    Islamic banking function as intermediaries from surplus units to units depisit, Islamic banks as well as the unit of funding (fundraising) also function in fnancing (fnancing). In the application of Islamic banking operations face technical constraints associated with the sharing system (Proft and Loss Sharing), therefore Islamic banking fnancial intermediary, in this case the Islamic banks are not just trying to maximize the expected utility of its shareholders, but also pay attention to expected utility entrepreneurs and depositors. In Islamic banking operations apply for the results as a measure of return in the economy. Penentua technically specifed ratio is fxed at the beginning of the transaction but the nominal value can not be known with certainty, but see the income that will happen later.     Tulisan ini menganalisis tentang asas-asas transaksi keuangan yang dipergunakan di lembaga pembiayaan syariah. Perkembangan lembaga pembiayaan syariah sangat pesat dan meliputi bentuk USAha yang variatif sehingga penerapan prinsip-prinsip syariah sangat diperlukan. Tujuh macam asas-asas perjanjian yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan berpikir dan bertransaksi dalam penegakan hukum kontrak syariah tersebut. Asas-asas perjanjian itu adalah, Asas kebebasan berkontrak, asas konsensualitas, asas persamaan hukum (al-musawa), asas kejujuran, asas perjanjian itu mengikat, asas keadilan, asas tertulis (al-kitabah). Pada prinsipnya asas-asas akad dipahami sebagai prinsip-prinsip yang implisit yang menjiwai keabsahan akad.     Is IT Truly Improvisational Exercise Push Students' Speaking Ability

    Improvisational exercises is a technique which consist three steps, they are preparation, modelling, and playing, that is preparation the teacher presents exercises, the students practice (modelling), and then procedure (playing)and the it provides three main goals; (1) the students pronounciation improve, (2) proper use of grammatical structure is reinforced, (3) vocabulary practice in enhanced. With this background, this research was quasi-experimental, with non-equivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes of students enrolled in 2013/2014 academic year, which one group was taken to be an experimental and the other to be a control group. The data obtained through the test were analysed by using statistical analysis. In conducting the research, the researcher used improvisational exercise technique to evaluate the students' speaking performance which covered by three components of speaking, such as: fluency, accuracy, and comprehensibility. The research findings shows thatthe use of improvisational exercise technique (presentation, modelling, and playing) in teaching speaking can improve the speaking performance of the eight year students of  SMP Negeri 2 Majene significantly after being given treatment. The mean score of experimental group in post-test and control group were significantly different. The mean score of post-test in experimental group (3.36) was higher than control group (3.00).Thus, it is recomended for all English teacher to improve the students ability in speaking

    Management of erectile dysfunction post-radical prostatectomy

    © 2015 Saleh et al.Radical prostatectomy is a commonly performed procedure for the treatment of localized prostate cancer. One of the long-term complications is erectile dysfunction. There is little consensus on the optimal management; however, it is agreed that treatment must be prompt to prevent fibrosis and increase oxygenation of penile tissue. It is vital that patient expectations are discussed, a realistic time frame of treatment provided, and treatment started as close to the prostatectomy as possible. Current treatment regimens rely on phosphodiesterase 5 inhibitors as a first-line therapy, with vacuum erection devices and intraurethral suppositories of alprostadil as possible treatment combination options. With nonresponders to these therapies, intracavernosal injections are resorted to. As a final measure, patients undergo the highly invasive penile prosthesis implantation. There is no uniform, objective treatment program for erectile dysfunction post-radical prostatectomy. Management plans are based on poorly conducted and often underpowered studies in combination with physician and patient preferences. They involve the aforementioned drugs and treatment methods in different sequences and doses. Prospective treatments include dietary supplements and gene therapy, which have shown promise with there proposed mechanisms of improving erectile function but are yet to be applied successfully in human patients

    Determination of the Half-Value Layer by Using Filter Aluminum Sheets for Digital Mammography

    A method of determining the half-value layers (HVL) with or without using an aluminum (Al) filter sheet for digital mammography has been developed. HVL measurements using a single exposure method are performed without the addition of an aluminium filter. This study was conducted to evaluate the accuracy of measurements of HVL values in a single exposure method using a RaySave ion space detector. a standard method with a variation in aluminium filter thickness from 0.110 to 0.980 mm. The HVL measurement values were performed with the distance between the focus of the detector 60.5 cm, and the current 80 mAs at a voltage of 23 kVp, 25 kVp, 27 kVp, 29 kVp and 32 kVp. The HVL value is determined by using the interpolation formula. The results showed that the HVL value using aluminium filter was 0.03 mm higher than the standard method by using multiple exposures for the same thickness of the aluminium filter

    This research has been conducted using geomagnetic method at Jenelata River, Gowa regency, South Sulawesi. The purpose of this study is to identify subsurface geological structure of the study area. The number of measurement points as much as 248 points with area 70 × 300 meters. The process of data acquisition using a magnetometer. Data processing was carried out with the diurnal correction and IGRF correction and using filter upward continuation. Modelling conducted using forward modeling using the software Mag2DC. The total magnetic field ranges from 42,456 to 43,111.6 nT. Based on a qualitative interpretation obtain local magnetic anomaly contour variations values between -320 to 240 nT. While the quantitative interpretation indicates basalt rocks with susceptibility values to SI, which breached pyroclastic rocks with susceptibility values to SI, in the form of dyke

    Assessment of the effect of grain refinement on the solidification characteristics of Al-Si-Cu eutectic cast alloy using thermal analysis technical (CA-CCTA)

    Aluminium (Al-Si-Cu) alloys are widely used in automotive, aerospace, and general engineering industries due to their excellent combination of properties, such as good castability, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and high strength-to-weight ratio. Recently, sustainability and recycling of resources are of paramount importance with increasing public awareness on environmental issues and energy, and depleting natural resources. In the case of Al-11.7 Si-Cu- alloys, this would involve the fineness of the primary α-Al dendrites (as determined by (SDAS) value), the Al-Si eutectic structure (Si morphology), as well as the CuAl2 and other copper intermetallic, depending upon the alloying and the trace elements present in the alloy. In addition, there has been no clear explanation of the present form of TiB5 additions via experimental observation on Al-Si-Cu- eutectic cast alloy. The objective of this research are to obtain the probable refiner concentrations of TiB5 additions in the base alloys and to evaluate the effects of these additions on solidification, microstructure and mechanical properties,. Moreover, the main objective of this research is to evaluate the the grain refinement treatments with the additions of (1.6-9.7) wt.% of TiB5, using Cooling Curve Thermal Analysis. Furthermore, the study also investigated the roles of TiB5 on microstructural constituents and formation of intermetallic, Furthermore, the study focuses on the effects of variable amount level of TiB5on mechanical properties, and microstructural. The results obtained were correlated with the earlier microstructural characterization, and thermal analysis. The additives investigated here were TiB5 (1.6-9.7) wt. % . Good agreement was observed between the results obtained for CA-CCTA, Si structure morphology, and SDAS. The microstructure shows that the smaller and the refiner structure of Si particles with 4.8 wt.% TiB5 additions reduced the size by 67-70% . The mechanical properties, such as hardness and impact toughness of base alloy, were improved with the additions of TiB5 by not more than 4.8 wt.%., where by lower strength and impact toughness were observed due to the intermetallic accompaniment with pore porosity defects, which increased by 6.8% with the increased level of additions. On the other hand, the value of hardness for Al-Si-Cu increased by 7-8% with the increase of TiB5 additions

    Hyperthermia therapy is an induce heat treatment to the tumour temperature elevated with temperature 40 ̊C - 43 ̊C to cure the cancerous tissues. Hyperthermia therapy use an outer heat source to rise the temperature of the tumour to 40 ̊C -43°C for a certain period. On the other hand, abdominal aortic aneurysm is an enlargement area of an abdominal aorta. Over time, blood flow can cause the weak area to bulge like a balloon. An abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) occurs in the abdominal section of the aorta. Nowadays, the common treatment for AAA are open surgery and endovascular aortic repair (EVAR). There are two treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysm nowadays, the potential of risk is high to cause death and post procedural complications. However, an alternative way to replace the open surgery and endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) was found, it called a non-invasive method. Hyperthermia therapy with outer heat source is an alternative idea for treatment AAA. In this study, a heat source with 4 different temperature was used to rise the temperature of the AAA area and two difference physiological condition was applied in the abdominal aorta. The 4-difference temperature of heat source are 50 ̊C, 55 ̊C, 60 ̊C, 65°C and the two physiological condition are normal blood pressure (85mmHg) and high blood pressure (140mmHg). In this pilot study was focus on temperature distribution at the abdominal aorta wall. Computational fluid dynamic (CFD) used in this study to simulate the heat distribution on the abdominal aorta wall. CFD software used in this study is ANSYS version R19.2. In this study, the result shows that the heat source at temperature 50 ̊C - 60°C, the normal abdominal aorta wall and abdominal aorta having aneurysm wall temperature reach 39 ̊C - 44°C in NBP and HBP condition respectively
