    Development of Discovery Learning Based Physics Learning Module in Energy Discussion

    Learning physics on the subject of energy still seems difficult for students. To overcome this problem, teaching materials that can clearly explain physics concepts such as modules were needed. The purpose of this research was to develop a physics learning module that is suitable as teaching material referring to the expert validator's assessment. The research method used was the research and development method with the development process using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data collection instrument consisted of material expert validation sheets, media experts and linguists. The results of the study obtained the percentage of the validation value of 83.86% with a good category. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the physics learning module based on discovery learning on the subject of energy was valid to be used as an alternative teaching material in physics learning

    Correlation of Microclimate of West Java on Caffeine and Chlorogenic acid in Coffea canephora var. robusta

    Caffeine and chlorogenic acid (CGA) are two compounds that play a role in determining the quality of coffee. The amount of the two compounds may vary depending on the environment where they are grown. This study aimed to determine the correlation between the local microclimatic condition and the concentration of caffeine and CGA in green and roasted beans of Robusta coffee from six different cultivation areas in West Java, Indonesia (i.e., Ciamis, Tasikmalaya, Sumedang, Kuningan, Cianjur, and Bogor). Samples of green beans and roasted beans were extracted with 70% methanol for caffeine analysis and ethyl acetate for CGA analysis. Caffeine and CGA were analyzed by UV-HPLC using a C18 shimpack gist shimadzu column, with an isocratic elution of methanol:water (1:1) at a 1 mL/min flow rate. Detection was performed at  λ272 nm and λ324 nm for caffeine and chlorogenic acid, respectively. Principal component analysis (PCA) was used to evaluate the correlation between microclimate with caffeine and chlorogenic acid. Results indicated that the concentration of caffeine ranged from 7.67 to 16.52% and 10.79 to 15.56% in the green and roasted bean coffee, respectively. The concentration of CGA ranged from 0.74 to 3.03% and 0.25 to 0.77% in the green and roasted bean coffee, respectively. Based on PCA analysis, the most influential microclimate on the caffeine concentration were the humidity, temperature, and altitude, with the total variance of PC1 and PC2 of  76.3%. However, there was no positive correlation between the measured microclimate and the CGA concentration. In conclusion, Robusta coffee's caffeine content is positively affected by the microclimatic condition (i.e., humidity, temperature, and altitude)

    Kelurahan Pemulung merupakan pemukiman di kawasan Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan. Pemukiman ini disebut desa pemulung karena sebagian besar dari mereka yang tinggal di pemukiman ini bekerja sebagai pemulung. Dengan kondisi ini, mereka tidak punya waktu untuk belajar karena bekerja dan menghasilkan uang lebih baik daripada membuang-buang waktu belajar untuk mereka. Ditambah lagi dengan kondisi pandemi seperti ini, aktivitas mereka benar-benar terbatas dan akhirnya membuat mereka melupakan kewajiban mereka untuk menjalani kehidupan yang lebih baik dengan berbagai aspek ilmu pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, bantuan kami sangat berarti bagi mereka. Tidak hanya dengan simpati tetapi dengan tindakan nyata seperti memberikan motivasi, pengetahuan, dan konseling tentang perubahan manajemen yang dapat memberi mereka antusiasme untuk belajar dan akan lebih baik lagi selama pandemi ini.Kata Kunci: Manajemen PerubahanPemulung Village is a settlement in the Pondok Aren area, South Tangerang.     Analisis Penerapan Metode Visuomotor Pada Anak Tunagrahita Ringan di SLB B-C Dharma Wanita Jalaksana Kuningan

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan menyelidiki penerapan metode visuomotor pada anak tunagrahita ringan di SLB B-C Dharma Wanita Jalaksana Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui kegiatan wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak dua subjek, subjek pertama satu guru dan subjek kedua satu kelas murid dengan jenis ABK tunagrahita ringan dari SLB B-C Dharma Wanita Jalaksana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak tunagrahita ringan meskipun memiliki IQ di bawah rata-rata anak normal, tetap memiliki potensi yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pendidikan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan khusus mereka. Penerapan metode visuomotor, terutama dalam melatih motorik halus, efektif dalam memfasilitasi, di mana pendekatan pembelajaran ini meminimalkan tekanan dengan tidak membatasi pembelajaran pada tingkat kelas tertentu. Pendekatan kolaboratif dalam metode pembelajaran, termasuk konvensional, diskusi, tanya jawab, refleksi, dan eksperimen, memberikan kontribusi positif. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memperkaya pemahaman tentang potensi anak tunagrahita ringan dan menyoroti keberhasilan penerapan metode visuomotor dalam konteks pendidikan inklusif
