    Self-organization in porous 6H–SiC

Pores in porous 6H–SiC were found to propagate first nearly parallel with the basal plane and gradually change direction and align with the c axis. As a consequence, well-defined columnar pores were formed. It was shown that the rate of change of propagation directions was influenced by the etching parameters, such as hydrofluoric acid concentration and current density. Larger currents resulted in formation of larger pores. Pore sizes were found to increase with depth due to a decrease of the acid concentration. In addition, due to chemical etching effects, larger pore sizes were obtained close to the sample surface

Trajectories of institutional design in policy networks. European interventions in the Dutch fisheries network as an example.

There are important reasons to look at the phenomenon of institutional design more closely both theoretically and empirically. We do that in this paper by first exploring the phenomenon theoretically. We build on network theory to work out a conceptual scheme with which we can analyse interventions in the institutional characteristics of networks. With this conceptual scheme we analyse the institutional design interventions of the European Union in the national fishery networks. In this case we trace the influence of these interventions on the Dutch fishery network between 1990 and 2000. For that we make a detailed analysis of the changes in r

This research is aimed to analyze: (1) lesson plan design (RPP) of Group Investigation Model, (2) implementing of Group Investigation Model; (3) evaluation system of Group Investigation Model of learning; (4) increasing student achievement using Group Investigation Model. The method of the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) through three cycles.Ă‚ The result of the research could be concluded as (1) lesson plan design (RPP) using Group Investigation Model including making group, delivering, accessing, completing materials, discussion and presentation, reorganizing, classroom discussion and presentation and evaluating, (2) implementation of Group Investigation Model can develop student activities. The student activities of XI Science 1 in the first cycle is 77.16%, in the second cycle is 82.83% and in the third cycle is 90.19%, Class XI Science-2 in the first cycle is 77.16%, in the second is 82.00%, and in the third is 88.34%, (3) the student achievement is increasing. In XI Science-1, the students got minimum mastery criteria (KKM) in the first cycle were 14 (46.67%), in second were 19 (63.33%) and in the third were 23 (76.67%).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) desain RPP, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran, (3) sistem evaluasi, (4) peningkatan prestasi belajar Biologi menggunakan Model Investigasi Kelompok.Ă‚ Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan tiga siklus.Ă‚ Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) desain RPP dengan Model Investigasi Kelompok meliputi pembagian kelompok, materi, mengakses, melengkapi materi, diskusi dan presentasi, pengemasan ulang, evaluasi, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran Model Investigasi Kelompok dapat meningkatkan aktivitas anggota kelompok, Ă‚ (3) system evaluasi postes dan formatif (4) prestasi belajar siswa meningkat.

This study aims to develop student worksheets, and to know the effectiveness of thematic based LKS through Inquiry model for fourth grade students of Elementary School I Pinang Jaya. This type of research is research and development (R & D) which refers to Borg & Gall's theory. The study population was all grade IV students of SDN Sekampung Gugus Ahmad Yani District and a sample of 54 students obtained by multistage random sampling technique were grade IV students of SDN I Klopo Mulyo. Data collection techniques use learning and observation tests. Data analysis technique is done through quantitative analysis for product development that is effectiveness test used N-gain and t test. The results of this study indicate that the developed LKS feasible to be used and effective through experts from material experts and media experts in improving student learning outcomes. Keywords: student, student worksheet, inquiry, learning result. DOI: 10.7176/JEP/11-8-10 Publication date:March 31st 202
