    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui aspek divergent thinking yang muncul atau yang berkembang pada kelompok mahasiswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran mata kuliah Pendidikan Sains dengan menggunakan pendekatan inquiry. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi penelitian observasi simulasi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi divergent thinking. Adanya indikasi belajar bermakna diungkap dari observasi saat pembelajaran, analisis hasil laporan eksperimen secara tertulis ataupun lisan. Pendekatan inquiry juga dapat mengoptimalkan kualitas pembelajaran. Dari pengamatan identifikasi aspek divergent thinking diperoleh hasil bahwa kemampuan divergent thinking mahasiswa dapat dikembangkan dengan cukup baik melalui penerapan pendekatan inquiry

    Critical thinking is an important matter and a vital topic in moderneducation. This ability is used in so many human life aspects.     Inquiry learning based on clarifying values is one of the innovative education that cannot separate from the reality of daily life, which involves students actively and internalizing values in students. This study aims to describe the development of subject-specific pedagogy with value clarification-based learning to develop tringo. Through this learning, students are invited to understand, experience, and manage so that learning becomes more meaningful. Teachers should prioritize not only cognitively but also psychomotor and affective. So, the value of the investment is carried out in an integrated and consistent manner in science learning to form a generation that is not only smart but also personality or character. The research method used is the modification of the RD model of Plomp and Ely, namely: 1) formulating needs; 2) designing; 3) data preparation; 4) preparation and writing; 5) integration and evaluation; 6) making the initial master; and 7) master. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques, interview techniques, documentation techniques, and questionnaire techniques. The results of this study are the development of the concept of 'tringo' which internalized through a value clarification approach.  And developing an attitude of tolerance, the emergence of self-discipline, having a sense of responsibility, developing a work ethic, having a sense of openness, being able to think positively, developing self-potential, cooperating, respect each other and foster honesty. value clarification learning can use as one of the innovation models in meaningful learning

This study focuses on use of research results especially on influence of natural frequency of grasshoppers on leaf chlorophyll content as Natural Science Learning Resources. This study based on the data from research “Increasing of Food Tenacity of Infertile Land Farmers through Hard Plant Fortification and Horticulture by Using Natural Frequency of Grasshoppers as Stimulator for Growth and Increasing of Crop Products”. This study was conducted descriptively by basing on materials existing in KTSP and Curriculum 2013 for junior high school level for lesson of natural sciences If viewed from process and products of study, selection of use of study results as learning resources, and application of study results to materials, this study can be used for alternative to natural science learning resources in junior high school for some learning sub -materials such as functional structure of plants and sound.
