    Analysis of Factors Affecting the Implementation of Computer-based Accounting Information System on Small and Medium Enterprises

    The objective of the research is to examine some factors that influence implementation computer-based accounting information system on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The study is based on the model proposed by Davis (1989), they are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, the attitude toward using, intention in use and actual USAge that includes in Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. Computer-based accounting information system in this study was measured by USAge of Point of Sales (POS) system. This study used data obtained from individual perception of information system user in Dieng-Mart Swalayan collected from 33 questionnaires. The data were analyzed by regression use SPSS 16.0 software. Study result shows that the implementation of Computer-based accounting information system is influenced by perceived ease of use and attitude toward using which are included in TAM theory

Based on the assumption that the pesantren community better understand their needs so that people involved in the making of pesantren management program that is appropriate management program.In theory Bottom Up in the boarding school, Kyai, the Government, as the creator of the means to achieve the aspirations of the people boarding school. The economic management of boarding schools has started to be realized in practice management program making such suggestions and input on community needs boarding school itself and then by the authors analyzed using the theory of management. Management process the government in terms of management must be implemented by public boarding school, so the people here besides serving as executor of the policy as well as giving a response back on the policy made by Kyai and government. Boarding school is now generally a boarding school who was managing the assets of the local economy that aims to empower economically boarding school, for the existence and economic welfare of boarding schools, students, citizens around the pesantren. On this basis, the Management Boarding economically requires a protection (protection / defense) for the sake of continuity and smoothness of its management

    "> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara SelfEsteem (harga diri) dan kesepian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para lansia yang tinggal di Dinas Sosial “UPT Pelayanan Sosial Lanjut Usia Pasuruan di Lamongan. Para lansia di tempat tersebut berjumlah 55 orang, yang terdiri dari 8 laki-laki dan 47 perempuan yang berusia kurang lebih 65 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala model likert untuk kedua variabel, analisis data menggunakan korelasi sperman. Hasil diperoleh harga koefisien korelasi sebesar -0,267 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,147 yang berarti tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Self-Esteem terhadap tingkat kecenderungan Kesepian pada Lansia

    Pendidikan pada anak dimulai sejak usia dini, pendidikan akan terlaksana dengan apabila anak dalam kondisi sehat secara fisik dan psikologis, salah satu indikator anak sehat adalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya optimal. Peran mitra (guru TK) sangat penting dalam tumbuh kembang anak karena mitra dalam tugasnya memberikan stimulasi dalam bentuk kegiatan proses belajar mengajar. Mitra (guru TK Melati dan TK Tunas Bangsa) sangat sangat aktif dalam kegiatan disekolah dalam mendidik siswa, baik dalam segi pendidikan formal maupun non formal (pembentukan karakter). Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan oleh tim pengusul pada mitra 1 didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat siswa yang mengalami masalah pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, pada mitra 2 ditemukan masalah yakni mitra belum pernah mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang pada anak. Padahal terdapat beberapa cara untuk menstimulasi siswa tersebut agar dapat tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal sesuai dengan tahapan usianya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut tim pengusul menawarkan solusi untuk membantu mengatasi kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam pemeriksaan dan cara deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang pada anak. Salah satu upaya yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengusul adalah memberikan informasi melalui sebuah seminar dan pelatihan/workshop beserta pendampingan pemeriksaan dan cara deteksi dini masalah tumbuh kembang pada anak. Pelaksanaan seminar dan pelatihan (workshop) tentang cara pemeriksaan dan deteksi dini adanya kelainan dan tumbuh kembang di TK Melati Buduran Sidoarjo dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Januari 2018 yang diikuti oleh kepala sekolah dan 8 guru yang terdiri dari guru PAUD dan guru TK A dan B dan pelaksanaan seminar dan pelatihan (workshop) tentang cara pemeriksaan dan deteksi dini adanya kelainan dan tumbuh kembang di TK Tunas Bangsa Durung Bedug Sidoarjo dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18-19 Februari 2018 yang diikuti oleh kepala sekolah dan 4 guru yang terdiri dari guru PAUD dan guru TK A dan B. Hasil seminar dan workshop didapatkan mitra dapat melaksanakan cara menilai deteksi dini dan kelainan tumbuh kembang pada Balita secara mandiri, dan mitra dapat mengaplikasikan hal tersebut pada anak didik seterusnya selama proses belajar berlangsung

    Plio-Pleistocene phylogeography of the Southeast Asian Blue Panchax killifish, Aplocheilus panchax

    The complex climatic and geological history of Southeast Asia has shaped this region’s high biodiversity. In particular, sea level fluctuations associated with repeated glacial cycles during the Pleistocene both facilitated, and limited, connectivity between populations. In this study, we used data from two mitochondrial and three anonymous nuclear markers to determine whether a fresh/brackish water killifish, Aplocheilus panchax, Hamilton, 1822, could be used to further understand how climatic oscillations and associated sea level fluctuations have shaped the distribution of biota within this region, and whether such patterns show evidence of isolation within palaeodrainage basins. Our analyses revealed three major mitochondrial clades within A. panchax. The basal divergence of A. panchax mitochondrial lineages was approximately 3.5 Ma, whilst the subsequent divergence timings of these clades occurred early Pleistocene (~2.6 Ma), proceeding through the Pleistocene. Continuous phylogeographic analysis showed a clear west-east dispersal followed by rapid radiation across Southeast Asia. Individuals from Krabi, just north of the Isthmus of Kra, were more closely related to the Indian lineages, providing further evidence for a freshwater faunal disjunction at the Isthmus of Kra biogeographic barrier. Our results suggest that Sulawesi, across the Wallace Line, was colonised relatively recently (~30 ka). Nuclear DNA is less geographically structured, although Mantel tests indicated that nuclear genetic distances were correlated with geographic proximity. Overall, these results imply that recent gene flow, as opposed to historical isolation, has been the key factor determining patterns of nuclear genetic variation in A. panchax, however, some evidence of historical isolation is retained within the mitochondrial genome. Our study further validates the existence of a major biogeographic boundary at the Kra Isthmus, and also demonstrates the use of widely distributed fresh/brackishwater species in phylogeographic studies, and their ability to disperse across major marine barriers in relatively recent time periods

    This research aims to test the effect of tourism product attributs, electronic word of mouth and promotion of tourist decision to visiting tourist attraction Brujul Adventure Park Kebumen. This research is motivated by a in the increasing number of tourists who visited that attraction Brujul Adventure Park (BAP) Kebumen.The collection of data by using a questionnaires with a number of samples 100 respondents who visited attraction Brujul Adventure Park (BAP) and find out Brujul Adventure Park (BAP) information via internet. This research method, using the technique of non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data obtained from questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 23 software.The result of this research shows that independent variables the tourism product attributs, and electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is the decision to visit by using t test. While the attributes of tourism products have no significant effect on the decision of visiting by using t test. Then through f test shows that the three independent variables are proper to examine the dependent variable. Adjusted R Square of 0,683 shows that the independent variables can explain 68,3% the dependent variable that is decision to visit, while the remaining 31,7% is explained by other variables outside of variable that used in this research

    Link of Organizational Climate and Quality of Work Life on Organizational Commitment: Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational climate and quality of work life on organization commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in civil servant employees UPTD Public health center Poncowarno. The sampling method used in this study is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The total sampling in this study was 31 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaire using a Likert scale of 4 categories. The data analysis used was the validity and reliability instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test and path analysis using SPSS 23.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that based on the validity and reliability test all variables are declared valid and reliable. Both structural models meet the criteria for classical assumption test with no multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity, and meet the assumption of normalty. Based on the t test, organizational climate has no effect on job satisfaction. Quality of work life has a significant on job satisfaction. Organization climate has a significant on organization commitment. Quality of work life has no effect on organization commitment. Job satisfaction has a significant on organizational commitment

If a leader and all elements of the government are able to prepare a professional workforce and are able to create employment opportunities to absorb the entire available workforce. The biggest challenge in preparing the demographic bonus is how the leaders and all staff are able to manage the large population of productive age to be productive from various fields.
