Formation, Concept Development in Pedagogical Environment and Educational Solutions to Improve Conceptualization for Vietnamese Students
Concepts are both the result of the reflection of the human objective world, and the reasoning means for people to continue to perceive and improve the world. Concept is the first stage in the process of perceiving human reason. Comprehending the concept, in order to be effective, requires a lot of effort and effort of the subject of awareness, needs to have a certain understanding of the law of perception, the law of psychophysiology ... and the help of people. ahead. Building Footprint Extraction in Dense Areas using Super Resolution and Frame Field Learning
Despite notable results on standard aerial datasets, current
state-of-the-arts fail to produce accurate building footprints in dense areas
due to challenging properties posed by these areas and limited data
availability. In this paper, we propose a framework to address such issues in
polygonal building extraction. First, super resolution is employed to enhance
the spatial resolution of aerial image, allowing for finer details to be
captured. This enhanced imagery serves as input to a multitask learning module,
which consists of a segmentation head and a frame field learning head to
effectively handle the irregular building structures. Our model is supervised
by adaptive loss weighting, enabling extraction of sharp edges and fine-grained
polygons which is difficult due to overlapping buildings and low data quality.
Extensive experiments on a slum area in India that mimics a dense area
demonstrate that our proposed approach significantly outperforms the current
state-of-the-art methods by a large margin.Comment: Accepted at The 12th International Conference on Awareness Science

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEAFOOD EXPORT AND VIETNAM'S ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE PERIOD OF 2005 – 2022
This article studies the relationship between seafood exports and Vietnam's economic growth in the period 2005 - 2022. To conduct the research, the authors collected data on seafood export turnover and economic growth rate - represented by real gross domestic product (GDPr) in the period from 2005 to 2022. Data is collected from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam (GSO) and international financial statistics sites (IFS, IMF). After synthesizing and cleaning the data, the research team used Eviews 8 software to analyze the data series to examine the relationship between seafood export turnover and economic growth during the research period. Model results show that when seafood export turnover increases by 1%, economic growth increases by 1.041382%, so it can be confirmed that seafood export has a positive relationship with Vietnam's economic growth during the research period. From the research results, the authors have several proposals to promote the growth of Vietnamese seafood exports to the international market in the post-pandemic context and the volatile world seafood market situation
FENG SHUI JEWELRY CONSUMPTION TRENDS OF GEN Z YOUNG PEOPLE IN HANOI CITY
Feng shui jewelry is not only a fashion product, but also a part of lifestyle, bringing Gen Z youth in Hanoi cultural, spiritual values and profound meanings. In order to examine the feng shui jewelry consumption trends of young generation Z people in Hanoi city, the research team conducted this study. Through the results of the study, it can be seen that among those who know about feng shui jewelry, the number of people who have ever bought/used feng shui jewelry is only 46.8%. People who do not buy/use for documented reasons such as simply not liking to use it, feng shui jewelry needs to be preserved carefully and thoroughly, many people around have not used it, or using it requires sophistication, complexity...The number of people who have not yet used it and will buy and use it in the near future is still small. The frequency of using feng shui jewelry among young people is only at a normal level. Meanwhile, the favorite feng shui jewelry product is feng shui stone bracelets, followed by stone pendants. With the trend of simple, compact designs and reasonable prices being the top priorities when choosing products for young people. The main reason for young people to use feng shui jewelry is to attract fortune, luck, ward off bad luck, and be chosen as a gift. Many young people also agree that feng shui jewelry will bring fortune, luck and have a positive impact on health... so most of those who have bought/used it will intend to continue buying and using it
A Study of Asparagus Preservation Capacity of Chitosan-Alginate and Chitosan-Carrageenan Biofilms
Fresh postharvest green asparagus rapidly deteriorate due to its senescence process and high transpiration rate. This thesis aims to utilize the available sources of carrageenan and alginate for combining with pure chitosan coating solution, thus create a new multi-component coating that can overcome the limitations of pure chitosan coating, and show more effective in maintaining the quality of postharvest green asparagus. The gel solution ratio 2:1 (v/v) of chitosan 1% (w/v) and alginate 0.2% (w/v), had ability to prolong shelf-life of asparagus for 3 days (from weight loss point of view) and 7 days (from visual quality point of view) compared to control sample. The weight loss was less than about 12% and also ensured lower firmness change, maintained higher chlorophyll content, exhibiting better quality of asparagus compared to control and chitosan coated sample. The chitosan-alginate (2:1 v/v) coated asparagus achieved highest sensory score in day 7 and 14 of storage and lowest total aerobic growth in 14 days of storage at 4 ºC. The coating biofilm of chitosan-alginate could be considered as the new multi-component edible coating which showed high effectiveness in quality preservation and shelf-life extension of asparagus
An integrated controller for stabilizing an inverted pendulum: LQR and Fuzzy Logic Control with Observer-Based State Estimation
This paper addresses the challenging control problem of stabilizing an inverted pendulum on a cart. The inherent nonlinearity, instability, and under actuation of the system pose significant difficulties in achieving simultaneous pendulum stabilization and cart movement. To overcome these challenges, we propose an integrated approach that combines Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) and fuzzy logic control methods. This integrated control strategy effectively stabilizes the pendulum and controls the cart’s position. Notably, the integrated control outperforms the LQR control in terms of convergence speed. Furthermore, we explore the use of observers for state estimation, specifically the high-order integral-chain differentiator and the extended state observer, to accurately estimate pendulum angular velocity. Simulation results, along with detailed discussions, are presented to validate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed control methods and observers
Large displacements of FGSW beams in thermal environment using a finite element formulation
The large displacements of functionally graded sandwich (FGSW) beams in thermal environment  are studied using a finite element formulation. The beams are composed of three layers, a homogeneous core and two functionally graded face sheets with volume fraction of constituents following a power gradation law. The material properties of the beams are considered to be temperature-dependent.  Based on Antman beam model and the total Lagrange formulation, a two-node nonlinear beam element taking the effect of temperature rise into account  is formulated and employed in the study. The element with explicit expressions for the internal force vector and tangent stiffness matrix is derived using linear interpolations and reduced integration technique to avoid the shear locking. Newton-Raphson based iterative algorithm is employed in combination with the arc-length control method to compute the large displacement response of a cantilever FGSW beam subjected to end forces.  The accuracy of the formulated element is confirmed through a comparison study. The effects of the material inhomogeneity, temperature rise and layer thickness ratio on the large deflection response of the beam are examined and highlighted
From Negative Aspects and Black Aspects of Vietnam Education to Lessons for Social Sciences Students
In our research, we level strong criticism at the State Professor Council in Vietnam, using the case of Tran Van Tho and other members as a representative illustration of their efforts to impede or restrict the growth of the nation's scientific community. We also do not place enough importance on the publication of bogus news online by various Vietnam publications (Thanhnien.vn and Tuoitre.vn), despite the fact that it may lead to confusion, as well as problems and concern in the community. In addition, we oppose the excessive tuition fees and other expenses that have been imposed by Banking University HCM city Vietnam and other institutions in HCM city in recent years, which have caused difficulties for families, parents, students, and society as a whole. In addition, we use these problematic aspects of the education system in Vietnam as a case study to instruct students majoring in social sciences. After that, the authors apply a strategy based on the laws of Malaysia in order to solve the problem of fake news published in the newspapers tuoi tre and thanh nien in Vietnam throughout the period 2015-2022. After the case discussion that was offered earlier, the authors assess the opinions of President Ho Chi Minh on publishing activities for the purpose of better teaching pupils. This is not the least of the authors' contributions
