The Spanish television system have suffered many changes during the last decade. The launching of the television stations of the diverse autonomous areas, first, and the presence of the private stations, afterwards, have brought an earthquake in the previous situation. Now the prime-time is the battle field in the ferocious fight for rating points. This atittude have carried many changes in the contents of the programmes and, in general, in the programs scheduling of most of the television stations. We will study more in depth the case of the Basque National Television Stations, but always giving information about the general framework of the Spanish television panorama

Espainiako Estatuko telebistagintzaren generoak ziklo analogikoaren amaieran

En abril de 2010 se produjo en el Estado español el apagón analógico, lo que marcó el final de un sistema televisivo que se había extendido durante cinco décadas. Este articulo hará un recorrido recapitulatorio de la fase final, aquella comprendida entre los años 1995 y 2010, y analizará las bases de su oferta programativa en televisión, poniendo así las bases para posteriores estudios comparativos sobre el peso de los distintos géneros en la transición entre las éras analógica y digital.Sin duda, el análisis de la oferta televisiva es uno de los elementos clave para entender la propia existencia del medio y el rol que juega en nuestra sociedad. Este articulo dibuja el panorama del medio antes del inicio de las emisiones digitales.Para ello hemos utilizado los datos que facilita Kantar Media en sus anuarios y nos hemos fijado en los 24 canales de televisión que emiten para la totalidad del Estado español o para aquellas comunidades autónomas que cuentan con televisiones propias, extrayendo las similitudes y diferencias en dichas emisiones y su evolución en el tiempo, reflexiones que, por otra parte, esbozan un medio en pleno cambio.; 2010eko apirilean burutu zen Estatu espainiarrean itzalaldi analogikoa eta bukaera eman zitzaion bost hamarkada pasatxoz luzatu den telebista sistema analogikoari. Izan ere, neurri handi batean, eskaintzak berak adierazten du telebista beraren izaera.Estatu zein komunitate autonomo mailan pantailaratzen diren kanal publiko eta pribatu guztien programazioan arakatu da, emisio analogikoaren azken hamasei urteen bilakaera eta beraien artean ikus daitezkeen desberdintasunak azaleratzeko. Ibilbide honetan, Kantar Mediak burutzen dituen ikerketen datuak hartu dira hausnarketarako oinarri modura.; By April 2010 the analogue television signal in Spain was switched off and that marked the end of a five decade television system. This article will make a recapitulation of that analogue TV program offer and put the basis for future researches that compare the programming paterns of both television eras.This analysis, covering the period between 1995 and 2010, will serve to know more in depth the genre offer of the analogue television final years. In fact, to a large extent, the program offer is one of the key elements to explain the very existence of the medium and its social role.We have studied the 24 different TV channels transmitting for the whole country and for the autonomous communities with local TV stations and list the differences and similarities in the way they build their offer. ETB-1 ispiluan: Programazioa eta edukia

This article deals with the programs broadcast on Channel 1 of Euskal Telebista. It is precisely through these programs and their content that one is able to know which image of the Basque country is offered to the viewers of this channel. As we are especially interested in the role played by the media in the development of collective identities, we analyzed the content of the programs shown on ETB-1 (the Basque National Television Channel which broadcasts in the Basque language). Transmedia Bizipenak Egituratuz: “Tirabirak / Tiras que Aflojan” Proiektuaren Kasua

El proyecto TIRABIRAK analiza la representación del conflicto vasco en las viñetas de los diarios, durante los años 1977 y 2016. Sin embargo, es más que un proyecto de investigación, ya que propone una reflexión crítica y una relectura de nuestro pasado reciente y lo hace a través de plataformas y lenguajes diversos, lo que permite el acceso de la población a través de distintos canales. El grupo de investigación EMAN, la Fundación Donostia/San Sebastian 2016 y EITB se han unido en este proyecto que ha recopilado un importante número de viñetas, entrevistas con los dibujantes más significativos (Forges, Zaldieroa, Axpi, Peridis, Tasio, Oroz, Zulet y otros) e información sobre el contexto social y político de las últimas cuatro décadas. Además ha diseñado un conjunto de plataformas y medios a través de los que socializar la información acumulada y permitir un diálogo abierto y plural. El diseño transmedia que sustenta TIRABIRAK utiliza videos, aplicaciones informáticas, actividades cara a cara y escritas y de este modo desplega en toda su complejidad la historia del conflicto vasco en las viñetas. El proyecto tiene dos bases fundamentales: la exposición física y el documental interactivo. La primera de ellas, al ser itinerante ha recorrido las capitales y algunos pueblos vascos (Pamplona, Bilbao, Donostia-San Sebastian, Arrasate, Vitoria-Gasteiz...), mostrando una selección de las viñetas más significativas y otros contenidos audiovisuales e informáticos y que conforman una experiencia abierta y rica para los visitantes. En cuanto al documental web, es una plataforma virtual en la que se pueden visionar todos los contenidos de las entrevistas, acceder al archivo digital que contiene cerca de 1.200 tiras gráficas e información que contextualiza el quehacer de los periódicos y de las viñetas. TIRABIRAK es un proyecto creativo plural y abierto, que ha combinado las plataformas fisica y virtual, multiplicando los canales de acceso y ofreciendo a sus usuarios una experiencia rica y retadora.; TIRABIRAK1 proiektuan aztertzen da, 1977 eta 2016 bitartean, egunkarietan argitaratutako binetek euskal gatazka nola jorratzen duten. Ez da baina, ikerketa-proiektu soil bat baizik eta aukera ezin hobea iragan hurbilaren inguruko hausnarketa eta berrikusketa kritikoa egiteko eta bere horretarako euskarri eta lengoaia desberdinak erabiliz. UPV/EHUko EMAN ikerketa taldeak, Donostia/San Sebastian 2016 Fundazioarekin eta EITBrekin batera osatutako lantaldeak gatazkaren errepresentazioak diren binetei, marrazkilarien iritziei eta testuinguruari buruzko lana burutu du. Gainera, diseinatu du plangintza oso bat prozesuan bildutako, tira grafikoak, elkarrizketak eta momentu historikoari buruzko informazioa jendarteratzeko. Transmedia ikuspegiarekin egituratutako proiektuan bideoak, aplikazio informatikoak, argitalpenak eta aurrez aurreko ekitaldiak antolatu dira. Proiektua gauzatzerakoan bi izan dira produktu esanguratsuenak: erakusketa ibiltaria eta dokumental interaktiboa. Lehenarekin Euskal Herriko hainbat hiri eta herri bisitatu dira maila fisikora ekarriz jendea eta bineten arteko kontaktua: Iruñea, Bilbo, Donostia, Errenteria, Gasteiz... Dokumental interaktiboaren bidez, lekua eta denbora mugez harago, berrogei urte hauetako 1.200 bineta jartzen dira ikusgai eta horrekin batera Forges, Zaldieroa, Axpi, Peridis, Tasio, Oroz ala Zulet bezalako marrazkilarien elkarrizketetan murgiltzeko aukera eman. Aniztasuna eta ikuskera zabalarekin eraikitako proiektuak euskarri fisiko eta birtualak konbinatzen ditu, erabiltzaileari kontaktu moduak ugarituz eta bizipena aberastuz.; TIRABIRAK is a transmedia project that analyzes how the newspapers cartoons depict the Basque conflict, during 1977 and 2016. However, it is more than a research project, as it proposes a critical approach to the subject and a re-reading of our recent past. In doing so, it uses different platforms and communication languages, allowing public access through different channels. The research group EMAN, Donostia/San Sebastian 2016 Foundation and EITB have joined efforts in this project that has compiled a number of daily papers cartoons, interviews with the most significant cartoonists (Forges, Zaldieroa, Axpi, Peridis, Tasio, Oroz, Zulet and others) and information on the social and political context of the last four decades. The project has also designed a set of platforms and means through which socialize the information gathered and allow an open and plural dialogue among users. The transmedia design that supports TIRABIRAK uses videos, applications, face-to-face activities and printed information offering a wide picture of the conflict in the Basque Country in the recent years through the cartoon and their authors. The project has two main elements: an itinerary exhibition and a web-based documentary. The first one has already toured the capitals and some Basque towns (Pamplona, Bilbao, Donostia-San Sebastian, Errenteria, Vitoria-Gasteiz ...), showing a selection of the most significant cartoons and other audiovisual contents, offering an open and rich experience for visitors. As for the webdoc, it is a virtual platform where the user can watch all the contents of the interviews, access the digital file containing about 1,200 political cartoons and information that contextualizes the work of the newspapers and of the cartoonists. TIRABIRAK is a creative plural and open project that has combined physical and virtual means, multiplying access channels and offering its users a rich and challenging experience
