ISO 27001: Seguridad de la información y su impacto en el principio de negocio en marcha para empresas que prestan servicios tecnológicos en San Isidro, 2021

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad evaluar y determinar el impacto de la ISO 27001: Seguridad de la información en el principio de negocio en marcha para empresas que prestan servicios tecnológicos en el distrito de San Isidro en el año 2021. La investigación se desarrolló en cinco capítulos y se basa en la teoría, indagación e interpretación de diversos artículos científicos que están dentro del ranking de cuartiles de las mejores investigaciones, así como de Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) para asegurar el cumplimiento del principio contable de negocio en marcha. En el Capítulo I se aborda el Marco teórico, donde se definen los conceptos y términos más importantes acerca de la ISO 27001: Seguridad de la información, ciberseguridad, ciberataques, principio de negocio en marcha y el sector de servicios tecnológicos. Asimismo, se analiza la aplicación de la ISO 27001: Seguridad de la información en un contexto a nivel local como internacional para obtener una mejor perspectiva acerca del estudio. En el Capítulo II: Plan de investigación, se define el problema principal y específicos, así como los objetivos e hipótesis general y específicas. Seguidamente, en el Capítulo III: Metodología de investigación, se desarrolla la metodología que es de enfoque mixto. Además, se determina la población, el tamaño de la muestra y los instrumentos que se aplicaron para el análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo. En el Capítulo IV: Desarrollo de la investigación, se encuentra la aplicación de los instrumentos seleccionados en el capítulo III como la encuesta y entrevista a profundidad. Finalmente, en el Capítulo V: Análisis de los resultados de la investigación, se presentan los resultados obtenidos de los instrumentos aplicados en la investigación, las conclusiones y recomendaciones.The present research work has a purpose to evaluate and determine the impact of ISO 27001: Information Security on the going concern principle for companies that provide technology services in the district of San Isidro in the year 2021. The research was developed in five chapters and is based on theory, inquiry and interpretation of various scientific articles that are within the quartile ranking of the best research, as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure compliance with the going concern accounting principle. Chapter I addresses the Theoretical Framework, where the most important concepts and terms about ISO 27001: information security, cybersecurity, cyber-attacks, going concern principle and the technology services sector are defined. Also, the application of ISO 27001: Information Security in a local and international context is analyzed to gain a better perspective on the study. In Chapter II: Research Plan, the main and specific problem is defined, as well as the general and specific objectives and hypotheses. Then, in Chapter III: Methodology, the research methodology is developed, which is of mixed approach. In addition, the population, the sample size and the instruments applied for the quantitative and qualitative analysis are determined. In Chapter IV: Development of the research, we find the application of the instruments selected in Chapter III, such as the survey and the in-depth interview. BROMATOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF ANNATTO (Bixa orellana L.) SEEDS

The objective of this study was to carry out a bromatological and physicochemical analysis of local annatto seeds and a commercial pasteObjective: to carry out a bromatological and physicochemical analysis of local annatto seeds and a commercialpaste.Materials and Methods: local annatto seeds to which a physicochemical analysis was carried out whereash, humidity (weight difference), dry matter, proteins were determined. ADF and NDF, fat, and in addition,bromatological analysis was carried out on the samples and the commercial pasta.Results: sample M3 (dark heart-shaped annatto without filaments) presented the highest values. The bixincontent was recorded with 4.09% in sample M2 (heart-shaped red annatto without filaments) and thecommercial paste was the lowest with 0.56%.Limitations and Implications of the study: the importance of performing the bromatological and physicalchemicalanalysis of annatto seeds of local genotypes determined which of the local samples and the commercialpaste are the ones that contain the greatest amount of bixin.Findings and Conclusions: Sample M3 (dark heart-shaped annatto without filaments) presented the highestvalues. The highest bixin content was found in the smooth heart-red variety and the lowest value in thecommercial pasta

Natural fruit flavored coffee concentrate project: Cafru-it Perú

El precio promedio del café se ha incrementado en los últimos años. En el 2018 el precio aumentó hasta en un 8% y se estima un alza adicional de 6% para los siguientes años. Pese a ello, el consumo interno del café también ha aumentado constantemente, teniendo un crecimiento en la frecuencia de compra del café de hasta 22 veces más en el 2018. Los estudios revelan que el incremento en su consumo se debe a que los amantes del café cuentan con mayor poder adquisitivo y además han optado por dar inicio a la búsqueda de un sabor distinto al café tradicional. Atendiendo a esta necesidad de los consumidores de café nace Cafru-it, un concentrado de café mezclado con fruta natural. Como propuesta de valor, Cafru-it ofrece a los consumidores de café un sabor totalmente natural, pues es elaborado a base de granos de café cuzqueño y frutas, las cuales son naranja, durazno y mango. Por otro lado, su consumo es beneficioso para salud por las propiedades de los insumos utilizados para su producción, además de ser un producto eco-friendly, ya que los envases son elaborados de vidrio reciclado y pueden ser reutilizados. El público objetivo esta compuesto por las personas amantes del café que se encuentran en la búsqueda de nuevos sabores y que son estudiantes universitarios o que trabajan en oficinas. Los canales por los cuales Cafru-it se acercará a su público son: redes sociales, página web, ferias ecológicas, venta directa y delivery.The average price of coffee has increased in recent years. In response to this need for coffee consumers, Cafru-it is born, a coffee concentrate mixed with natural fruit. As a value proposition, offered to coffee consumers a totally natural flavor, because Cafru-it is made from coffee beans from Cusco and fruits, which are orange, peach and mango. On the other hand, its consumption is beneficial for health due to the properties of the supplies used for its production, in addition to being an eco-friendly product, because the bottles are made of recycled glass and can be reused. The customer segments is composed by coffee lovers who are in search of new flavors and who are university students or who work in offices. Cardiometabolic Pregnancy Complications in Association with Autism-Related Traits as Measured by the Social Responsiveness Scale in ECHO

Prior work has examined associations between cardiometabolic pregnancy complications and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), but not how these complications may relate to social communication traits more broadly. We addressed this question within the Environmental influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) program, with 6,778 participants from 40 cohorts conducted from 1998-2021 with information on ASD-related traits via the Social Responsiveness Scale (SRS). Four metabolic pregnancy complications were examined individually, and combined, in association with SRS scores, using crude and adjusted linear regression as well as quantile regression. We also examined associations stratified by ASD diagnosis, and potential mediation by preterm birth and low birth weight, and modification by child sex and enriched risk of ASD. Increases in ASD-related traits were associated with obesity (ß=4.64, 95% CI 3.27, 6.01) and gestational diabetes (ß=5.21, 95% CI 2.41, 8.02) specifically, but not with hypertension or preeclampsia. Results in children without ASD were similar to main analyses, but weaker among ASD cases. There was not strong evidence for mediation or modification. Results suggest that common cardiometabolic pregnancy complications may influence child ASD-related traits not only above a diagnostic threshold relevant to ASD, but also across the population
