UNBEARABLE LIFE AND NARRATIVE’S RECONCILIATION – PUBLIC SPACE AS METAPHORICAL NATALITY IN HANNAH ARENDT

How can the narrative of ourungrateful experiences, the facing of unbearablesufferings, bring hopefulness, love for our destines,and pride for who we have been in life, and a sortof reconciliation with the world, reconciliationwith the public space of appearance? This isexactly the kind of expectation Arendt assigns fornarrative. That we have a particular human abilityto recollect, to remember and retell our and others’stories belong to the major topics on HannahArendt’s writings on narrative and reconciliation.It has at least one crucial dimension this paper willdeal with. More closely related to the redemptivepower of narrative, we have the potential to betellers of our own stories, narrators of who we havebeen in life. Here imagination and recollectionhelp reconciliation towards our own past. Bytelling our own story, we may become theprotagonist of who we are and thereby, as anoutcome, we can reconcile ourselves with our lifeexperiences. Netizens have proved that the objective world can be built through their subjective world. What is in the real world, can be built from the virtual world. This is a warning that the netizens are building a world revolution. Especially when talking about a figure they Rismaharini Tri as a public figure. It is important if then ask how subjectivity is run netizens in Tri Rismaharini looked at the figure in social media facebook. The support used is a phenomenological theory of Edmund Husserl, it is a basic principle in conducting research. And using the characteristic qualitative descriptive study, with emphasis on the phenomenological analysis approach as an attempt to describe the behavior of netizens and manage the data analysis interpretive phenomenology of Edmund Husserl. How Can International Commercial Courts Become an Attractive Option for the Resolution of International Commercial Disputes?

Arbitration has dominated the landscape of the resolution of international commercial disputes (that is, private disputes involving transnational connections). Nevertheless, the last fifteen years have witnessed a proliferation in the establishment of new commercial courts in several countries, with the aim of attracting international commercial disputes. This article makes the novel argument that such attempts are unlikely to render adjudication an attractive alternative to arbitration. For the new international commercial courts to fully realize their potential and produce a sustainable market of adjudication, some mechanism is needed to secure the enforceability of jurisdiction clauses and the judgments delivered by courts in other jurisdictions

Synthesis and Antimicrobial Evaluation of Some New Benzoxazinone and Quinazolinone Derivatives

Ring opening reactions of benzoxazinone (2) with nitrogen and oxygen nucleophiles gave the corresponding benzamides (3)&(4) and benzoates (5).Quinazolinone derivatives (6) and (7) were obtained upon treatment of (2) with hydrazine hydrate and/or hydroxylamine hydrochloride.Triazole derivatives (8a – b) were obtained when (2) was subjected to react with semicarbazide and/or thiosemicarbazide respectively. Reaction of (2) with sodium azide gave a mixture of tetrazole derivative (9) and benzoimidazolone derivative (10). The antimicrobial activity of  some synthesized compounds was examined against bacteria, fungi and yeast. Some of the tested compounds showed promising activities
