    ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of supply chain performance in the management of local food processing, to identify and analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of the supply chain performance of local slondok food processing in Kenalan Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. Determination of the research location using purposive sampling.     Farmers Behavior on Market Product of Magelang (Duck to Induce Creative Economy in Ngadirojo Village, Secang District

    Magelang ducks are one of Magelang's native germplasm that has not received serious attention from society. Magelang duck products are expected to have portions in societies' protein needs and the economy's value to make additional income. This research aimed to analyze Magelang duck farmers' behavior on marketing Magelang duck products, either the eggs or meat from cast-off ducks, to induce local farmers' creative economy. This research was held in Ngadirojo village, Secang subdistrict, Magelang district, from January to February 2020. Samples used were local farmers selected on purpose or purposive random sampling. They were 30 persons of farmers. The farmers selected were based on the total livestock owned in Ngadirojo. The method used in this research were survey, interview, and direct observation. Variables observed were farmers' behavior on marketing the livestock product, behavior on marketing the processed product of Magelang ducks, behavior on using marketing channel, and price determinations using a questioner observed by Likert scale. The data collected were analyzed using the z-test. The result showed that the level of farmers behavior on marketing the Magelang duck products either on eggs and meat from cast-off ducks were 95%, behavior on marketing the harvests of Magelang duck as a processed product were 0%, and behavior of the selling method and the price determination of Magelang duck were 81.4%. It is expected that the result of this marketing behavior identification can induce the development of the Magelang duck creative economy and provide positive effects on farmer's additional income.Keywords: Behavior, Livestock product, Magelang duck.

    PENGUATAN TATA KELOLA TPS 3R SEKAR TANJUNG DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH ORGANIK

    Penyelenggaraan tempat pengolahan sampah reduce, reuse, recycle (TPS 3R) salah satu bentuk pendekatan pengelolaan sampah skala komunal/kawasan dengan melibatkan peran aktif masyarakat dan pemerintah Desa Tanjungsari. Penanganan sampah dengan pembangunan infrastruktur TPS 3R diharapkan dapat mengurangi volume timbunan sampah rumah tangga ke tempat pembuangan akhir. Penyelenggaraan TPS 3R dilakukan untuk melayani kelompok masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah di Desa Tanjungsari. Namun demikian saat ini TPS 3R sendiri belum memiliki tata kelola yang baik. Kepengurusan masih bersifat sukarela dengan waktu koordinasi yang menyesuaikan dengan kondisi masing-masing. Kelompok swadaya masyarakat (KSM) Sekar Tanjung memiliki peran penting dalam kepengurusan tata kelola TPS 3R, tetapi memiliki keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pengalaman mengelola kegiatan rutin dan minimnya pengetahuan proses biologis pengomposan sampah rumah tangga organik dan jaringan hasil akhir, maka dari itu program kemitraan masyarakat berfokus pada penguatan manajemen organisasi, tata kelola, dan kemitraan kelompok tani yang memanfaatkan hasil akhir untuk budidaya tanaman pertanian. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode aktif partisipatif. Pendekatan personal dilakukan di awal oleh Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat dengan key person di daerah Tanjungsari. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi di tingkat pengurus inti dan diakhir dengan sosialisasi di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang keberadaan TPS 3R di daerah mereka. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil survei yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pengabdian berlangsung. Selain tingkat kesadaran masyarakat yang meningkat, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat juga mengalami kenaikan. Harapannya dengan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi batu loncatan masyarakat setempat dalam pengelolaan sampah organik yang berkelanjutan

    This research aims to find out : (1) the level of social capital of farmers on local food development in food antonomous village program (2) the factors that influence social capital, (3) the influence of social capital on the development of local food. The research was conducted in Mertelu village,Gedangsari Sub-district, Gunungkidul regency.The samples of the research were farmers who join food antonomous village program . The basic method used in this research was descriptive analytic with survey technique. From Mertelu Village there were 6 samples of farmer groups taken by random sampling. Then 10 samples of farmer group was taken from each farmer group by using simple random sampling, so that there were 60 farmers as the sample in this research. Data were analyzed used the proportion test, multiple linear regression analysis, and analysis of simple linear regression. The research results showed that social capital classified in high level and achieve 78,34%. Factor that significantly affect to social capital was the role of leaders of the farmer�s group, as high as farmer group leader role, as strong as farmer�s social capital.The factors that did not significantly affect include was age, education, motivation, activity farmers in farmer groups, the role of agricultural extension, and land size.
