    Campus Entrepreneurial Management

    In the current era of information disclosure, campus institutional leadership is not enough just to rely on the success of student graduation rates. Campus leaders need to have leadership and entrepreneurial qualities to create a learning climate that accommodates all creativity and innovation. At this point, the concept of campus entrepreneurial management is needed. An institutional management model is built on five components. Open Management, Networking, Constructive Competition, Empowerment, and Reward and Punishment. Furthermore, the campus entrepreneurial management concept will be able to encourage teaching creativity, interdisciplinary academic work, participate in social and political movements, contribute to changes in services and policies implemented by civil society and government organizations as well as business expansion opportunities to encourage the extraction of business costs legal business.keywords: campus, entrepreneurial, leadership, management, organizations

    Quality Control of The Miftahul Huda Mosque Social Program, Balun Village, Turi District, Lamongan Regency

    This study aims to determine how the process of controlling the quality of the social program of the Miftahul Huda Mosque, Balun Village, Turi District, Lamongan Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Qualitative descriptive method is used to describe and examine in depth the process of quality control of the social program of the Miftahul Huda Mosque, Balun Village, Turi District, Lamongan Regency. Then, the data collection technique was carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation.  The results of this study are as follows. Miftahul Huda Mosque's social programs include providing death compensation (adults Rp. 400,000/person, children Rp. 300,000/person, providing coffins), anjangsana to sick families, assistance to families affected by natural disasters, and providing compensation. to orphans and less fortunate people twice (just before Eid al-Fitr and at PHBI Maulid Prophet Muhammad SAW). Miftahul Huda Mosque makes efforts to control the quality of social programs by going through several processes, namely program planning, implementation monitoring, quality assurance, quality improvement, program innovation, standardization of activities, persuasive efforts, reporting systems, and evaluation

    The traditional market is a market that is identical to a market that has experienced a steady decline, resulting in a market that has an impact on unfair competition, lack of legal protection, congestion, the market looks dirty and, and is prone to accidents that occur. Therefore, Islamic business ethics plays a very important role in regulating the behavior of traders. The formulation of the problem in this research is first, the behavior of traditional market participants in the problem in the market on 17 August Pamekasan?. Second, how are the government's efforts in responding to the behavior of traditional market players in guarding the market on 17 August Pamekasan?. Third, what is the perspective of Islamic business ethics on the behavior of traditional market traders in guarding the market on 17 August Pamekasan? This study uses an approach with a descriptive type of research. Sources of data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Checking the validity of the data using persistence, reference materials and additional observations. The results of the study show that, First: The behavior of traditional market participants in the August 17 market in maintaining still lacks care, often violates and is stubborn, Second: The government's efforts in responding to the behavior of market traders on August 17 have been good but in practice it is still lacking, third: According to an ethical perspective Islam on the behavior of traditional market participants in guarding the market on August 17, Pamekasan in terms of the principle of monotheism, the principle of balance (justice/equilibrium), the principle of free will (ikhtiar/free will), the principle of responsibility (responsibility) and the principle of responsibility (Ihsan) are still not yet fully implemented by traders

    This study aims to analyze financing instruments for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through equity crowdfunding and examine equity crowdfunding in the perspective of compilation of Sharia economic law (KHES). This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that seeks to describe and explain the data obtained with secondary data. This study uses a literature research approach, where the data sources are obtained from literature studies and various kinds of literature that are worthy of discussion, including the study of OJK Regulation No. 37/POJK.04/2018 and DSN MUI Fatwa No. 117 /DSN- MUI/II/2018. The results of this study indicate that the financing instrument carried out contains business actors, investors and fund distribution institutions. While the review of Islamic economic law regarding equity crowdfunding leads to 2 types of contracts, namely mudharabah and musyarakah contracts that can be used as reference

    The potential for waqf is very large, as reflected in the number of Muslims who reach 87 percent of the total population in Indonesia. One of the productive waqf is self waqf (muharrar) in PPNJ. The implementation and realization of self waqf have not fully understood this definition, considering that the target is humans themselves. This study aims to identify the motives and factors that motivate them in waqf themselves to PP Nurul Jadid. Respondents in this study were eighteen respondents who were divided into three categories, namely the management of the pesantren, the infrastructure division, and academics/teachers. The results of this study are, first, the statement of the founder of PP Nurul Jadid about the form of struggle of the students of PP Nurul Jadid became the foundation for the students of PP Nurul Jadid in community life.
