétní situaci poplatníka.The content of the thesis is the issue of determining the tax base for income tax of individuals and assessing the most appropriate method of taxation for self-employed individual. Self-employed individuals are increasingly common form of business in the Czech Republic. A taxpayer with income from business and other self-employment has certain options to optimize their tax base. The theoretical part will first describe the basic concepts relating to taxes on income of individuals. Then there will be explained the different taxation options. The results of this study, it is clear that the resulting tax liability is dependent on the adjusted tax basis, as well as to the specific situation of the taxpayer.117 - Katedra účetnictví a danívýborn

Expenditures Comparison of Self-governing Regions in the Czech Republic in Culture Sector

Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním výdajů samosprávných krajů v oblasti kultury. Cílem práce je zhodnocení financování kultury z rozpočtů krajů za období 2012-2016. Pro zhodnocení rozdílů jsou zvoleny výdaje na kulturu na činnosti muzeí a galerií, činnosti knihovnické, divadelní činnost a hudební činnost. Zhodnocení rozdílů je provedeno pomocí vybraných ukazatelů, kterými jsou počet obyvatel a počet organizací. Každá analyzovaná část výdajů na kulturu je doplněná o dílčí zhodnocení a návrhy a doporučení k financování výdajů na kulturu. Kromě zhodnocení financování kultury je v práci posuzována tvorba rozpočtů krajů a analýza jejich hospodaření. Kraje sestavují své rozpočty, které by měly odrážet co nepřesněji jejich hospodaření.The thesis deals with the comparison of expenditures of self-governing regions in the culture. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financing of culture from the budget of the regions in 2012-2016. To assess the differences, cultural expenditures are selected for the activities of museums and galleries, libraries, theater and music activities. The difference is assessed using selected indicators, such as the number of inhabitants and the number of organizations. Each analyse part of correlation and dependence is supplemented with recommendation of funding culture. In addition the thesis aims to the creation of regional budgets and the analysis of their economics. Education of children with school attendance delay

The thesis deals with the issue of delay, schooling in the Czech Republic. Responding to the high percentage of children with delayed schooling in kindergartens. In the theoretical part, the author wants to provide general information about the suspension of schooling, who shall decide on the suspension of schooling and will address why the delay of schooling so much nowadays, will focus on the diagnosis of school maturity in the pedagogical-psychological counseling and pedagogical Diagnostics by means of the teachers in kindergartens. A significant portion will be devoted to the issue of educational work in kindergarten. In the practical part will then outlined examination in the pedagogical-psychological counseling, development of individual educational plan for the development of the most common areas that postponement of the schooling grants, and games for kids with the deferment of the schooling.
