Sexual health education priorities: Perspective from engaged couples in Rasht
Background and aims: Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being of individuals, couples and families, and sexual health promotion, like other dimensions of health needs to complete and continuous access, learning opportunities for achieving better health. The present study aimed to determine the sexual health education priorities.
Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study that conducted on 420 engaged male and female for marriage in 2015. Sampling was done through a continuous method with pre-marriage couples were referred to a health care center No 8 in Rasht city to get premarital education services. In this study, the data collection tool was “sexual health need of education” questionnaire. Data was analyzed by SPSS and descriptive and inferential methods. The statistical significance level was P<0.05.
Results: The first priority of education from the perspective of contributors was to "qualified educators" with an average of 76.91 %. Other priorities respectively includes: Appropriate educational features (75.68%), suitable educational technologies (74.37%) and educational content (72.47%).
Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the most important priority for engaged couples in the sexual health education is qualified educator. Therefore, health policy makers should pay more attention to this issue. Determining the most important priority of engaged couples in the "educator" dimension will also be a guide for health educators, especially premarital education
A qualitative study of sexual health education among Iranian engaged couples
Background: Sexual health education for Iranian engaged couples is always ignored in the premarital education program. Objectives: The aim of this study was to explore the necessity of sexual health education for Iranian engaged couples.Materials and methods: This qualitative study was conducted in Rasht, Iran. The studied sample consisted of 38 engaged men and women; and also 9 health experts and policymakers. We used interview guides to collect data. The data was analyzed through content analysis method. Results: Analyzing participants’ perspectives revealed six themes including: (1) socio-cultural changes, (2) emerging social pathologies, (3) inadequate sexual knowledge; (4) challenges in providing sexual health services, (5) individual consequences and (6) social consequences. Conclusion: Most participants emphasized the necessity of sexual health education not only because of medical concerns, but also from the perspective of social issues. Providing these services should be considered a priority. Keywords: Sexual health, health education, qualitative study, Ira
Dislodged Interatrial Septum Occluder was Found in an Incredible Place: A Case Report
Secundum type atrial septal defect (ASD) is the most common type of interatrial septum defects. Transcatheter closure of secundum ASD has replaced traditional surgical ASD closure in most cases. Embolization of device is relatively uncommon (0.3%), but it can be a life-threatening situation that needs emergency open heart surgery. We presented a 44-year-old woman who underwent a successful ASD device closure, but the day after procedure, she presented with dyspnea and frequent paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia with absence of device in interatrial septum (IAS) position. Further investigation by transesophageal revealed atrial septal occluder in the right pulmonary artery that extracted by surgery successfully
The Merger Rate of Primordial Black Hole-Neutron Star Binaries in Ellipsoidal-Collapse Dark Matter Halo Models
Primordial black holes (PBHs), as a potential macroscopic candidate for dark
matter, can encounter other compact objects in dark matter halos because of
their random distribution. Besides, the detection of gravitational waves (GWs)
related to the stellar-mass black hole-neutron star (BH-NS) mergers raises the
possibility that the BHs involved in such events may have a primordial origin.
In this work, we calculate the merger rate of PBH-NS binaries within the
framework of ellipsoidal-collapse dark matter halo models and compare it with
the corresponding results derived from spherical-collapse dark matter halo
models. Our results exhibit that ellipsoidal-collapse dark matter halo models
can potentially amplify the merger rate of PBH-NS binaries in such a way that
it is very close to the range estimated by the LIGO-Virgo observations. While
spherical-collapse dark matter halo models cannot justify PBH-NS merger events
as consistent results with the latest GW data reported by the LIGO-Virgo
collaboration. In addition, we calculate the merger rate of PBH-NS binaries as
a function of PBH mass and fraction within the context of ellipsoidal-collapse
dark matter halo models. The results indicate that PBH-NS merger events with
the mass of will be
consistent with the LIGO-Virgo observations if . We also show
that to have at least on event in the comoving volume annually,
ellipsoidal-collapse dark matter halo models constrain the abundance of PBHs as

Evaluating Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation and Ventilation Treatment of Patients with COVID-19: A Review
The prevalence of COVID-19 in the world is rapidly increasing. Although some patients show mild symptoms of the virus, some others need special care due to the exacerbation of the disease. Therefore, invasive treatments are needed to treat these patients. Data were collected from PubMed and Google scholars at various time points up to the 2020 academic year. The related keywords are listed as follows: "COVID-19", "Treatment", "Pathogenesis", and "Lung disorder". Studies have shown that although the use of ECMO and ventilation can provide oxygen to patients and improve their clinical status; these procedures can lead to the activation of inflammatory responses and the activation of the renin-angiotensin system. Inflammation and activation of the renin-angiotensin system are among the weak prognoses for COVID-19-infected patients. ECMO and ventilation treatment procedures are like double-edged swords, and monitoring patients during treatment is essential to prevent renin-angiotensin activation.

The Use of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) for the Treatment of Vascular Lesions
According to the English literature, various lasers and light sources (i,g. argon ion lasers, pulsed KTP lasers, diode lasers and Nd:YAG lasers, pulsed dye laser(PDL), intense pulsed light sources (IPLS) are applicable for the treatment of different vascular lesions. These conditions are the most important indication for laser therapy. This review summarizes the current literature on IPL with regard to the treatment of vascular lesion
Compact Binary Merger Rate in Dark-Matter Spikes
Nowadays, the existence of supermassive black holes (SMBHs) in the center of
galactic halos is almost confirmed. An extremely dense region referred to as
dark-matter spike is expected to form around central SMBHs as they grow and
evolve adiabatically. In this work, we calculate the merger rate of compact
binaries in dark-matter spikes while considering halo models with spherical and
ellipsoidal collapses. Our findings exhibit that ellipsoidal-collapse dark
matter halo models can potentially yield the enhancement of the merger rate of
compact binaries. Finally, our results confirm that the merger rate of
primordial black hole binaries is consistent with the results estimated by the
LIGO-Virgo detectors, while such results can not be realized for primordial
black hole-neutron star binaries.Comment: 13 pages; 5 figures; references added, typos were fixe
