Bidirectional recommendation in HR analytics through text summarization

For over a decade, online job portals have been providing their services to both job seekers and employers in search of hiring opportunities. Because of the high demand for recruitment, it is insufficient to use conventional hiring methods to find a suitable candidate to fill the position. Validating resumes online is challenging due to the potential for manual errors, making the process inherently risky. The bidirectional method comprises named entity recognition (NER) for extracting the required resumes for recruiters. Cosine similarity shows the match percentage of resumes for the job requirements and vice versa. In an attempt to tackle an issue of unregistered words, a solution called decoder attention with pointer network (DA-PN) has been introduced. This method incorporates the use of coverage mechanism to prevent word repetition through generated text summary. DA-PN+Cover method with mixed learning objective (MLO) (DA-PN+Cover+MLO) is utilized for protecting grow of increasing faults in generated text summary. Performance of proposed method is estimated using evaluation indicator recall oriented understudy for gisting evaluation (ROUGE) and attains an average of 27.47 which is comparatively higher than existing methods

KAJIAN KETIMPANGAN ANTARWILAYAH KABUPATEN/KOTA PADA PUSAT PERTUMBUHAN UTAMA PULAU SULAWESI

Ketimpangan wilayah merupakan sebuah masalah ekonomi yang umum di negara berkembang, dimana adanya ketimpangan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di wilayah yang maju dengan wilayah yang tertinggal. Masalah ketimpangan wilayah menjadi salah satu alasan utama pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan untuk melakukan pemerataan pembangunan di 24 kabupaten/kota yang ada di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pengeluaran pemerintah, investasi, dan indeks pembangunan manusia yang merupakan instrumen penting dalam mengurangi tingkat ketimpangan wilayah. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan “fixed effect” dan dalam kurun waktu 2016-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengeluaran pemerintah tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengurangan tingkat ketimpangan wilayah. Sedangkan untuk variabel investasi dan indeks pembangunan manusia memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat ketimpangan wilayah, hal ini disebabkan karena investasi dan indeks pembangunan manusia yang belum merata. Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management Spotify Wrapped terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Spotify: Survei pada Followers Akun Instagram Spotify Indonesia @Spotifyid

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh Customer Relationship Management Spotify Wrapped terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan melalukan survei pada followers akun Instagram Spotify Indonesia @spotifyid. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju mengakibatkan perubahan signifikan di dalam masyarakat dalam mendengarkan musik. Masyarakat terutama generasi Milenial dan gen Z lebih memilih mendengarkan musik secara online melalui perangkat digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh Customer Relationship Management Spotify Wrapped terhadap loyalitas pelanggan followers akun Instagram Spotify Indonesia @spotifyid. Teori atau konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Media Richness Theory, Marketing Communication, Customer Relationship Management dan Loyalitas Pelanggan.periklanan digital. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan sifat eksplanatif serta metode yang digunakan adalah survei melalui kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yakni purposive sampling kepada 300 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management Spotify Wrapped memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yaitu sebesar 46,3 %. Cuando Cortázar publica su novela más importante, Rayuela, verifica que la obra ha sido mejor acogida entre los jóvenes lectores, pese a tratarse de un texto sumamente complejo desde el punto de vista formal. A partir de esa constatación, el autor discurre sobre las posibles causas de ese fenómeno, las que pueden tener asidero, tanto en el momento histórico en que aparece Rayuela, cuanto en el sentido y la forma misma que el escritor argentino imprime a su discurso narrativo. La obra entera de Cortázar deviene profundamente insurreccional. Implica una crítica sin concesiones a la dictadura de la razón, a las imposiciones del poder, a lo inauténtico y deshumanizante. En su lugar propone búsquedas alternativas, entre ellas, la intuición, lo poético, en una búsqueda de lo auténtico del ser humano. El lector es compelido a elegir y, en ese cometido, el mismo hecho de elegir lo enfrenta a su condición esencial: el hombre entendido como un ser de posibilidades. Supernumerary Teeth: A Retrospective Cross-Sectional Study from Palestine

Objective: To investigate the prevalence and characteristics of supernumerary teeth among patients attending the students\u27 dental clinics at the Faculty of Dentistry of the Arab American University, Jenin, Palestine. Material and Methods: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional, retrospective study of 1970 digital panoramic radiographs of patients, age ranging between 12 and 50 years. The radiographs and dental records were reviewed for supernumerary teeth. For each patient with supernumerary teeth, were recorded the demographic variables, number, location, eruption status, type, and morphology, the developmental stages. Descriptive statistics were performed and results were tabulated. Results: Supernumerary teeth were detected in 17 subjects (0.86%), of which 13 were males and 4 were females with a male to female ratio of 3.25:1. Of the 17 patients, 64.7% had one supernumerary tooth while the others had two. The majority (78.3%) of the supernumeraries were located in the maxilla. Around 56.5% of the supernumeraries found in this study were located in the premaxilla. Half of the supernumeraries (52.2%) were erupted, and 47.8% were impacted. Mesiodens was the most frequently seen supernumerary teeth followed by distomolars and premolars. Most of the supernumeraries were fully developed, while 21.7% displayed only crown formation. Conclusion: The prevalence of supernumerary teeth in the study sample was found to be 0.86% and the most frequent type was mesiodens. Supplemental morphology was found to be the most common form of supernumerary teeth

This essay explains the hermeneutic-interpretative approach and its evolution, starting with the understanding and correct interpretation of a text, going through the understanding of "otherness" as a functional unit in a specific field, until integrating it with the understanding of the intention of existence itself; in this way, we make a review of how hermeneutics is understood from epistemology, the development and evolution itself, as well as the main contributions of great hermeneutics such as Schleiermacher, Dilthey, Betty, Ricoeur, Rorty, Husserl, ending with Van Manen, at the end of the text all this is intertwined with the field of research and educational inclusion.En este ensayo se da explicación al enfoque hermenéutico-interpretativo y su evolución, iniciando con la comprensión e interpretación correcta de un texto, pasando por entender la “otredad” como una unidad funcional en un campo específico, hasta integrarlo con la comprensión de la intención de la existencia misma; de esta forma, hacemos una revisión de como se entiende la hermenéutica desde la epistemología, el desarrollo y evolución propia, así como las principales aportaciones de grandes hermenéuticos como: Schleiermacher, Dilthey, Betty, Ricoeur, Rorty, Husserl, finalizando con Van Manen, al final del texto se entrelaza todo ello al campo de la investigación e inclusión educativa

Mito del amor romántico y violencia de género en adolescentes: una revisión sistemática

The research paper presented has been developed at the International SEK University, focused on the field of Psychology, and is entitled "Myth of Romantic Love and Gender Violence in Adolescents." The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope. A systematic review of 580 articles was conducted, of which only 10 met the inclusion criteria related to the topic. It is noted that romantic love holds a shared ideology that can lead to issues violating human rights and personal and social morals by accepting physically, verbally, and sexually aggressive behaviors based on socially established gender roles. The studied population comprises adolescents, a period in which romantic interest and sentimental relationships significantly increase. Evaluating perceptions about the myth of romantic love is crucial to determine whether this group has experienced violence in their relationships or has been involved in aggression, excusing such actions in the name of love. The results of the review highlight the interconnection between romantic love and gender violence. The idealized concept of romantic love, characterized by intense passion, emotional dependency, and possessiveness, can create unequal power dynamics in romantic relationships, leading to violent and abusive behavior by one of the partners. Moreover, it is emphasized that social expectations and traditional gender roles reinforce stereotypes and norms that normalize violence in relationships. Gender inequity and socialization based on rigid gender roles also contribute to perpetuating gender violence in adolescents. In conclusion, the study demonstrates how the myth of romantic love and social norms related to gender have a significant impact on the emergence of violence in romantic relationships among adolescents.El documento de investigación que se presenta ha sido elaborado en la Universidad Internacional SEK, orientado en la carrera de Psicología el cual posee por nombre “Mito del Amor romántico y Violencia de Género en adolescentes” La investigación adopta un enfoque cualitativo con alcance descriptivo. Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de 580 artículos, de los cuales solo 10 cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión relacionados con el tema. Se constata que el amor romántico tiene una ideología compartida que puede dar lugar a problemáticas que vulneran los derechos humanos y la moral personal y social, al aceptar agresiones físicas, verbales y sexuales basadas en roles de género establecidos socialmente. La población estudiada comprende adolescentes, un período en el cual el interés amoroso y las relaciones sentimentales aumentan significativamente. Evaluar las percepciones sobre el mito del amor romántico es crucial para determinar si este grupo ha experimentado violencia en sus relaciones o ha sido partícipe de agresiones, excusando dichas acciones en nombre del amor. Los resultados de la revisión destacan la interconexión entre el amor romántico y la violencia de género. El idealizado concepto de amor romántico, caracterizado por la pasión intensa, dependencia emocional y posesividad, puede generar dinámicas de poder desiguales en las relaciones de pareja, llevando a comportamientos violentos y abusivos por parte de uno de los miembros. Además, se resalta que las expectativas sociales y los roles de género tradicionales refuerzan estereotipos y normas que normalizan la violencia en las relaciones. La falta de equidad de género y la socialización basada en roles rígidos también contribuyen a perpetuar la violencia de género en los adolescentes. En conclusión, el estudio muestra cómo el mito del amor romántico y las normas sociales relacionadas con el género tienen un impacto significativo en la aparición de la violencia en las relaciones sentimentales de los adolescentes.Uise

Determinar la relación de la Hemoglobina y el Hematocrito con la altura en el cantón Cuyabeno, Sucumbíos 2017.En Ecuador, Bolivia, Perú y Chile, habitantes residen a más de 2.500 msnm, la hemoglobina y hematocrito varía dependiendo de la altura en la que habite el ser humano, el hombre andino tiene valores elevados, con una adecuada adaptación al medio ambiente. Las presiones parciales de oxígeno en el aire a mayor altura son bajas, y el ser humano es capaz de captar el oxígeno a su necesidad. Se desea determinar la relación de la Hemoglobina y el Hematocrito con la altura en el cantón Cuyabeno, Sucumbíos 2017. Es un estudio con diseño cuantitativo y no experimental; de tipo exploratorio, descriptivo y transversal; realizado a personas entre 40 y 60 años de edad, la muestra se determina mediante una fórmula de individuos que residan habitualmente por más de cinco años en el área de estudio, excluyendo a aquellas personas que no deseen formar parte del estudio. El instrumento aplicado es una ficha de recolección de datos, con lo cual se identifica una edad media de 48 años en la población mayoritariamente femenina; el 68 % no supera la secundaria destacando un 13 % de analfabetismo, sobresale la unión libre auto identificándose mayoritariamente como mestizos e indígenas. Los niveles de hematocrito y hemoglobina se encuentran dentro de los valores normales, siendo los hombres con estos valores más elevados quienes se auto identificaron como mestizos, en una edad de 40 a 49 años.
