    Abstrak:PenelitianiniberawaldariobservasiyangdilakukanolehpenelititerhadappembelajaranOperasi hitung campuran bilangan bulat di kelas IV SDNGampang – Prambon, Sidoarjo.Penelitimenemukanmasalah,kegiatan pembelajaran guru tidak menggunakanmedia garis bilangan melainkanbukupaketsebagaisumberbelajarsehinggamengakibatkan sebagianbesarsiswakurangpahamdenganmateripembelajaran.Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntuk mendeskripsikanaktivitasguru,aktivitassiswasertahasilbelajarsiswasetelahmengikutipembelajaran dengan menggunakanmedia garisbilangan.Penelitiandilakukandalam 2siklus.Datapenelitiandiperoleh melaluiobservasidan tes.Hasilpenelitianselama dua siklustelahmengalamipeningkatan.Aktivitasgurumengalami peningkatansebesar13%yaitudari70% padasiklusImenjadi83%padasiklusII.Aktivitas siswamengalamipeningkatan sebesar 13%dari67%padasiklusImenjadi80%dalamsiklusII. Untukhasilbelajarsiswamengalamipeningkatan sebesar27%yaitudari 56%padasiklusImenjadi83%padasiklusII.     TATA LAKSANA NUTRISI PADA PASIEN LUKA BAKAR LISTRIK

    Abstract Background: In electrical burn injuries, damages of internal organs are not comparable to burn injuries in the body’s surface. Nutrition therapy is an integral part in burn management from resuscitation to rehabilitation phase. Currently there are recommendations of nutrition management in severe burn injury, but  no  recommendation that specificaly for electrical burn injury. Methods: These case series describes nutrition management in four electrical burn patients with complications. First patient with cervical trauma, second patient had AKI and decreased liver function, third patient had septic shock, and fourth patient had sepsis and amputation. Target energy given calculated by Harris-Benedict equation with stress factor 1,5─2. Protein was given 1,5─2 g/kg BW/day except patient with AKI, protein restricted to 0,8─1 g/kg BW/day until improvement of renal function. Carbohydrates and lipids were given 60─65% and <35%, respectively.  Micronutrients supplementation such as antioxidant vitamins, vitamin B complex, and folic acid were provided.  Results: Three patients had improvement in clinical condition, functional capacity, and laboratory results that allowed them to be discharged. Length of stay patients were 17, 60, and 20 days respectively. One patient died after 14 days of hospitalization.  Conclusion: Optimal and appropriate nutrition management can reduced morbidity and mortality rate in the electrical burn injury patients. Keywords: Electrical burn injury, complications, nutrition management   Abstrak Latar belakang: Pada pasien luka bakar listrik, keparahan trauma pada organ dalam tidak sebanding dengan luka bakar di permukaan tubuh sehingga dikategorikan sebagai luka bakar berat. Terapi nutrisi merupakan bagian integral tata laksana luka bakar sejak awal resusitasi hingga fase rehabilitasi. Saat ini sudah terdapat rekomendasi tata laksana nutrisi luka bakar berat. Namun, belum terdapat rekomendasi spesifik untuk luka bakar listrik.  Metode: Serial kasus ini memaparkan tatalaksana nutrisi terhadap empat pasien kasus luka bakar listrik dengan penyulit. Pasien pertama dengan trauma servikal, pasien kedua mengalami AKI dan penurunan fungsi hati, pasien ketiga mengalami syok sepsis, dan pasien keempat mengalami sepsis dan amputasi. Target pemberian energi dihitung menggunakan persamaan Harris-Benedict ditambah faktor stres 1,5–2.  Protein diberikan 1,5–2 g/kgBB/hari kecuali pada pasien dengan AKI diberikan 0,8–1 g/kgBB/hari hingga terjadi perbaikan. Karbohidrat dan lemak berturut-turut 60–65% dan <35%. Mikronutrien diberikan berupa multivitamin antioksidan, vitamin B kompleks dan asam folat. Hasil: Tiga pasien mengalami perbaikan klinis, kapasitas fungsional, dan laboratorium hingga diperbolehkan rawat jalan. Lama perawatan ketiga pasien tersebut berturut-turut 17, 60, dan 20 hari. Satu orang pasien meninggal akibat penyulit setelah dirawat selama 14 hari. Kesimpulan: Tatalaksana nutrisi yang optimal dan tepat dapat menurunkan morbiditas dan mortalitas pasien dengan luka bakar listrik. Kata kunci: Luka bakar listrik, penyulit, tata laksana nutrisi

    Medical Nutrition Therapy In Enterocutaneous Fistula: A Step-By-Step Approach

    Enterocutaneous fistula (ECF) management is a challenge that requires a multidisciplinary team approach in achieving optimal clinical output. Nutrition as a component of management plays a vital role in determining the prognosis, both as a predictor of morbidity and mortality. Malnutrition can also occurs as a preceeding situation or complication of ECF caused by the underlying disease, decreased food intake, increased protein requirements associated with systemic inflammation, and increased nutrient loss associated with the amount of fistula output. Thus, nutrition management can act as prevention, therapy, or both. Nutritional medical therapy in ECF cases aims to adequately estimate nutritional needs, maintain fluid and electrolyte balance, and stimulate spontaneous ECF closure whenever possible. To achieve optimal outcome, nutrition needs analysis must be done individually by considering the etiology, anatomical location of the fistula, and the amount of output. In the following article, we will discuss a comprehensive step-by-step nutrition treatment, both from the nutritional routes consideration, macronutrient and micronutrient requirements, specific nutrients, pharmacotherapy, and monitoring and evaluation that need to be done to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

    The Effect of Vitamin D Supplementation During Pregnancy on The Risk of Having Preterm Birth: An Evidence-based Case Report

    Introduction: Preterm birth (PTB) is a major cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality. Pregnant women is one of the most vulnerable groups for vitamin D deficiency, that increase the risk of PTB. Vitamin D has the role of immunomodulator, anti-inflammatory, and transcription of genes involved in placental function. Research results on the correlation between vitamin D supplementation and PTB risk are still inconsistent.Objective: To observe the effect of oral vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy on the risk of PTBMethods: Advanced search for relevant literatures in PubMed, Cochrane, and Willey was conducted. After assessing the relevancy and eligibility, articles were selected and critically appraised.Results: There were three articles that relevant with the eligibility criteria and clinical questions, they were randomized controlled trial, meta-analysis and systematic review. Three studies found that oral vitamin D supplementation in the form of cholecalciferol during pregnancy had a significant reduction on the risk of PTB. A systematic review found that supplementation with combination of cholecalciferol and calcium carbonate may increase the risk of PTB. The different dosages, frequencies, and time of initiation limit the generalizations for efficacy and safety doses.Conclusion: Oral cholecalciferol supplementation during pregnancy reduces the risk of PTB. While supplementation with combination of cholecalciferol and calcium carbonate requires consideration. Further research is needed to find out about the dose, frequency, time of initiation, adverse events and effects of vitamin D when combined with other vitamins and minerals. Keywords: Pregnancy, vitamin D, vitamin D3, cholecalciferol, preterm birth, preterm labor

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi guru tentang TIK terhadap pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran IPA SMA/MA se-Kecamatan Gerung. Penelitian ini dilakukan  di Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri 1 Gerung, Sekolah Menegah Atas Negeri 2 Gerung dan Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Gerung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif expost facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan  sampling jenuh diperoleh 22 sampel. Pengambilan data persepsi guru tentang TIK dan pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran IPA menggunakan angket tertutup skala likert. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa antara persepsi guru tentang TIK terhadap pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran IPA memiliki pengaruh positif. Pengaruh tersebut dapat dibuktikan berdasarkan nilai rxy sebesar 0,45 yang menunjukkan hubungan tersebut berkategori sedang.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, pemanfaatan, TIK

    Chronic pancreatitis is a complex disease associated with significant morbidity and mortality. Patients with chronic pancreatitis are at risk for malnutrition and nutrient deficiency caused primarily by malabsorption, inadequate intake, and inflammation. Poor nutritional status may negatively affect disease’s outcome. Medical nutritional therapy which include screening and assessment of malnutrition followed by optimal nutritional intervention for patient at risk should be the cornerstone of chronic pancreatitis multidisciplinary treatment

Selama Praktikan melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Lapangan, praktikan di tempatkan pada bagian Marketing. Pada pelaksanaan kerja, Praktikan di bimbing oleh Bapak Riyan Danu, S.E selaku Manajer Divisi Marketing, praktikan juga berusaha melakukan tugas dari pekerjaan yang diberikan dengan baik dan menggunakan waktu secara efektif dan efisien serta memahami pengarahan yang diberikan. iii Dalam pelaksanaannya, praktikan juga menemui berbagai kendala-kendala.     EKA WAHYU ANDAYANI, The Correlations between Service Quality and Location with Customer Satisfaction at Mujigae Green Pramuka Square Restaurant at Faculty of Economics Students at Jakarta State University. Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, for 6 months from January to June 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and location with customer satisfaction Mujigae Green Pramuka Square Restaurant for students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The research method that the researcher uses is a survey method with a correlational approach, the population used is all students of the Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. The sampling technique used was Purposive sampling technique of 147 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 20.48 + 0, 371 X1 + 0, 418 X2. The requirements analysis test is the normality test with the Kolmogorov-Smimov test with a significance level (α) = 5% or 0.05 and produces a significant level of Y value of 0.200, X1 is worth 0.200, X2 is 0.200. Because the significance level of the three variables is> 0.05, it can be concluded that the data are normally distributed and can be used in subsequent analyzes. Regression linearity test Y for X1 and Y over X2 produces a significance value in linearity, which is 0,000 <0,05, so it is concluded that it has a linear relationship. From the Y regression test for X1 and X2 it produces Fcount> Ftable, which is 30.810> 3.08, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Next, a t test is carried out and Y top X1 thitung = 6.662 and ttable = 1.65833 Y over X2 t count = 6.259 and t table = 1.65833 The correlation coefficient between service quality variables (X1) to customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.528 and the correlation coefficient between location variables (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.504. So, there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, and a positive and significant relationship between location and satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality and location with customer satisfaction. The determination coefficient Y for X1 and X2 obtained is 0.351 which indicates that 35.1% of customer satisfaction variables are determined by service quality and location.
