PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN, LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KUALITAS PENDIDlKAN SERTA KEUNGGULAN KARAKTER SISWA (STUDI PADA SMA MUHAMMADIYAH DI SURABAYA)

This study aim to determine the effect of learning methods, school environment and leadership on the quality of education and the superiority of student character at Muhammadiyah High School Surabaya. The population in this study were 6758 students of class II Muhammadiyah High School in 7 seven) Muhammadiyah High Schools located in Surabaya City. As many as 160 class II High School students who were respondents with the sampling technique used purposive sampling method and in analyzing the data using PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results of test that the 7 hypotheses which include: 1) learning methods have a significant effect on the quality of education of Muhammadiyah High School students in Surabaya with a t-statistics value of 1,786 > from the t-Table value of 1.705 and a positive coefficient of 0.141, hypothesis is accepted. 2) school environment has a significant effect on the quality of education of Muhammadiyah High School students in Surabaya with t- statistics value of 5.045 > from t-Table value of 1.705 and positive coefficient 0.627, hypothesis is accepted 3) Ieaadership has no significant effect on education quality of Muhammdiyah High School students in Surabaya with t-statistics value 0.195 t-Table value 1.705 and positive coefficient 0.522, hypothesis is accepted 5) learning method has a significant effect on the character superiority of Muhammadiyah High school students in Surabaya with t- statistics value of 1.776 > from the t-Table value of 1.705 and the coefficient is positive 0.024, hypothesis is accepted 6) School Environment has a significant effect on charater superiority of Muhammadiyah High School students in Surabaya with t-statistics value of 5.790 > from t- Table value of 1.705 and positive coefficient 0.365, hypothesis is accepted 7) leadership has a significant effect on character superiority of uhammadiyah High School students in Surabaya with t- statistics of 1.715 > from the t-Table value of 1.705 and the coefficient is positive 0.023, hypothesis is accepted. ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI TINGKAT TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PERUSAHAAN JASA KONSULTAN DI SURABAYA

Suatu perusahaan tentunya menginginkan karyawan memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi, mampu membawa perusahaan kepada kinerja yang semakin baik. Karyawan yang pindah atau berhenti bekerja (turnover) dapat membuat kinerja perusahaan terganggu. Semakin tinggi tingkat keinginan karyawan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan (turnover intention), maka semakin tidak menentu  masa depan  perusahaan tersebut.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, peneliti ingin mencari tahu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi karyawan memiliki keinginan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan (turnover intention), faktor-faktor yang diteliti antara lain: stres kerja (X1), karakteristik pekerjaan (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3), komitmen organisasi (X4) dan kepemimpinan (X5) terhadap variabel turnover intention (Y).Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Mengacu pada rumusan masalah yang telah ditetapkan, yang menekankan pada pembuktian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hipotesis dengan didasarkan pada landasan teori dan didukung oleh analisis data hasil uji instrumen penelitian, maka dapat di simpulkan, 1.) Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja (X1), karakteristik pekerjaan (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3), komitmen organisasi (X4) dan kepemimpinan (X5) secara bersama-sama terhadap turnover intention (Y). 2.) Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja (X1), karakteristik pekerjaan (X2), kepuasan kerja (X3), komitmen organisasi (X4) dan kepemimpinan (X5) secara parsial terhadap turnover intention (Y)

IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI DALAM PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH OTAK-OTAK BANDENG BERBASIS POTENSI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN GRESIK

Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) otak-otak bandeng mempunyai peran penting sebagai salah satu penggerak perekonomian Kabupaten Gresik, karena dapat membantu dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan upaya pengentasan kemiskinan. Disisi lain, Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) otak-otak Bandeng di Kabupaten Gresik mempunyai banyak permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain: permodalan, pemasaran, produk tidak bisa tahan lama, proses produksi masih manual. Tujuan dari diadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik UKM otak-otak bandeng di Kabupaten Gresik agar dapat diketahui gambaran atau kondisi aktual yang dihadapi pelaku usaha UKM tersebut. Setelah mendapatkan gambaran atau kondisi aktual, maka dilakukan analisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal UKM otak-otak bandeng dan pemilihan beberapa alternatif strategi pengembangannya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: Faktor-faktor internal yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan UKM Otak-Otak Bandeng di Kabupaten Gresik adalah: Bahan baku ikan bandeng berlimpah, Tanpa menggunakan bahan kimia dalam proses produksi, Produk sudah dikenal di masyarakat, Konsumsi ikan semakin meningkat, Produk tidak tahan lama, Sumber daya manusia masih rendah tingkat pendidikannya, Modal usaha kecil, Proses produksi masih manual, dan Terbatasnya akses pasar. Sedangkan Faktor-faktor eksternal yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan UKM Otak-Otak Bandeng di Kabupaten Gresik adalah: Dukungan kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah, Pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk semakin meningkat, Budaya membeli oleh-oleh, Gresik sebagai kota wisata dan industri, Persaingan produk otak-otak bandeng semakin ketat, Sulit mendapatkan ikan bandeng yang memiliki spesiikasi berat dan panjang yang ditentukan, Harga bahan baku fluktuatif, tetapi harga jual produk tetap, dan Manajemen keuangan belum teratur. This study aims to examine the effect of learning method, school environment, school leadership and its effect on quality of education and the excellence of student character at Muhammadiyah Senior High School in Surabaya. In order to achieve the aims of this study, seven hypotheses tested using PLS. The results of the study indicated that school leadership doesn’t effect the quality of education, this means that a school principal needs to aware of his role as a good example for students and to provide of school facilities and infrastructure. Related to the learning method, which need to be improved is the lecture method. A good combination of few learning methods would affect and able to improve the quality of education in Muhammadiyah High School especially due to many of the students have non-academic potentials. Improving Skills to Manage Household Waste in Wonokromo Urban Village, Surabaya

Surabaya is one of the cities in Indonesia that has problems on garbage. In handling the garbage, the city government of Surabaya issued a large enough budget to transport the waste to the landfill (TPA). This can be reduced if the waste from the source can be managed properly. Lack of public awareness in RT. 019, RW. 04 Kelurahan Wonokromo Surabaya City in managing household waste, it can be seen from the community disposing of waste is not sorted and do not know how to recycle the waste. By recycling waste into compost, in addition to helping the government in reducing the waste can also green the environment with the resulting compost fertilizer. Community service is done to members of the PKK in RT. 019, RW. 04, Wonokromo urban village of Surabaya, and implemented on April 1 - November 31, 2015. The method used in community service is counseling and training in managing household waste. The result of community service is that most PKK members can sort waste and manage their household waste into compost, and the community environment becomes green from the resulting compost. Society Partnership Program Otak-Otak of Milkfish in Gresik Regency East Java Province

The amount of small and medium enterprises (SME) in Gresik Regency continues to increase; this makes the Regional Government of Gresik Regency through the Department of Cooperatives, SME, Industry and Trade have difficulties in conducting coaching as a whole. Society Partnership Program Team intends to help the Department of Cooperatives, SME, Industry and Trade Gresik Regency in conducting coaching through training to SME otak-otak of milkfish. The purpose of Society Partnership Program activity to help SME otak-otak of milkfish in solving the problems faced, such as: not knowing how to make the right financial report and do not have the media marketing online (e-commerce). Coaching activities through training to SME otak-otak of milkfish cover several activities, namely: 1) presentation of financial and e-commerce report, 2) practice of making the correct financial report, 3) practice of operating e-commerce. Effect of Greenery on the Perceived of Value and Customer Loyalty

This research is useful for natural design in marketing, especially in the coffee shop area. Coffee shops serving well-maintained gardens, trendy fountains and entertainment are increasingly sought after by the public. Data were obtained from a sample of 700 respondents. Using AMOS 18.0, the following results are found, first the greenery design significantly influences the perception of utilitarian value, both greenery design significantly influence the perception of hedonic values, the three utilitarian values significantly influence loyalty and finally the hedonic value also significantly affects loyalty to coffee shop.
