    THE INFLUENCE OF INVESTMENT DECISION, CAPITAL DECISION AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ON THE COMPANY VALUES IN MANUFACTURE COMPANY REGISTERED IN INDONESIAN STOCK MARKET

    The value of a company reflected on the price of stock maket which is defined by the company's growth and expected to provide positive signal for investment opportunity. For investors the prospect of company that potentially fast growing is hoped to get high income in return in the future as the result of the profit of investment. This study is to examine the influence of investment decision, capital decision and financial performance on the company value of manufacturing company in Indonesian Stock Market (BEI). The population of this study is manufacturing company registered in BEI, while the sample is manufacturing company that accords the criteria in total of 40 companies using the data of 2008- 2010. Data analysis uses regression analysis for panel data with trust level 5%. Financial performance and company value positioned as endogen variable, while investment decision and capital decison as exogen variable, data analyzed by eviews program. The finding shows that capital decision, financial decision influenced significantly on financial performance with coeficient determination value of 22%, and investment decision and financial performance influenced significantly on company value with coeficient determination value of 19,77%

    This study aims to implement supply chain management and market expansion in the marketing of SMEs products in Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The data analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach with qualitative methods. Information was obtained from SMEs and coop-mart managers in Pandeglang Regency. Discussion of the results of the above research will be discussed independently from each side of the supply chain and the marketing side. Therefore, the results obtained are the SMEs in the Pandeglang region have not considered supply chain activities seriously enough to obtain the raw material. Most SMEs in Pandeglang region employ local workers, each of them carries out the production process at home and after that, the finished product is submitted. The SMEs in the Pandeglang do not have specific storage warehouses, there are no distribution/communication/promotion channels regarding supply chains conducted by SMEs in and the majority of SMEs do not have an understanding of marketing activities that enable them to improve their performance in working

    The people of each region always have different characteristics and uniqueness of each, especially between rural communities which tend to be homogeneous and have strong elements of customs compared to urban communities which tend to be heterogeneous and begin to reduce the elements of their customs. Building rural communities through empowerment is the main key to mobilizing the potential of the Indonesian agricultural sector. Surya Tani farmer group is a farmer group located in Mekaragung village, Cigundi village. The farmer group was founded on the initiative of Mr. Deddy, who was diligent as a farmer in the broad and narrow sense. From the results of surveys and interviews with members of the Surya Tani farmer group, the researchers wanted to know how to apply supply chains and market expansion to the marketing of products or crops at the Surya Tani farmer group in Cibadak, Lebak – Banten. Methods of collecting data were observations, interviews and questionnaires to the chairman and members of the Surya Tani farmer group. The data analysis technique was carried out with a descriptive qualitative approach. From the results of the study, it was found that the Surya Tani farmer group had not implemented a supply chain but the Surya Tani farmer group was able to expand the market to market their agricultural products out of the Lebak-Banten area market to the DKI Jakarta main market. However, it is different in the distribution process, which is experiencing delays in delivery due to the implementation of PSBB in the era of the covid-19 pandemic

    Purchasing decision is a decision as an act of ownership of two or more alternative choices. Many factors can influence the purchasing decisions of consumers to a product, such as brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations and consumen loyalty. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of brand awareness, percceived quality, brand associations and brand loyalty on purchase decisions of celular card Three Always On. Population in this study were residents in the neighborhood RW 007 Pondok Cabe Ilir – Pamulang using celular card Three Always On. Samples taken 80 respondents. Sampling technique in this study was done by using purposive sampling. Is the primary data type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Results of analysis using SPSS Version 21.Results showed simultaneously and partially brand awareness, perceived quality, brand associations, and brand loyalty positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Therefore, suggested in management company should continue to perform the management, development, and improvement of the various dimensions of brand equity, either by using the media campaign strategy, product innovation, and quality of service.     This research aims to analyze the performance of Indonesia Stock Exchange to ASEAN stock market during period 2012-2016. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method and 6 countries as sample are Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Philippines. Hypothesis testing in this study using Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Test Run and Kolomogorov Smirnov with a significance level of 0.05. Test results show that: (1) Indonesia Stock Exchange has the highest efficient rating in ASEAN stock market (2) ASEAN Stock Exchange effect on Indonesia Stock Exchange.     Vocational high school (SMK) is design to set student ready to work after their finish their senior educational level. However, the current curriculum of SMK not yet design for the sharia competency. In reality, lack of knowledge of sharia were exist on students and also the teachers. Huge demand in sharia industry is not an issue for vocational high school due to the lack system and human resources. One of solution that are given by FEB UPN "Veteran" Jakarta team is socialize the sharia knowledge to SMK LP3 ISTANA, Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. The team introduced sharia banking knowledge in order to give insight opportunity for sharia banking industry, the subject given related to accounting simulation on sharia banking transaction. The action taken by The Community Service (PKM) FEB UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, were dedicated to help education community (SMK LP3 ISTANA) gets ready in preparing sharia opportunity as their skill concept for their graduated. Based on the evaluation of the results of PKM activities, the knowledge of the participants (students) SMK about Islamic banking are increase, especially regarding the accounting transactions.     This study uses quantitative methods to prove the influence of service quality and service effectiveness either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction. This study uses 100 respondents from customers who use the BCA DKI Jakarta Digital Customer Service Machine as primary data, and secondary data obtained by researchers through various references related to this research. Data were collected using purposive sampling technique and analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis techniques with the help of SmartPLS software. So that data processing results that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) service effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) service quality and service effectiveness simultaneously affect customer satisfaction
