    This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of traffic operations to increase compliance with helmet use for motorcyclists in the city of Gorontalo. The type of research used in this research is empirical legal research. This research is located at the Gorontalo City Police Traffic Unit. The data used in this study were obtained using observation and interview techniques. The results of this study indicate that there are still many violations of the use of helmets so that the implementation of traffic operations to increase compliance with using helmets for motorbike riders in the city of Gorontalo has not been effective, other efforts need to be made by the Satlantas Polres Gorontalo City, namely: Police friends of children, school security patrols , Provide socialization and traffic education, Install billboards containing the rules and the importance of helmets, Cooperate with agencies

    Efek Kombinasi Vermikompos dan Mikrobia Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kangkung (Ipomea Reptans P.) Yang Ditanam Pada Residu Media Tanam Hidroganik

    This study aims to test the effects of various microbial concentrations and vermicompost doses on the growth and yield of water spinach grown on the residue of hydroganic growing media. This research was a pot experiment conducted in a plastic house using a factorial randomized design consisting of 2 factors. The first factor consisted of three levels of concentration of microbial solutions, namely without microbes, 25 ml/ liter of water, and 50 ml/liter of water. The second factor consisted of four levels of vermicompost doses, namely without vermicompost, 150 g/pot, 300 g/pot, 450 g/pot. All treatment combinations were repeated 3 times and each replication used 4 plant samples. The variables observed were growth and yield variables. The collected data were analyzed using the F-test with a significant level of 5%. If it showed a significant effect followed by the Tukey-test with a level of 5%. The results showed that the interaction of the combination treatment of microbial concentration and vermicompost dose had a significant effect on the growth and yield of water spinach  at the age of 29 DAP. The best yields were found in the treatment of microbial concentrations of 25 ml /liter of water and 300 g/pot of vermicompost with an average yield of fresh weight per plant, fresh weight per pot, dry weight per plant, and dry weight per pot of  20.11 g, 129.92 g ,1.70 g, 1.70 g, and 11.02 g respectively. These results were not significantly different from the treatment of microbial concentrations of 25 ml/ liter of water and 450 g vermicompost / pot with an average yield of fresh weight per plant, fresh weight per pot, dry weight per plant, and dry weight per pot of 23.36 g, 139.00 g, 2.18 g, and 12.93 g respectively. The results suggest that the residual of hydroganic media can be reused for planting by adding a microbial solution of 25 ml/liter of water and vermicompost at a dose of 300-450 g/pot

Penelitian dengan judul Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Pada Konten Media Sosial Instagram Coffee Shop @kopidaong.id, memiliki rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana strategi komunikasi pemasaran coffee Shop Kopi Daong dengan menggunakan media sosial instagram dan Apakah konten media sosial instagram dapat mendorong pemasaran coffee shop Kopi Daong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi komunikasi pemasaran dengan konten media sosial instagram pada Kopi Daong dan mengetahui pola pemasaran dengan konten media sosial instagram Kopi Daong. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif. Adapun sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dari informan mengenai strategi komunikasi pemasaran pada konten media sosial instagram Kopi Doang. Landasan teori yang digunakan adalah Integrated Marketing Communication dan Digital marketing. Berdasarkan Analisa yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan konten media sosial instagram dalam strategi utama Kopi Daong dapat meningkatkan serta memperluas pemasaran serta mendorong pemasaran

    Max-Sliced Wasserstein Distance and its use for GANs

    Generative adversarial nets (GANs) and variational auto-encoders have significantly improved our distribution modeling capabilities, showing promise for dataset augmentation, image-to-image translation and feature learning. However, to model high-dimensional distributions, sequential training and stacked architectures are common, increasing the number of tunable hyper-parameters as well as the training time. Nonetheless, the sample complexity of the distance metrics remains one of the factors affecting GAN training. We first show that the recently proposed sliced Wasserstein distance has compelling sample complexity properties when compared to the Wasserstein distance. To further improve the sliced Wasserstein distance we then analyze its `projection complexity' and develop the max-sliced Wasserstein distance which enjoys compelling sample complexity while reducing projection complexity, albeit necessitating a max estimation. We finally illustrate that the proposed distance trains GANs on high-dimensional images up to a resolution of 256x256 easily.Comment: Accepted to CVPR 201

    ANALISIS PERANCANGAN ANTENA MIMO MIKROSTRIP LINGKARAN UNTUK BROADBAND WIRELESS ACCESS (BWA) NOMADIC FREKUENSI 2,3 GHZ

    ABSTRAKSI: Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) merupakan suatu jaringan akses nirkabel pita lebar. BWA dapat dibagi menjadi beberapa macam berdasarkan mobilitasnya, salah satunya adalah BWA Nomadic. Pada kebutuhan layanan BWA (Broadband Wireless Access) dikembangkan antena MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) yang dapat memberikan peningkatan kapasitas kanal tanpa penambahan SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio), daya serta bandwidth. Pada penerapan antena dalam perangkat portabel, dibutuhkan dimensi antena yang ringkas dan kecil. Jenis antena yang memiliki dimensi kecil adalah antena mikrostrip.Tahapan perancangan antena dimulasi dari pemilihan model antena mikrostrip, kemudian dilakukan simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® (CST MWS). Beberapa kali simulasi telah dilakukan guna mendapat hasil yang sesuai dengan spesifikasi awal. Tahap selanjutnya adalah realisasi prototipe antena dan pengukuran antena. Pada pengukuran parameter VSWR, impedansi, dan parameter S, kondisi pengukuran masing-masing port terhubung ke port network analyzer atau ON-ON. Sedangkan kondisi pengukuran pola radiasi, polarisasi, dan gain adalah ketika port satu diukur, port yang lain tidak terhubung atau ON-OFF.Hasil pengukuran serta pengujian antena adalah sebagai berikut. Nilai VSWR pada frekuensi kerja 2,3-2,39 GHz pada port 1 adalah 1,556 dan port 2 adalah 1,466. Nilai impedansi port 1 adalah 43,121-0,050134j Ω dan port 2 adalah 40,46-11,848j Ω pada frekuensi tengah 2,345 GHz. Nilai S11 adalah -14,701 dB, nilai S22 adalah -13,896 dB, nilai S21 adalah -17,098 dB, dan nilai S12 adalah -17,05 dB pada frekuensi tengah 2,345 GHz. Gain antena port 1 adalah 2,656 dBi dan port 2 adalah 2,287 dBi untuk frekuensi tengah 2,345 GHz. Dimensi akhir antena adalah 67,2 mm x 29,5 mm x 1,6 mm.Kata Kunci : antena mikrostrip, mikrostrip lingkaran, sistem MIMO, isolasi, korelasi.ABSTRACT: Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) is a wireless service with a wide bandwidth. Based on its mobilization, BWA can be classified into several types, and one of them is Nomadic BWA. For practical uses, BWA applies a MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) system to increase the canal capasity without increasing SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) and bandwidth. When this antenna is applied to a mobile devices, it only needs a small antenna namely microstrip antenna.The process of designing the antenna had several (four) stages. First, it started from selecting the model of microstrip antenna. Second, several simulations using CST MICROWAVE STUDIO® (CST MWS) software were carried out to obtain a similar result to the starting specification. Third, several simulations and measuring the antenna were conducted. When measuring the VSWR, impedance and S-parameter, each antenna ports were connected to network analyzer ports. However, when measuring the pattern of radiation, polarization and gain, only one measured port was connected to the spectrum analyzer.The results of the experiment showed that the VSWR at 2.3-2.39 GHz,Port 1 had a value of 1.556 andPort 2 of 1.466. At 2.345 GHz, the value of Port 1 impedance was 43.121-0.050134j Ω and Port 2 of 40.46-11.848j Ω. The value of S11 was -14.701 dB, S22 was -13.896 dB, S21 was -17.098 dB, and S12 was -17.05 dB. The gain value of Port 1 antenna was 2,656 dBi and Port 2 was 2,287 dBi.
