    Image Improvement of the State Islamic University (UIN) Alauddin Makassar Through the Satisfaction and Trust of Stakeholder on Graduate Quality

    This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduate quality to stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar either directly or indirectly. This study categorized in exploratory research. This research included in the descriptive research. The population of this research is all stakeholders in Makassar City. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample criterion used is a private banking company that employs UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates. The sample size uses maximum likelihood (ML). The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents. In this study, the techniques used include (1) questionnaire; (2) observation; (3) interviews and (4) documentation. The method of analysis used in this research is structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis. The conclusion of this research are: (1) the quality of UIN Alauddin Makassar graduates has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder satisfaction, stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) stakeholder satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on stakeholder trust and image of UIN Alauddin Makassar and (3) stakeholder trust have positive and significant impact on UIN Alauddin Makassar image

    Economic Business Development for the People Through Optimizing the Role of Islamic Boarding Schools in a Pandemic Period

    The purpose of this study was to determine the model of developing the people's economic business through optimizing the role of pesantren during the pandemic and to design the role of pesantren in supporting village economic resilience. This type of research is a field research. The research location is located in Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) Mangkoso, Barru Regency. The approach in this research is a phenomenological approach and a participation action research approach. The analysis technique in this study uses Huberman and Miles qualitative analysis data. The conclusions of this study are (1) the economic business development model of the people through optimizing the role of Islamic boarding schools during the pandemic at the DDI Mangkoso Islamic Boarding School has been running well; (2) the role of pesantren in supporting village economic resilience is very potential.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model pengembangan bisnis ekonomi umat melalui optimalisasi peran pesantren di masa pandemi dan untuk merancang peran pesantren dalam mendukung ketahanan ekonomi desa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Lokasi penelitian berlokasi di Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Darud Da'wah Wal-Irsyad (DDI) Mangkoso Kabupaten Barru. Adapun pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi dan pendekatan tindakan partisipasi (participation action research). Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan data analisis kualitatif model Huberman dan Miles. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah (1) model pengembangan bisnis ekonomi umat melalui optimalisasi peran pesantren di masa pandemi pada Pondok Pesantren DDI Mangkoso telah berjalan dengan baik; (2) peran pesantren dalam mendukung ketahanan ekonomi desa adalah sangat potensia

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepribadian entrepreneuship Islam dan akses informasi  terhadap strategi bisnis; (2) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepribadian entrepreneuship Islam dan akses informasi terhadap kinerja usaha kecil; dan (3) mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kepribadian entrepreneuship Islam dan akses informasi terhadap kinerja usaha kecil melalui strategi bisnis.Penelitian ini dikategorikan dalam penelitian eksplanatory. Sampel penelitian akan dipilih secara acak sederhana (simple random sampling). penentuan sampel penelitian ini digunakan rumus jumlah sampel minimum dari analisis Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dengan model estimasi mengunakan maximum likehood (ML) maka jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 sampel. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Prosedur pengambilan data dalam penelitian adalah dengan (1) teknik kuesioner; (2) observasi; (3) teknik studi dokumentasi; dan (4) deep interview. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dari paket software statistik AMOS.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa (1) kepribadian entrepreneuship Islam dan akses informasi berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifkan terhadap strategi bisnis; (2) kepribadian entrepreneuship Islam, akses informasi dan strategi bisnis berpengaruh langsung, positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja bisnis usaha kecil; dan (3) kepribadian entrepreneuship Islam dan akses informasi berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja usaha kecil melalui strategi bisnis.Kata kunci: kepribadian entrepreneuship Islam, akses informasi, strategi bisnis, kinerja usaha keci

    This research aims to know and analyze influence of work environment and organizational culture on job satisfaction and performance of lecturers at UIN ALauddin Macassar. This research uses a explanatory research method, and the population is all the lecturers at UIN ALauddin Macassar. Samples in drag with saturated sample method wich are 65 people. Data analysis was done using structural equation model Structural Equation Modeling or (SEM). Results of the analysis show that the work environment and organizational culture influential positive and significant to job satisfaction and performance of lecturers
