    Urban society with high mobility prefer to visit tourist attractions to enjoy the natural tourist attraction. One of the tourist villages developed enough in Boyolali district is Samiran Tourism Village. This Tourism Village located in Selo, between the slopes of Mount Merapi and Merbabu. This study aims to determine the pattern of community change with the village of Samiran into a tourist village, the level of visitor satisfaction, and village tour manager. This research used survey method to visitor / village tour manager and proportional stratified random sampling technique with sampling of linkage research approach at Samiran tourism village were ask for participation of visitor / village tour manager to assess service organization and to assess service quality between visitor and manager. This study were found that quality of service in Samiran tourist village is given able to increase customer / visitor satisfaction as well as to increase income from society that support the existence of tourist village in sustainable development.     Abstract. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach and aims to determine which tomato dates will be used as a basic ingredient in the manufacture of extract drinks. The use of this tomato analyzes the tolerance level of tomatoes to exposure to sugar derivatives (glucose and lactose) on shelf life as processed vegetable foods. Analyzing the antioxidant levels of tomato date extract based on storage time. Analyzing the effect of storage time on the organoleptic quality of tomato date extract. Analyzing the tolerance level of tomato date extract to exposure to sugar derivatives (glucose and lactose) and their impact on organoleptic quality. The results showed that the comparison of tomato date extract powder with various treatments had an effect on the parameters tested, including increasing antioxidants and reducing microbial levels and was also favored by research respondents when organoleptic testing was carried out. It can be concluded that the storage time of tomato date extract powder will increase antioxidant levels and will make the total microbial activity relatively decreased.Keywords: Dates Preservation, Beverage Extract, Shelf Life, Vegetable Food

    Kandri Village Gunung Pati, Semarang which has been designated as an area of agro tourism is one of the places for vacation. The research aimed to study the effect and the relationship between the level of dependency and contribution of the agro tourism activity toward public’s income level and its impact on the pattern of changes around Kandri agro-tourism village of Gunung Pati Semarang.The research used survey method and the quantitative analysis used Path Analysis. The results showed that the dependence level of Kandri agro-tourism village was significant on income’s level Kandri Village, the dependence level of Kandri agro-tourism village was significant on life changes pattern, the contribution of Kandri agro-tourism village was significant on public’s income level, the contribution of Kandri agro-tourism village was not significant on the life changes pattern, mean while the income level was significant the life changes pattern. It can be concluded that the dependence level of Kandri village was significant on income levels and the pattern of life changes, Kandri village contribution was significant in the level of income but has been unable to improve the pattern of change in their life.
