TANGGAP BAHAYA TERSEDAK DAN PENATALAKSANAANYA PADA ANAK
ABSTRAKSalah satu kegawatdaruratan yang sering menimpa anak usia dini adalah tersedak sehingga perlu kesiapan dalam penanganan secara cepat dan tepat pada kasus tersedak yang dapat meningkatkan keberhasilan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat terutama pada guru dan orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini dalam penanganan kasus tersedak pada anak. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan berupa pendidikan kesehatan dengan ceramah, diskusi, dan demonstrasi penatalaksanaan tersedak pada bayi dan anak. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada tanggal 7 Desember 2021 bertempat di TK Pembina Banjarmasin. Peserta terdiri dari guru dan orang tua siswa sebanyak 18 orang yang terdiri 7 guru dan 11 orang tua siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan secara bertahap, yaitu penyuluhan terkait tersedak melalui ceramah dan diskusi, dilanjutkan pemutaran video dan mendemonstrasikan teknik penanganan tersedak, evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan kuesioner kepada peserta di awal (pre-test) dan di akhir (post-test). Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang tim lakukan didapatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan guru dan orang tua dalam penanganan tersedak dilihat dari perubahan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh, yaitu sebelum diberikan edukasi sebesar 8,44 dan setelah pemberian edukasi meningkat sebesar 9,67. Saran dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini perlunya pertimbangan pihak sekolah untuk menciptakan kesadaran guru dan memasukkan kursus pertolongan pertama darurat tersedak dalam kurikulum. Kata kunci: pengetahuan; tanggap darurat; tersedak; taman kanak-kanak One of the emergencies that often afflicts early childhood is choking, so it is necessary to be prepared for quick and appropriate treatment in cases of choking which can increase success and survival rates. The purpose of this community service is to empower the community, especially teachers and parents who have early childhood in handling cases of choking in children. The approach method used is in the form of health education with lectures, discussions, and demonstrations on the management of choking in infants and children. The implementation of this community service was carried out on December 7, 2021 at the TK Pembina Banjarmasin. Participants consisted of 18 teachers and parents consisting of 7 teachers and 11 students' parents. Community service activities are carried out in stages, namely counseling related to choking through lectures and discussions, followed by video playback and demonstration of choking handling techniques, evaluation is carried out by giving questionnaires to participants at the beginning (pre-test) and at the end (post-test). Based on the results of the community service that the team did, it was found that there was an increase in the knowledge of teachers and parents in handling choking seen from the change in the average value obtained, namely before being given education it was 8.44 and after giving education it increased by 9.67. Suggestions from the results of this community service need consideration from the school to create teacher awareness and include choking emergency first aid courses in the curriculum. HYPNOPARENTING EFFECTS TOWARDS FATIGUE AS AN IMPACT OF CHEMOTHERAPY AMONG PEDIATRIC PATIENTS WITH ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA
The management of fatigue among pediatric patients with lymphoblastic leukemia does not become a priority apart from the cancer management itself. Hence, it is necessary to put an attention towards this issue by giving another complementary therapy for the patient called hypnoparenting. By implementing hypnoparenting will decrease the level of fatigue because of the chemotherapy process. Therefore the purpose of study was to investigate the effect of hypnoparenting towards fatigue prevalence as an impact of chemotherapy among pediatric patients with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. This research utilized quasi experiment before after study. The population of the study was pediatric patients (5-12 years old) who suffered by Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia under chemotherapy treatment at RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. The study was started on Mei 2016 until June 2016 with the total participants were 30 pediatrics patients. The data analysis used dependent t-test with 95% CI and p value <0.05. According to the mean score of 30 patients in the range of age 5-12 years revealed ; before and after hypnoparenting implementation, The mean score was different 5.30 and p value 0.0003, 95% CI (2.681 – 7.919). There was a significant difference on fatigue level among the patients before and after hypnoparenting implementation.

Abstrak
Fenomena yang sering terjadi, manajemen kelelahan untuk pasien anak dengan kanker belum menjadi prioritas dalam manajemen efek samping terapi kanker. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh hypnoparenting terhadap kejadian kelelahan akibat kemoterapi pada anak dengan acute lymphoblastic leukemia di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi quasi eksperimen dengan jenis before after study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak usia 5-12 tahun yang menderita kanker dengan jenis acute lymphoblastic leukemia yang sedang menjalani kemoterapi di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin yang terdiri dari 30 orang anak dengan waktu penelitian dari Mei 2016 sampai Juni 2016. Analisa menggunakan uji beda 2 mean dependen dengan 95% CI dan p value < 0,05. Berdasarkan perhitungan rerata tingkat kelelahan pada anak usia 5 – 12 tahun yang berjumlah 30 responden didapatkan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan hypnoparenting yakni beda mean sebesar 5,30 dan p value 0.0003, 95% CI (2.681 - 7.919). Terjadi penurunan rerata skor secara bermakna pada tingkat kelelahan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan hypnoparenting.

The effectiveness of using interactive multimodality books in pediatric nursing in implementing Merdeka Belajar program
ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyzing the Effectiveness of Using Interactive Multimodality Books in Pediatric Nursing on Student Learning Outcomes in Implementing the Merdeka Belajar Program. Methods: the research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a posttest control group design. The sample in this study was the fourth-semester nursing students of Institute of Health Science Suaka Insan Banjarmasin who received the Pediatric Nursing course, a total of 52 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Data analysis used the dependent t-test. Results: the interactive multimodality pediatric nursing book was effective in improving the learning achievement of fourth-semester students with a significance value of 0.015 < 0.05. There is a difference in the average value of pediatric nursing courses for class A and class B, which is 3.173. Conclusions: the use of interactive multimodality books is very good for lecturers to apply in teaching to help students understand the material they are learning
The Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Hospital Clinical Practice Based Simulation Model on the Practice Learning Outcomes of Nurse Profession Students During the Covid-19
Introduction: In connection with preventing the spread of Covid-19, all forms of education, including nursing education, are carried out by videoconference or e-learning (online). This also has an impact on nursing professional students where the application of skills for practice in hospitals is limited so that it greatly affects learning achievement. The application of the model is Hospital Clinical Practice Based Simulation an alternative for nurse students to practice during the Covid-19 pandemic so that learning outcomes can still be achieved. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the HCPBS Model on the practical learning outcomes of Nursing Profession students at STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin during the Covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This study uses a quasi-experimental design with posttest control group design approach. The research sample was students who underwent the nursing profession stage at STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin Force X as many as 30 students. Sampling was carried out using the technique of Exhaustive Sampling. The statistical test used an independent sample t-test with a significance level of <0.05. The research measuring tools are in the form of guidebooks and SOPs for the HCPBS model as well as learning outcomes by looking at assessments from cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects. Results: Based on the results of the study, it was found that the significance value of the p-value was 0.001 with a 95% confidence interval of 4.971-9.042. The difference in the mean value between the intervention group and the control group was 7.007. Where the average value for the intervention group is greater than the control group, namely 89.57 for the intervention group and 82.57 for the control group. Conclusion: So, it can be concluded that the Hospital Clinical Practice Based Simulation model is effective in increasing the practical learning achievement of the Nursing Professional Nurse STIKES Suaka Insan Banjarmasin during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in the intervention group
Edukasi remaja tentang pengenalan jenis perilaku bullying di sekolah melalui metode role plays
[Bahasa]: Kasus bullying yang menimpa siswa di sekolah merupakan fenomena yang marak terjadi di dunia pendidikan sekarang ini. Perilaku bullying masih dianggap sebagai sesuatu yang biasa sehingga merugikan korban. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah siswa yang belum mengetahui jenis-jenis perilaku bullying. Oleh karenanya, perlu adanya suatu intervensi berupa kegiatan untuk mengenalkan siswa terkait jenis-jenis perilaku bullying. Program edukasi dengan metode role plays dirancang untuk memudahkan siswa memahami apa saja jenis perilaku bullying. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada siswa terkait bullying dengan menggunakan metode role plays dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang perilaku bullying. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi melalui power point dan video, serta aplikasi tindakan melalui role plays. Evaluasi berupa tanya jawab secara langsung saat penyampaian materi dan memberikan feedback terhadap role plays yang sudah dibuat oleh siswa. Pretest dan posttest dengan kuesioner diberikan pada sesi awal dan akhir kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sesudah diberikan edukasi dengan metode role plays sebesar 12 siswa (40%) masuk kedalam kategori pengetahuan baik, 13 siswa (44%) masuk dalam kategori pengetahuan cukup dan sebanyak 5 siswa (16%) masuk dalam kategori pengetahuan kurang. Dengan demikian edukasi melalui metode role plays terkait pengenalan jenis perilaku bullying dapat menjadi alternatif intervensi untuk membantu guru dan pihak sekolah dalam mensosialisasikan program anti bullying di sekolah.

[English]: Bullying cases against students in schools are a rampant phenomenon in education. Bullying is still considered an acceptable behaviour that can harm the victims. One of the reasons is that students do not know the types of bullying behaviour. Therefore, there is a need for an intervention programme to introduce students to the types of bullying behaviour. An educational program using the role plays method was designed to make it easier for students to understand what types of bullying behaviour are. This community service aims to provide education to students related to bullying by using the role plays method to increase students’ knowledge about bullying behaviour. The methods used include material delivery through power points and videos, as well as action application through role plays. The evaluation was carried out by direct question and answer during the delivery of material and providing feedback on role plays made by students. Pretests and posttests with questionnaires were given at the beginning and end of the activity. The results show an increase in knowledge after being given education with the method role plays 12 students (40%) fall into the category of good knowledge, 13 students (44%) fall into the category of sufficient knowledge, and as many as 5 students (16%) fall into the category of poor knowledge. Thus education through the method role plays regarding behaviour recognition bullying can be an alternative intervention to help teachers and the school socialise the anti-corruption program against bullying at school.
