    Design of Real Time Heart Rate Monitoring System With ARDUINO UNO R3 Based on Android Application

    The heart is an important organ for humans. Heart disease has claimed many lives. It happened because not everyone can do regular heart checks. High cost and time wasted could be the reason. Even a lot of heart disease is detected when a disease was so severe that treatment be late. Though the heart is the organ that affects other organs, in other words, the good performance of the heart as the source of much-needed work of other organs. One of the things that can be done is to check regularly to determine the condition of the heart through a number of heartbeats per minute. By knowing the condition of the heart then anyone can change the pattern of life and maintain food intake better, so that the heart will change to a more healthy condition. Therefore the heart rate monitoring system application to be made. Only by writing gender and age, everyone can use it and do not have to wait for a medical expert. The application can determine the condition of the heart in good condition, weak or bad through the calculation of the number of heartbeats using easy way, so that they can consult with medical experts and of course heart health can be maintained without taking expensive and complicated way, simply by changing lifestyle and exercise regularly.     Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh menggunakan metodologi pembelajaran kooperatif Talking Stick dengan siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Milangasri 1 Magetan untuk mempelajari pengetahuan siswa tentang bahasa Indonesia dalam materi teks non-fiksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dengan rancangan desain non-equivalent control group design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sekelompok siswa kelas VA SDN Milangasri 1 yang berjumlah 24 siswa, dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik tes berupa pretest dan posttest Teknik analisis data instrumen tes berupa pretest dan posttest digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,. Sedagkan analisis hasil data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji Independent sample t – test, dan uji N-Gain ternormalisasi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai Sig. < 0,05 yaitu 0,324 yang berarti Ho ditolak, sedangkan kategori nilai N- Gain kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata N-Gain kelas kontrol dengan hasil sebesar 0,54 pada kategori rendah sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen diperoleh rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,60 pada kategori sedang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai rata-rata N-Gain pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan N-Gain pada kelas kontrol atau ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Stick terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada siswa kelas V. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Kooperatif tipe Talking Stick, Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman   Abstract he purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an effect of using the Talking Stick cooperative learning methodology with fifth grade students at SD Negeri Milangasri 1 Magetan to learn the students' knowledge of the Indonesian language in non-fiction text material.The method used in this study was a quantitative experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample used in this study was a group of VA class students at SDN Milangasri 1, totaling 24 students, and the data collection method used in this study was a test technique in the form of pretest and posttest.Data analysis techniques for test instruments in the form of pretest and posttest were used to test the validity, reliability test. As for the analysis of the results of the data used, namely the normality test, the Independent sample t-test, and the normalized N-Gain test. The results of the hypothesis test show the value of Sig. <0.05, namely 0.324, which means that Ho is rejected, while the N-Gain value category for the control class and the experimental class obtained an average N-Gain value for the control class with a result of 0.54 in the low category while in the experimental class an average N -Gain of 0.60 in the medium category. So it can be concluded that the average value of N-Gain in the experimental class is higher than the N-Gain in the control class or there is an effect of using the Talking Stick type cooperative learning model on the reading comprehension ability of fifth grade students.     Saat ini bermain video game merupakan salah satu hal yang cukup digemari oleh manusia. Baik anak-anak maupun orang dewasa saat ini sering menggunakan permainan sebagai sarana untuk menyalurkan hobi, menghilangkan kebosanan, mengisi waktu luang, juga sebagai sarana belajar dan melatih intelejensi. Karena hal itu, terdapat indikasi bahwa permainan merupakan kebutuhan yang cukup diinginkan manusia. Tugas akhir ini dibuat untuk menghasilkan permainan yang menarik dengan menggunakan Finite State Machine (FSM) pada perilaku NPC. Permainan dengan judul “Dude, I’m Lost” ini adalah permainan berbasis flash dan berjenis side-scrolling platformer dengan penerapan Finite State Machine (FSM) pada perilaku NPC. FSM merupakan kondisikondisi yang dimiliki oleh objek NPC yang saling bertransisi. Kemudian, dari transisi yang terjadi dihasilkanlah aksi. Aksi pada NPC dalam permainan ini diantaranya melompat, berlari cepat, naik tangga, dan lainnya. Permainan ini juga menggunakan konsep algoritma Greedy pada teknik pemilihan jalur NPC. Pada permainan ini karakter player dan karakter NPC akan bergerak menuju garis akhir dengan melewati rintangan yang ada dan juga saling mengumpulkan poin. Dilihat dari hasil penelitian, permainan ini merupakan permainan yang menarik dari sisi tampilan, animasi, sound, dan kontrol.     This research aims to know the extent to which the success of the coaching methods of coaching competence models as a teacher in drawing up the implementation plan of learning especially RPP Curriculum year 2013. To know the competency of teachers in enhancing business assembles RPP K-13 through a coaching method conducted supervisor at MTsN 9 Sleman and MTs Ibnu Sina Berbah Sleman Yogyakarta. This research uses research methods of action. This research was carried out in MTsN 9 Sleman and MTs Ibnu Sina Berbah on February –  April 2017. This research took place in three cycles. The results showed an increase in the competence of teachers through methods of coaching by coaches under the guidance of supervisor at MTsN 9 Sleman and MTs Ibn Sina. Then after the performance of supervision through the method of coaching which further attested by the existence of the data observations from the initial findings prior to coaching for MTsN 9 Sleman which originally was 34.52% and once implemented Coaching for 3 cycles then retrieved the value of observations 86.29%. So with the method of coaching coaching there is an increase in 51.77%. Whereas in MTs Ibn Sina, on the initial findings of the observation value obtained 34.56%. And having held coaching for 3 cycles obtained the value of observations 86.39%. So there is an increase of 51.83%

    PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR PKn MATERI GLOBALISASI MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION

    The purpose of this study is to improve student learning activities and learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD Negeri Supenuh Sugio Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency on globalization material by applying the STAD type cooperative learning model. This classroom action research is carried out in two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Supenuh. Data collection techniques used are test and non-test techniques. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Based on the implementation of the first cycle student learning activities reached 65.12% and in the second cycle increased to 79.87%. In the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes reached 70.67 with a complete percentage of classical learning of 66.67%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 81.67 with a complete percentage of classical learning at 93.33%

    Tanah lunak seperti tanah lempung merupakan tanah dengan kadar air tinggi dan daya dukung rendah. Tiang merupakan perkuatan yang dipakai dalam menambah daya dukung tanah untuk memikul beban konstruksi yang akan dibangun di atas tanah. Perkuatan tiang yang digunakan adalah tiang beton, tiang baja dan tiang kayu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan kapasitas dukung. Metode perkuatan tanah lunak yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode uji beban untuk mengetahui kapasitas dukung tiang tunggal pada tiang kayu, tiang baja dan tiang beton. Tinggi tiang yang digunakan 35 cm dan diameter 2,5 cm dengan jumlah tiang 4 dimasing-masing tiang. Hasil uji beban membuktikan bahwa kapasitas dukung tiang kekasaran lebih tinggi kapasitas dukungnya dari pada tiang polos. Kekasaran tiang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kapasitas dukung tiang. Perbedaan kekasaran permukaan tiang mempengaruhi tingkat interaksi antar partikel butiran tanah dan tiang, ini berarti lebih besar peningkatan kapasitas tiang kasar atau tiang kekasaran variasi
